Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of production of toys, life-size puppets, decorative sculptures and other spatial art objects.
е. мог бы являться его аналогом, помимо предусмотренного патентом RU 2353571 «Способа изготовления набивочного материала из вспененного полиэтилена». http://www.freepatent.ru/patents/2353571, The applicant did not find any known method of manufacturing toys, life-size puppets, decorative sculptures and other spatial art objects from foamed polyethylene, which, by the combination of essential features, would be close to the claimed method and would provide a similar technical result, i.e. could be its analogue, in addition to that provided for by patent RU 2353571 “Method for the manufacture of printed material from foamed polyethylene”. http://www.freepatent.ru/patents/2353571,
которым предусматривается механическая обработка вспененного полиэтилена - резка с помощью планшетного плоттера, на полосы, с последующим дроблением полос для получения фракций набивочного материала,which provides for the mechanical processing of foamed polyethylene - cutting using a flatbed plotter into strips, followed by crushing the strips to obtain fractions of the stuffed material,
и патентом RU 2356487 «Способа изготовления настенных рамок для детских рисунков и фотографий» http://www.findpatent.ru/patent/235/2356487.html,and patent RU 2356487 "Method for the manufacture of wall frames for children's drawings and photographs" http://www.findpatent.ru/patent/235/2356487.html,
которым также предусматриваются только механические способы обработки пластин полиэтилена для придания формы рамок.which also provides only mechanical methods for processing polyethylene plates to shape the frames.
In contrast to the methods for processing foamed polyethylene provided by patents RU 2353571 and RU 2356487, in the claimed invention, the basic methods for processing the starting material include cutting plates of foamed polyethylene into the elements required for the configuration of patterns of the final products, selecting the necessary openings and cavities, gluing and soldering layers and product elements into blocks by applying the method of surface heat treatment of soldered parts in places of their abutment to each other.
Thus, a building hair dryer delivers a stream of hot air into a small gap between the soldered parts, melting the surface layers of polyethylene preforms, followed by their reduction and immediate soldering as a result of the quick hardening of the joint layer in the places of melt of the exposed areas.
This ensures a consistent manual thermal soldering of arbitrarily large structures made of polyethylene foam material suitable for creating toys, life-size puppets, decorative sculptures and other products, by mechanical manual processing using thin-blade knives and cutters that allow changing the direction of cut by turning the blade in the thickness of the workpiece solid foam polyethylene.
Also, the surface heat treatment of finished products based on foamed polyethylene by a stream of hot air from a nozzle of a building hair dryer allows you to provide various decorative textures, imitations of “leather” or “laminated wood” and other fake effects.
The problem to which the claimed invention is directed is to expand the arsenal of materials used in the manufacture of toys for various purposes, life-size puppets, decorative sculptures and other spatial art objects by using foamed polyethylene plates as the main material, combining lightness, hygiene , elasticity and water resistance. Through the development of a set of processing techniques in combination with the adaptation of standard tools intended for mechanical and thermal processing of materials to the tasks of creating spatial objects for various purposes.
Also, the claimed invention provides for the use of load-bearing frames embedded in life-size puppets, toys, decorative sculptures and other spatial art objects made of foamed polyethylene, at the stage of forming an array of figures, by soldering layers and blanks.
Moreover, plastic pipes soldered by a building hairdryer or a standard device for welding plastic water pipes, sleeve joints, the combination of which allows you to create structures that are rigidly fixed in one position and that allow you to rotate part of the structure along the necessary axes, can be used as frame materials. For example, to simulate the “joints” of a doll or decorative sculpture having several degrees of transformation of the position of the limbs.
The invention provides for the production of toys for various purposes, life-size puppets, decorative sculptures and other spatial art objects of the required size, which are light, hygienic, resilient, frost and moisture resistant, suitable for use in various kinds of theatrical performances in the open air, as well as in urban aquatic environment.
The invention is characterized by the following set of essential features (options):
Option 1. As the starting material, a sheet of foamed polyethylene is used, which is first manually cut with a knife into the blanks of the desired configuration, then the resulting blanks are soldered by supplying hot air with a construction hair dryer to the gap between the parts, repeating this operation the required number of times until the product is completely assembled in monolithic draft blank, followed by manual mechanical refinement with knives of various configurations, giving textures, decoration, painting.
In FIG. 1 shows the sequence of conversion of the starting material into a monolithic blank for a mannequin.

In FIG. 2 shows the sequence of conversion of the source material into a monolithic billet with a supporting frame based on plastic pipes. The invention can be implemented as follows.
As the starting material, a flat sheet of foamed polyethylene is used. This sheet is pre-cut into blanks of the required configuration.
Then, the obtained blanks are folded in such a way as to allow hot air from the building hair dryer to enter the gap between the parts to be soldered.
If necessary, a support frame made of plastic pipes can be mounted in the workpiece by joining the corresponding patterns by soldering with hot air from a building hair dryer in the aforementioned manner.
Thus, when implementing the inventive method, original, previously not manufactured, light, hygienic, resilient, waterproof and cold-resistant toys for various purposes, life-size puppets, decorative sculptures and other spatial art objects made of foam polyethylene can be made.
