Abstract
Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to the woodworking industry, as well as agriculture, and can find its application in the construction of agricultural storages, shelters and residential premises.
State of the art
Various types of panels are known for construction purposes (see, for example, patent RU 2103455, published January 27, 1998). In a known technical solution, a wooden timber panel is described, consisting of beams fastened with screeds passed through combined holes in the beams. The screeds are made in the form of solid or sectional wooden dowels of square or round shape, while the ratio of the diameter of the dowel to the beam width is (0.1 0.8) 1 and the section dowels are staggered between the boards in relation to the joints of the boards.
Consider the known device does not allow to provide the necessary level of thermal insulation due to the presence of a large area of air gaps between the bars.
Disclosure of invention
An object of the present invention is to reduce the thermal conductivity of a wood panel.
The technical result of the invention is to significantly reduce the thermal conductivity of the wood panel and, accordingly, increase its thermal insulation properties while maintaining the load-bearing capacity of the panel.
The specified technical result is achieved in that the wooden panel consists of wooden blanks interconnected by metal rods, the wooden blanks being half logs, the extreme upper and lower lower half logs containing a non-through rectangular groove, which is made in the longitudinal direction of the half log in its central region with indents from the end and side edges of the half log, and half logs located between the extreme upper and extreme lower half logs contain a straight line a longitudinal groove in the longitudinal direction of the half logs in its central region with indents from the end and side edges of the half log, the half logs being connected by metal rods so that the grooves form a cavity that is filled with insulation.
Metal rods are installed in the holes of the half logs, which are made in each half log in the area located between the end edge of the half log and the edge of the longitudinal rectangular groove.
The insulation is a polyurethane foam.
In the extreme upper half-log, the holes for the metal rod are made in increments of diameter so that the hole with a larger diameter is made on the upper side of the half-log, in which a spring shrink compensator is installed on the metal rod using a nut.
Part of the half-logs in the extreme end regions contains grooves for connecting panels made in half-logs so that access to part of the metal rods is provided.
Brief Description of the Drawings
In FIG. 1 shows a general view of a wood panel.
The implementation of the invention
Initially, the log is sawn along the center. Half of the log is processed on one side of the cut with a mill having a convex diameter of 150-180 mm, the center of the diameter is offset from the edge of the cut by 40-50 mm. On the other hand, the cut performs the same operation, but only with a convex cutter of the same diameter. In each half-log, departing from the cutting edge of 40-50 mm, through holes with a diameter of 20-25 mm are drilled, two at the edges, departing from the end of the half log of 150-200 mm, the remaining holes are symmetrically inside the half log (the number of holes may be different depending on the length of the panel) at a distance of 100-150 cm. Having departed from the saw cut half-log 40-50 mm, a groove is milled along the entire half-log from the side of the convex part 10 mm wide, 15 mm deep. Having departed from the openings in each direction by 50 mm, except for the extreme openings towards the end of the half-log, a through sampling of wood with a thickness of 30-50 mm is made. Such an operation is done with each half-log.
From the prepared half logs, panels of the desired height are formed and are connected by metal rods with a diameter of 20-25 mm. In the upper log, the holes are drilled into 2/3 of the half-log with a large diameter, and a shrink compensator (spring mechanism) is inserted. Insulation is poured into the cavity (polyurethane foam). Thus, all available gaps are closed, the panel becomes airtight and thermal conductivity is reduced. The face saw aligns the geometric rectangular shape of the panel. From the outside of the panel end, a sample of wood with a width of 30-50 mm is made, departing 10-15 cm from the edges and symmetrically through 50-70 cm in the center. Sampling is done up to metal rods for installing the mechanism for fastening two panels (there are several options). After joining the two panels, the strength of the angle of the metal-wooden structure corresponds to the reinforced concrete structure, and in terms of elasticity is second only to metal. This allows the construction of these structures in seismically hazardous areas. Thanks to standardization and a large bearing load, it becomes possible to erect structures in the shortest possible time with any number of rooms and configurations.
Having departed from the holes of 50 mm in each direction, except for the extreme side to the end of the half-log, a through sample of 3 wood is made with a cutter of 30-50 mm, departing from a cut of 30-40 mm. On the convex side, a
Bearing log panels can be made of different lengths and heights, respectively, it depends on the length of the material, the size of the room and the ceiling height of the building. To install the panels, you need to prepare the foundation of any known structure (monolithic plate, pile, tape, etc.). The panels are installed with a crane, a crane. The first panel must be fixed in a horizontal position by supporting beams, at least two on each side. After installing and fastening the second and subsequent panels, the support beams can be omitted. During the construction of multi-room structures, internal panels can be profiled into a flat surface from two sides. The panels can be connected L-shaped, T-shaped and X-shaped, thus obtaining any configuration of the building, depending on the project. The installation of panels requires little time, which makes it possible to commission the structure in 1-2 days.
In the proposed wood panel, all structural elements are interconnected and represent the product - a wood panel.
The presence of connecting rods makes it possible to provide a fixed connection of the half logs with maximum tight pressing relative to each other and, accordingly, reduces the presence of through holes at the junctions of the half logs, which generally reduces thermal conductivity. The presence of filler in the inner space formed by the grooves of the half logs also provides the opportunity to reduce the thermal conductivity of the panel.
The execution of the groove rectangular allows you to fill the cavity with a sufficiently large filling ratio, which reduces the thermal conductivity of the panel.
The presence of shrink compensators prevents the appearance of through gaps between the half logs in the places of their joining, which reduces the thermal conductivity of the panel.
The grooves in the end regions of some half-logs so that access to the metal rod is provided allows for a tight connection between the panels, since it is possible to tighten the panels by metal rods with a force providing a tight connection. Accordingly, the presence of grooves of a similar design allows the panels to be connected so that, when assembled, they also provide low thermal conductivity.
