SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of armament, namely to the shops of automatic weapons with tape feed. Shop contains body for laying tape, cover, guide and damper. Damper is made in form of elastic element with possibility of deformation, wherein one end of resilient element is fixed in body lower part, and the second is movable, in addition, on the axes made in the side walls of the body, a curtain of a rectangular profile is pivotally mounted, in the upper part of the curtain, on the back of the case at the top there is a support for the end of the tape.

EFFECT: increase in shop reliability is achieved.

Description

The invention relates to automatic weapons with tape power and can be used in automatic small arms.

There is a well-known 30 mm automatic grenade launcher store on an AGS17 machine (see Manual for a 30 mm automatic grenade launcher on an AGS-17 machine, USSR Ministry of Defense, Moscow, 1982, http://forum.guns.ru/forummessage/18/140174 .html), consisting of a box in which the cartridge strip fits. The tape is placed in the box through the neck, advancing through the open leaf on the snail made in the box. After laying the tape, the first empty link is put on the protrusion, and the lid and sash are closed on the latches.

The disadvantages of this design are:

- increased force feed tape from the store and, as a result, low reliability;

- the complexity of the equipment store;

- long time equipment store.

A well-known automatic weapons store (see patent US 7,500,421 from 04/28/2005, F41A 9/61), selected as the closest analogue, containing a box for laying a cartridge tape, the guide cartridge cartridge. The box consists of two compartments connected by a closed sleeve. The guide of the cartridge strip is spring-loaded and when pulling the tape from the first compartment, it monitors the free loop of the tape and supports it under the action of the spring. In the box on the axis is a rotating partition. When the magazine is fully equipped, the partition prevents the ammunition in the belt from meshing one after another. When the first compartment is released, the partition under the action of the tape rotates and is pressed against the wall of the housing.

The disadvantage of this design is the low reliability due to the large number of parts that feed cartridge strip.

The technical task of the invention is to increase the reliability.

The technical result consists in ensuring the direction and damping of the cartridge belt and the stabilization of the “tail” of the tape at the end of the shooting to prevent spontaneous inertial loss of the cartridge from the link inside the magazine when firing.

This object is achieved by the fact that the store automatic tape-fed weapons contains a housing for packing tape, a cover, a guide, a damper. The damper is made in the form of an elastic element with the possibility of deformation, while one end of the elastic element is fixed in the lower part of the casing, and the second is made with the possibility of movement, additionally on the axes made in the side walls of the casing, with the possibility of rotation a blind of rectangular profile is installed, in the upper part which clamp is made, on the rear wall of the housing in the upper part is a support for the end of the tape. The damper is made S-shaped. The clip can be made in the form of an elastic element or spring-loaded. The lower part of the curtain is made with external flanging in the form of a loop.

Shop automatic weapons contains a housing 1 for laying cartridge belt. The casing is a rectangular metal die-welded box, on top of which there is a cover 2. Inside the casing 1 there is a semicircular guide 3 with a window 4, a damper 5, a support 6 for the end of the tape. Damper 5 is made in the form of an elastic element S-shaped. One end 7 of the elastic element is fixedly fixed in the lower part of the housing 1, the other end 8 is freely inserted into the window 4 of the guide 3 and has the ability to move as the cartridges are spent in the tape. At the top of the damper 5, a window 9 is made for the convenience of the equipment of the store. The support 6 is fixedly mounted on the rear wall of the housing 1. In the housing 1 on the axes 10 in the side walls a curtain 11 of a rectangular profile is installed. On the lower part of the curtain 11, an outer flange 12 is made in the form of a loop. The side walls of the shutter 11 are made with a slope at an angle, and on the lower part there are three links of tape with cartridges, and the upper part of the curtain closes two links of the tape. In the upper part of the shutter 11, a clip 13 is installed for fixing the last cartridge in the tape. The clip 13 may be made in the form of an elastic element or may be spring loaded.

To equip the store, it is necessary to open the cover 2, turn the curtain 11 on the axes 10 to a horizontal position. In this case, the shutter flange 12 will be fixed on the damper 5. Insert the end of the tape inside the shutter 11 and push it all the way into the rear wall of the housing 1. At the same time, the last cartridge in the tape will rest on the support 6 and will be fixed with clip 13. After that, fold the front end of the tape, pull forward the damper 5 through the window 9, releasing the shutter 11, and lower the tape into the housing 1. The shutter 11 will lower under the weight of the tape. Close the cover 2. When firing, the damper 5 is deflected in the feed direction under the influence of the feed force. As the cartridges are spent, the damper 5 returns to its original position under the action of its own elastic force, and the shutter 11 rotates upward on the 10 axes and is fixed by the flanging loop 12 on the damper 5 in a horizontal position, thereby making the tape movement in the magazine more smooth and preventing the inertial loss of the cartridge from an open link. In the process of firing the tape is pulled, and the last cartridge with effort is removed from under clip 13.

The proposed design of a tape-powered automatic weapons store can improve operational reliability by ensuring smooth belt movement and preventing inertial loss of a cartridge from a link inside the store when firing.
