Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the perfume and cosmetics industry, is a composition of directed active ingredients of plant origin and can be used as an active additive in topical cosmetic products for skin care as an anti-inflammatory complex.
The prior art knows a cosmetic product intended for hand skin care according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 213603, the technical result of which is to increase the anti-inflammatory and softening effect of the cream. The cream contains components in their ratio, wt%: anhydrous lanolin 1.0, emulsion wax 2.0, glycerol 1.0, glycerol monostearate 3.0, perfume oil 5.0, refined sunflower oil 5.0, carbomer 150-0 3, sodium bicarbonate 0.4, paraform 0.03, nipagin 0.1, dietary supplement from a medical leech 2.0, perfume up to 1.0, water up to 100.0. This cream has its drawbacks: the use of components of animal origin, such as lanolin and dietary supplements from a medical leech, obtained by killing it, as well as the use of methyl paraben (nipagin) and paraform as preservatives. Parabens, which can have a detrimental effect on the human body, expressed, for example, in the occurrence of a rash (urticaria) and mild allergic reactions.
Also known is an external serum with anti-inflammatory and regenerating effect according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2469704, containing as a biologically active additive a suspension of niosomes up to 100 Nm in size with pig placenta extract, hyaluronic acid, propylene glycol extract of fragrant callisia (Callisia fragrans) and calendula (Calendula officinalis) in a ratio of 1: 1, and the basis includes cyclomethicone DC 345, Kathon CG preservative and purified water, with a certain ratio of components. However, this serum has several disadvantages. A significant drawback of the analogue is the use of a caton as a preservative, which is a mixture of thiazolinones - preservatives that contribute to the occurrence of allergic reactions and are prohibited for use in indelible cosmetics in many countries. Another disadvantage of serum is the use of cyclomethicone DC 345 - silicone, which increases the spreadability and improves the distribution of the product over the skin surface, but which has contraindications for use in bronchial asthma, exacerbation of allergies, and a tendency to inflammation of the eyes, because inhalation of particles of cyclopentasiloxane may cause irritation of the mucous membranes of the eyes and respiratory tract. The European Union classifies cyclopentasiloxane as a substance that causes tumors and harms the reproductive and immune systems, and can also negatively affect the nervous system. Many studies have confirmed that cyclopentasiloxane is toxic and capable of bioaccumulation in aquatic organisms. In addition, the placental drug used as a biologically active additive significantly increases the cost of the drug and, in addition, in modern cosmetology, the use of placental drugs is considered controversial and insufficiently studied.

The technical result of the claimed composition, in particular, is a pronounced anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antiseptic, wound healing, regenerating, moisturizing, soothing, antipruritic, immunomodulatory and astringent action, the composition has P-vitamin activity, reduces capillary permeability and increases their strength, restores hydrol skin balance, has a matting and firming effect.
%:The essence of the claimed invention lies in the fact that the cosmetic composition against inflammation on the skin, intended for use in cosmetics for skin care, contains glycyrrhizic acid and / or its derivative, glycerin, water-glycerin extracts of St. John's wort and calendula, preservative and water, in the following ratio of components, wt. %:
Glycyrrhizic acid, which is part of the claimed composition, is the main active substance of the extract of the roots of licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and Ural licorice (Gl. Uralensis), has high biological activity and is a highly effective tool in the treatment of various diseases, including those used in the treatment of viral hepatitis, is included in the list of numerous pharmaceutical preparations (about 50 items) that suppress the reproduction of human immunodeficiency virus in vitro. Glycyrrhizic acid is characterized by pronounced antiviral and immunomodulating properties, acting on different types of DNA and RNA viruses in vitro and in vivo (Varicella zoster; Herpes simplex types 1 and 2; various types of human papillomavirus, including oncogenic); interrupts the replication of viruses in the early stages, causes the virion to exit the capsid, thereby preventing its penetration into the cells, which is associated with selective dose-dependent inhibition of phosphorylating kinase P. Glycyrrhizic acid interacts with the structures of the virus (possibly proteins), changing various phases of the viral cycle , which is accompanied by irreversible inactivation of viral particles that are in a free state outside the cells, blocks the introduction of active viral particles into the cell, violates the ability of the virus to uktsii synthesis of new viral particles, induces interferon, which is one component of the antiviral action to inactivate these viruses in non-toxic concentrations for normal functioning of cells. Mutant strains of viruses resistant to acyclovir and iodouridine are also highly sensitive to glycyrrhizic acid, as are non-mutant strains. The anti-inflammatory activity of glycyrrhizic acid is combined with a stimulating effect on humoral and cellular factors of immunity. Derivatives of glycyrrhizic acid, like the acid itself, have high biological activity. In particular, the monoammonium salt of glycyrrhizic acid (Glyciram G) or penta-O-nicotinate of glycyrrhizic acid, 3- (bD-2,3,4-tri-o-nicotinyl glucuronopyranosyl) 12 (aD-3,4-di-O-nicotinyl glucuronopyranosyl ) glycyrrhetic acid (niglizine, NG) are used to inhibit the reproduction of the Marburg virus (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 2088232). Other glycyrrhizic acid derivatives are known that exhibit properties useful for the treatment of various diseases, which indicates the high potential of these substances for use in medicine, pharmacology, and biology. Thus, the claimed composition containing glycyrrhizic acid and / or its derivatives in combination with other components of the composition has a pronounced antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and immunomodulating effect on the recipient's skin.
The useful properties of the St. John's wort extract included in the composition of the claimed composition are characterized by the properties of its main active ingredient - hyperforin. It is known that St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) is widely used in phytomedicine. Therefore, in order to implement and achieve the claimed technical result of the invention, the main interest is the valuable properties of hyperforin, in connection with which the composition of the claimed composition uses CO2-water-glycerin extract of St. John's wort. St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) CO2 extracts as biologically active components contain mainly hyperforins from the group of acylphloroglucins and practically do not contain hypericins from the group of naphthodiantrons. St. John's wort extracts also lack flavonol glycosides, proanthocyanidins, chlorophylls and chlorogenic acids. Hyperforin is an antibacterial substance found in St. John's wort and is suitable for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases. This substance has pronounced lipophilicity and is therefore readily soluble only in non-polar solvents and fats. When emulsifying hyperforin in aqueous solutions, its rapid decomposition is observed. This problem can be eliminated by transferring hyperforin to its various salts. In this salt form, hyperforin is storage stable. However, when hyperforin salts are introduced into an aqueous solution, free hyperforin dissociates and quickly decomposes. In this regard, it is preferable to use the CO2-extract of St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum). Such an extract is obtained from the tops of the stems and flowers of St. John's wort ordinary by extraction treatment, which causes swelling of carbonic acid at high pressure. It is known that in the early growing season, the tops of the stalks of blooming hypericum contain mainly hypericins, while at a later stage of flowering, hyperforins prevail in them. Using the optimum raw material in this regard, which has been subjected to gentle processing and conditioning for its extraction processing, it is possible to produce CO2 extracts of St. John's wort with a total hyperforin content of up to 40%. In this total hyperforin content, typically 82 to 86% is hyperforin and 14 to 18% is adderforin. In addition, St. John's wort extract contains such useful and biologically active substances as anthraquinones, flavonoids, catechins, leukoanthocyanides, tannins, essential oil, tarry substances, small amounts of ascorbic acid. The claimed composition containing a water-glycerin extract of St. John's wort in combination with other components of the composition has an astringent, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect, expressed by P-vitamin activity, reduces the permeability of capillaries.

Calendula extract also contains zinc, copper, molybdenum and selenium, as well as ascorbic acid. The claimed composition containing water-glycerin marigold extract in combination with other components, has a powerful anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, disinfectant, wound healing, regenerating, moisturizing, soothing, increasing the strength of capillaries, restoring the hydrolipidic balance of the skin, matting and strengthening effect.
Protection of the claimed cosmetic composition against inflammation on the skin for use in cosmetics for skin care is carried out by introducing such non-toxic preservatives as benzyl alcohol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate in a certain ratio of 0.8: 0.3: 0, fifteen. These preservatives are physiologically safe at acceptable concentrations, approved for use in indelible cosmetics, have a wide spectrum of activity (against bacteria, fungi and yeast), effectiveness over the entire shelf life of the product, compatibility with all raw ingredients of the formulation, good solubility in water.
Achievement of the claimed technical results is achieved due to the multicomponent composition, specially selected on the basis of the synergy of the required properties inherent in its components with high activity. The solution of the problem and the achievement of the claimed technical results is achieved through the multipurpose effects of synergy of the components that make up the claimed composition, the principle of which is based on the fact that individual components or their combinations will be aimed at achieving several goals at once, and not just those with respect to which each of them shows your activity. Thus, the components in the claimed composition interact with each other as agonists and synergists, thereby increasing the efficiency of the achieved technical results. If there are mixtures of substances in the composition whose action is aimed at one goal, only an additive effect can be expected. If the action of the individual components making up the product is aimed at several different target targets, then there is a synergy effect, which was realized by the authors in the claimed invention.
