Abstract

A small weapon with a bolt stop is related to devices that hold the bolt in the back position when the magazine becomes empty. A small weapon with a bolt stop comprises a bolt 1 with a bolt carrier 2, a magazine 3 with a feeder 4, a bolt stop 5 mounted in the latch body 6 in the receiver 7, a bolt stop lever 8 and a key 9 mounted in a trigger guard 10 on an axle 11 and spring-loaded by a spring 12. For restriction of the stop 5 movement, a plug 13 spring-loaded by a stop spring 14 is mounted. The feeder 4 has a tooth 15 interacting with the upper end 16 of the stop 5. The upper end 16 of the stop 5 interacts also with the bolt 1. The lower end 17 of the stop 5 interacts with the bolt stop lever 8. The design of the bolt stop according to the invention allows higher firing speed of the weapon, since stopping takes place automatically as cartridges in the magazine are spent, and release of the bolt from the stop is performed by pressing the keys positioned symmetrically and near the shooter's hand pressing the trigger.

Description

The invention relates to small arms, and in particular to devices that hold the shutter in the rear position when emptying the store.

From the prior art, the bolt delay of the Saiga-308-1 carbine (SK-308. Operating Instructions; RE Self-loading hunting carbine Saiga-308-1) containing a spring-loaded lever mounted in the receiver is known. To set the weapon on the slide delay, move the moving parts back and, having drowned the slide delay lever protruding from the bottom of the receiver, smoothly release the moving parts. To remove the shutter lag, move the moving parts back to the stop and release them sharply.

The disadvantage is that the shooter does not have the ability to control the last cartridge in the store. In addition, the lever protruding from the bottom of the receiver, inconvenience to the shooter during the shooting process.

The closest to the claimed technical solution for the technical nature and the technical result achieved is the automatic bolt delay of the Saiga-12 carbine isp. 30 (Operation manual SOK-12S-030.RE Hunting smoothbore carbines), containing a bolt with a bolt frame, a magazine with a feeder, a shutter stop installed in the receiver.

The disadvantage lies in the complex technological design, since the interaction of the store feeder and the shutter stop is carried out using an additionally introduced lever.

The technical task of the proposed solution is to increase the practical rate of fire of small arms, simplify the design of the slide delay and improve ease of use.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the shutter is delayed automatically when the magazine is empty, and the shutter is removed from the stop by pressing a button, which speeds up the reloading process. In addition, the shutter lag is equipped with a stop spring acting on the stop and a stopper restricting the movement of the stop, which prevents unauthorized operation during firing. The symmetrical arrangement of the keys allows you to remove the shutter from a stop with both the right and left hand holding the weapon.

This object is achieved in that the small arms with a slide delay comprises a shutter with a slide frame, a magazine with a feeder, a shutter stop located in the housing. Additionally introduced are installed on the same axis shutter stop lever and keys located on the trigger guard. The keys are symmetrical. Shutter stop lever and spring-loaded keys. The feeder has protrusions for interacting with shutter stop.

Small arms with a slide delay contains a shutter 1 with a shutter frame 2, a magazine 3 with a feeder 4, a shutter stop 5 installed in the housing 6 located in the receiver 7, a shutter stop lever 8 and keys 9 (Fig. 3) installed in the trigger bracket 10 on the axis 11 and spring-loaded with a spring 12. To limit the movement of the stop 5 of the shutter, a plug 13 is installed, spring-loaded with a stop spring 14. The feeder 4 has a tooth 15 that interacts with the upper end 16 of the shutter stop 5. The upper end 16 of the shutter stop 5 also interacts with the shutter 1. The lower end 17 of the shutter stop 5 interacts with the shutter stop lever 8.

Moving parts move forward, the shutter sends the upper cartridge from the magazine to the chamber, the barrel bore is closed and the shutter is locked. The weapon is ready to fire.

To prevent unauthorized operation of the shutter lag during firing, it is equipped with a stop spring, which acts to stop the shutter, and a plug that restricts the movement of the shutter stop.

This design of the bolt delay allows you to increase the rate of fire of the weapon, since when the cartridges are used up in the magazine, the shutter is delayed automatically, and the shutter is removed from the stop by pressing the keys located symmetrically and close to the hand of the arrow pulling the trigger.

Two-way execution of keys allows you to use the shutter lag, namely, to remove the shutter from a stop with both your right and left hands holding the weapon, which is very convenient.
