Description

The invention relates to military equipment and, in particular, to the device of multi-row box-shaped magazines of large capacity used in automatic or semi-automatic small arms, as well as light machine guns with store-fed.

One of the directions of development of small arms at present is to increase the capacity of the store.

A well-known store for 30 rounds of AKM assault rifle (Manuals on small business. - M .: Military publishing house, 1987, p. 152).

The disadvantage of the store is insufficient capacity and a frequent stop in shooting, associated with the need to replace the store.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved technical result is a multi-row large-capacity box-shaped magazine for automatic weapons (patent RU 2126944, published on 02.27.1999). The store consists of a housing of variable width with a neck, constrictions, partitions, in which a feeder with a supply spring is installed, made in the form of the main and additional elements interconnected by an additional supply spring. The device is taken as a prototype.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the ability to skew cartridges in the store when bumps, falls of the store.

In a multi-row magazine, with a sharp blow from below on the cover of an incomplete magazine, the cartridges and the feeder move by inertia in the direction of the cover and the original arrangement of the cartridges is violated.

The task of the invention is to increase the reliability of the store.

The technical result that can be obtained by carrying out the invention is to exclude the movement of cartridges when impacted on the cover of the magazine and exclude misalignment of cartridges.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in a multi-row box magazine containing a box-shaped housing of variable cross-section with dividing partitions, a feeder consisting of main and additional elements interconnected by a spring, a feeder spring and a spring cover, the new one is that the store contains a restriction mechanism moving the feeder, made in the form of a ratchet mechanism and having the ability to force shut off when the store equipment.

Technical solutions with features distinguishing the claimed solution from the prototype are unknown and do not follow explicitly from the prior art. This suggests that the claimed solution is new and has an inventive step.

The store consists of a housing 1 of a thin-walled box-shaped section with a wide multi-row part 2, a rebuild zone 3 and a neck 4. Bends 5 are made on the neck to hold cartridges in the magazine and guide them when reloading, as well as front 6 and rear 7 hooks for attaching the magazine to weapons . The neck is made in the form of a two-row box-shaped channel for storing and transporting staggered cartridges. On the back inner surface of the wide part of the casing 2 and the rebuilding zone 3, a dividing partition 8 is made, which together with the walls of the casing 1 and a removable dividing partition 9 forms two double-row channels with a staggered arrangement of cartridges in a transitional zone in a wide part of the magazine’s case . Partitions 8 and 9 also serve to direct the movement of the store feeder. Bottoms on the wide part of the body are made of bends 10 for attaching the cover 11. On the inner front surface of the body, a bracket 12 is made for hinging the removable partition wall 9.

Inside the case of the store there is a feeder consisting of a base 13, a central feeder 14, a spring 15 and an axis 16 fastening them. At the bottom of the central feeder there is a stopper 17 and a stopper spring 18. Teeth 19 are made on the removable dividing partition 9, interacting with the stopper 17 and in shape, providing movement of the base 13 of the feeder to the neck 4 of the store and preventing movement in the opposite direction.

Between the lid 11 and the base 13 of the feeder there is a retaining plate 20 and a supply spring 21 of the magazine.

The locking plate 20 has a protrusion 22, which holds the lid 11 from moving, and a stop 23 to limit the rotation of the removable separating partition 9.

The cover 11 has a groove for the protrusion 22 of the retaining plate, an emphasis 24, restricting the rotation of the removable separating partition 9, and an emphasis 25, restricting the movement of the cover 11.

The store operates as follows. Before the magazine’s equipment starts with ammunition, the mechanism for restricting the feeder’s movement by displacing the cover 11 along the guides 10 is turned off. To do this, it is necessary to immerse the protrusion 22 of the locking bar and move the magazine cover 11 to limit the stop 25 of the magazine cover into the protrusion 22 of the locking bar.

In this case, the removable separating partition 9 is able to rotate by an angle at which the interaction of the limiter 17 with the teeth 19 of the removable separating partition 9 is excluded.

Cartridges are stacked under the bends of the neck of 4 stores. After the end of the equipment, the cover 11 of the store must be returned to its original position. In this case, the removable separating partition 9, pivotally mounted on the housing 1, will be limited in the lower part from the rotation by the stop 23 of the locking bar and the stop 24 of the cover 11 of the store. The spring-loaded limiter 17 will be able to interact with the teeth 19 of the removable separating partition 9.

When fired, cartridges are sent one at a time with a bolt of small arms from the store. When moving the base 13 of the feeder to the neck 4, the stopper 17 alternately interacts with the teeth 19 of the removable separating partition 9.

When exposed to shock loads on the cover of a partially filled magazine, violation of the initial arrangement of cartridges is impossible due to the lack of inertial movement of the base 13 of the feeder.

This design of the store allows you to increase the reliability of the store under various operating conditions compared to analogues and the combat effectiveness of the weapon as a whole.
