The invention relates to instruments for measuring time and can be used in the watch industry in the manufacture of portable watches, made with the possibility of easy change of the capsule with the clockwork and strap with paws for attaching it.

State of the art

As you know, a classic watch consists of a clock mechanism, a dial, a case, a minute hand, a clock hand (second), a mechanism for moving hands and a watch winding, as well as a strap for attaching a watch to your wrist.

Currently, the watch industry is increasing the production of luxury watches with decorative cases, which should provide the ability to quickly change the watch configuration in accordance with the wishes of the consumer. It is also desirable that the consumer himself could change the watch equipment without the use of a specialized tool.

Thus, watches are known according to patent document US 2012/0087216 A1, published on April 12, 2012. This watch contains a replaceable capsule with a clockwork mounted in a glass. The glass is fixed in the housing. The case is made in one piece with a strap made of flexible elastic material. Part of the elastic material in the form of a plate is located in the lower part of the housing.

At the same time, the disadvantage of known watches is the difficulty of installing a removable capsule and the inability to replace watch straps without replacing the watch case as a whole.

Watch with replaceable capsule according to patent document US 2013/0305780 A1, published on November 21, 2013, is also known. In a known solution, the replaceable capsule of the clock mechanism is mounted on the case. The removable tabs with a strap are fixed in the grooves of the case thanks to a cutout that follows the contour of the tabs.

A disadvantage of known watches is the difficulty of mounting a removable capsule (the user himself will not be able to replace it), since for this it is necessary to parse the clock.

The closest analogue of the claimed solution is a clock with a capsule turned over according to patent document RU 2447472 C1, published on 04/10/2012, containing a decoratively designed case and a supporting frame with a clockwise sealed capsule that is inverted in it and rotatable. A sealed capsule contains two interconnected subcapsules, the first of which contains a clockwork, and a plate with a decorative pattern is located in the second subcapsule. The first subcapsule has a thicker body, which is fixed in the supporting frame using two pivot bearings located on the same axis, placed on two opposite sides relative to the capsule. As a support, a translational shaft of the clockwork is used, and the second hinged support is equipped with a pin. The carrier frame is fixed between the upper rim of the upper frame and the lower rim of the lower frame of the decorative body.

A disadvantage of the known watches is the difficulty of mounting a removable capsule and the inability to mount a removable capsule directly by the user, since in order to assemble it, it is necessary to disassemble the entire case and disconnect the transfer shaft with the head and the transfer shaft sleeve from the clock mechanism.

However, the watches of the present invention are devoid of the above disadvantages and have several advantages over traditional models. The main difference is the ease and simplicity of replacing a removable capsule with a clockwork without folding operations that violate the integrity of any elements of the case or the capsule itself. At the same time, the claimed watch does not have a replaceable rim (bezel).

Thus, the technical problem solved by the present invention, and the technical result achieved by using the present invention, is to create a fundamentally new method and device for the quick replacement in a watch of a capsule with a clockwork and a strap without dismantling any elements of the case or capsule. This embodiment provides the ease and speed of changing the equipment of the watch by replacing the removable capsule, greatly simplifies the design of the watch with a replaceable capsule, and also provides high performance watches and their maintainability, as there is an easily replaceable part - a removable capsule with a clockwork.

Disclosure of invention

The goal, the required and obtained by using the invention technical result is achieved in that the watch comprising a case, a case cover, a removable capsule with a clock mechanism and tabs for attaching the strap further comprise a spring and a latch fastened to the watch case, while the removable capsule with the clock mechanism is connected to the latch using a lock, which opens when pressed on the cover of the watch case.

Moreover, this lock can be formed using, for example, annular grooves and protrusions interlocked with each other. An annular groove can be formed on the housing of the removable capsule, while the latch has a protrusion for contact interaction with the annular groove.

In addition, the tabs for attaching the strap are removable.

The housing also has grooves on the side surface for installing removable legs with a strap.

At the same time, the fixing of the removable legs is carried out by installing the capsule assembly with the clockwork, while fixing is carried out thanks to a cutout repeating the contour of the capsule.

The goal, the required and obtained by using the invention technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of quickly changing the configuration of the above watches when pressing on the watch case cover due to the spring, an elastic force arises, breaking the lock and pushing the removable capsule along the guide, which serves as a latch.

The implementation of the invention

The main distinguishing feature of the claimed device watches is the ability to quickly replace a removable capsule with a clockwork without carrying out collapsible operations to violate the integrity of the case and capsule. At the same time, the watch case does not contain auxiliary front removable panels, bezels or frames, for example, such as a bezel, for fixing a removable capsule with a clockwork to the watch case.

As noted above, today any watch device containing a replaceable capsule must be made with a complicated mechanism for collecting / disassembling either the case, or the dial, or the bezel on the case, etc. In contrast to the known solutions, the proposed design of the display mechanism has a fundamentally new implementation principle.

As shown in FIG. 1, the presented model of the watch contains a case 1 with a cover 2, into which a spring 3 and a latch (glass) 4 are attached, fastened with a case 1 with screws. In the grooves on the side surface of the housing 1, removable tabs 6 with a strap 7 are installed, and on top everything is fixed by the capsule assembly with the clock mechanism 5. The removable tabs 6 are fixed due to a cutout repeating the contour of the capsule 5.

In order to fix and prevent the accidental loss of the capsule 5 from the watch, a lock mechanism is provided, which opens when a certain pressure is exerted on it. Moreover, in the proposed embodiment, the lock consists of two paired elements - grooves and protrusions. So in FIG. 2 shows that an annular groove 9 is made on the capsule body, and a protrusion 8 for contact interaction, which creates a clamping force, is made on the retainer (glass) 4.

A key feature of the case for the user is the ability to easily change the capsule 5 and tabs 6 with the strap 7 by pressing on the cover of the case 2. When pressing on the cover of the watch case due to the spring 3, an elastic force arises, pushing the removable capsule, since the protrusion 8 on the retainer (glass ) 4, when overcoming a certain force, it leaves the annular groove 9 on the capsule 5, which leads to the snapping off of these parts from each other. Thus, the capsule 5 leaves the watch case along the guide, which serves as a retainer (glass) 4. Next, pull out the removable tabs 6 with the strap 7 from the side grooves on the case.

In this case, thanks to the spring 3, the cover of the housing 2 will return to its initial position (see Fig. 3).

This model of the case allows the average user to easily install and remove the capsule with the clockwork 5 and the tabs 6 with the strap 7. It becomes acceptable to replace one replaceable unit with another. And due to the fact that the capsule and the base of the lining can not be made of precious metals, it becomes possible to purchase components in any stores and outlets.

The above properties of this model simplify the service and operation of the watch.

As follows from the description of possible implementations of the claimed invention, the proposed wristwatch with a replaceable capsule with a clockwork ensures the achievement of the claimed technical result, namely, simplifying the design of watches with a replaceable capsule, increasing the maintainability of watches, the performance of watches and the ease and speed of changing the watch’s configuration due to replacement of the internal capsule with a clockwork, which can be done with one click on the bottom cover of the watch, without contacting the service the center and without violating the integrity of the case or any other element of the watch.

Given the novelty of the set of essential features, the technical solution of the problem, the inventive step and the materiality of all general and particular features of the utility model, proven in the section "prior art" and "Disclosure of the invention", proven in the section "Implementation and industrial implementation of the invention" technical feasibility and industrial the applicability of the invention, the solution of the inventive tasks and the confident achievement of the required technical result in the implementation and use of Retenu, in our opinion, the claimed invention meets the requirements of patentability, requirements for inventions.

The analysis also shows that all the general and particular features of the invention are essential, since each of them is necessary, and all together they are not only sufficient to achieve the purpose of the invention, but also make it possible to realize the invention in an industrial way.
