Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a timepiece with a rotating bezel having a rotating bezel.
Conventionally, a watch with a rotating bezel having a rotating bezel such as a divers watch or a sports watch is known. The rotating bezel is configured by rotatably mounting a bezel around a cover glass, and a scale corresponding to a watch pointer is displayed on the surface of the bezel. In such a rotating bezel, by appropriately rotating and setting the relationship between the scale and the pointer, it is possible to obtain a function of easily reading the elapsed time from a certain point in time.
In such a timepiece with a rotating bezel, there has been proposed a timepiece device in which a rotating bezel or the like can be easily removed so that each component can be easily maintained (Patent Document 1).
A timepiece device described in Patent Document 1 includes a case body, an annular bezel body, a holding ring that holds the bezel body between the case body, and an annular cover member that is supported by the bezel body and conceals the holding ring. And. That is, the rotating bezel is constituted by two members, the bezel body and the cover member. Thereby, the bezel body is rotatably held between the case body and the holding ring.
By the way, in the timepiece device of Patent Document 1, since the back cover is provided on the back side of the case body, when attaching the movement to the case body, the back cover is removed, and the movement is removed from the opening on the back side of the case body. It can be incorporated into the case body.
On the other hand, in recent years, a diver's watch or the like has been proposed in which a shape in which no opening is provided on the back surface of the case, that is, a one-piece type case, in order to improve waterproofness. It is necessary to attach or remove the movement in such a one-piece type case from an opening provided above the case. That is, there is a need for a timepiece with a rotating bezel that can incorporate a movement from above the case.
Also, after-sales service is provided to replace parts such as movements, rotating bezels, cover glasses, etc., if they are broken or damaged. For this reason, there is a need for a timepiece with a rotating bezel from which various parts constituting the timepiece with a rotating bezel can be easily removed.
An object of the present invention is to provide a timepiece with a rotating bezel in which a movement can be incorporated from the surface side of a case and parts can be easily removed.
A timepiece with a rotating bezel according to the present invention includes a case main body that houses a movement, a glass rim that is detachably attached to the case main body and holds a windshield member, and a rotating bezel that is rotatably provided to the case main body. The rotating bezel includes a bezel body and a display plate that is detachably attached to the bezel body, and the case body and the glass edge each include a threaded portion, and the threaded portion of the case body The glass edge is detachably attached to the case body by tightening or releasing the threaded portion of the glass edge, and the bezel body is rotatably held by the glass edge and the case body. It is characterized by that.
In the present invention, a screw portion is provided on each of the case main body for storing the movement and the glass edge for holding the windshield member. For example, a female screw part is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the case body, and a male screw part is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the glass edge. Then, the glass edge can be attached to and detached from the case body by tightening or releasing the screw part of the glass edge to the screw part of the case body. The bezel main body and the display board constitute a rotating bezel, and the display board is detachably attached to the bezel main body. The movement of the bezel main body in the axial direction is restricted by the glass edge and the case main body, so that the bezel main body, that is, the rotating bezel is rotatably held.
For this reason, even when the glass edge is covered with the rotating bezel display plate, the display plate is removed from the bezel body to expose the glass edge, and the glass edge screw part is loosened with respect to the case body screw part. Thus, the glass edge and the windshield member can be easily removed from the case body. And by removing a glass edge, a bezel main body can also be easily removed from a case main body, and a movement can also be removed easily.
Therefore, even when exterior parts or movements break down or are damaged, these parts can be easily replaced or repaired. Further, maintenance work such as cleaning of each component can be easily performed.
Further, since the rotating bezel, the glass edge and the windshield member can be easily removed from the case body, the movement can be assembled into the case body from the glass edge side (surface side) opening of the case body with these removed. Thereby, since there is no need to incorporate the movement from the back side of the case main body, the movement can be applied to a watch having a one-piece type case, and the waterproofness can be further improved. Furthermore, since the movement can be incorporated from the surface side of the case body, there is no need to turn the case body over when assembling the timepiece with the rotating bezel, and the assemblability can be improved.
In this invention, it is preferable that the said bezel main body is provided along the outer peripheral surface of the said glass edge, and is provided with the packing arrange | positioned between the outer peripheral surface of the said glass edge and the inner peripheral surface of the said bezel main body.
In the present invention, since the packing is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the glass edge and the inner peripheral surface of the bezel body, rattling between the glass edge and the bezel body can be suppressed. Here, in order to smoothly rotate the bezel body, it is preferable to provide a gap between the bezel body and the glass edge. However, if there is a gap, the bezel body will rattle.
In the present invention, by providing packing in the gap, the contact area between the bezel body and the glass edge can be reduced, and rattling is suppressed by the elastic force of the packing. Accordingly, the bezel body can be easily rotated without hindering the movement of the bezel body.
In the present invention, the case main body includes a spring member attached to a surface facing the bezel main body, and the bezel main body is arranged along a circumferential direction of the bezel main body and is engaged with the spring member. It is preferable to provide a groove.
In the present invention, the spring member is attached to the surface of the case main body facing the bezel main body, and the bezel main body is provided with a plurality of grooves that engage with the spring member along the circumferential direction of the bezel main body. Is rotated by a predetermined amount, the spring member is engaged with any one of the plurality of grooves. Accordingly, the bezel body can be held by the spring member at each position where the plurality of grooves are provided. For example, when the display surface of the display board provided in the bezel body displays a scale (specifically, 0 to 60 minutes) for indicating the elapsed time, the display of the display board attached to the bezel body By aligning the scale of “0” displayed on the surface with the position (reference position) indicated by the minute hand of the pointer and holding the bezel body at that position, the elapsed time from the reference position (reference time) can be easily Can be read.
In the timepiece with a rotating bezel according to the present invention, the bezel body can be rotated only in one direction, and when the glass edge is rotated in the one direction with respect to the case body, the threaded portion of the glass edge is It is preferable to be tightened with respect to the threaded portion of the case body.
In the present invention, when the glass edge is rotated in the same direction as the rotation direction of the bezel body, the screw portion of the glass edge is fastened to the screw portion of the case body. Therefore, even if the rotational force of the rotating bezel (bezel body) is transmitted to the glass edge, the screw part of the glass edge is tightened more tightly against the screw part of the case body, so that the case body and the glass edge are more firmly fixed. Can be made. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the glass edge from being detached from the case body by the rotating operation of the rotating bezel.
In the timepiece with the rotating bezel of the present invention, the display plate is formed so as to cover the glass edge when mounted on the bezel body, and the glass edge has a plurality of recesses on the surface of the glass edge. It is preferable to provide.
In the present invention, when the display plate is mounted on the bezel body, it is formed so as to cover the glass edge, so that the glass edge is not visually recognized from the outside. For this reason, the design property of the timepiece with the rotating bezel can be improved.
In addition, since the surface of the glass edge is provided with a plurality of recesses, a jig engaging with the plurality of recesses is fitted and rotated to tighten the screw part of the glass edge against the screw part of the case body. Or can be released. Furthermore, since the glass edge is covered with the display plate, it is possible to prevent the glass edge from rotating due to an external force applied directly to the glass edge.
Thereby, when the display board is removed from the bezel body and the surface of the glass edge is exposed, the glass edge can be easily attached to and detached from the case body. On the other hand, if the glass edge is covered with the display plate, it is possible to reliably prevent the glass edge from being attached to and detached from the case body.
In the timepiece with the rotating bezel according to the present invention, the case body and the glass edge each include a facing surface facing each other, and a concave groove formed along the circumferential direction on either one of the facing surfaces. It is preferable to provide a waterproof packing having a waterproof function in the concave groove.
In the present invention, since the recessed groove provided on either the facing surface of the case body or the facing surface on the glass edge side is provided with a waterproof packing having a waterproof function, the glass edge is fixed to the case body. The liquid can be prevented from entering the case body from between the case body and the glass edge. For this reason, when using a timepiece with a rotating bezel as a diver's watch, for example, waterproof performance up to a water depth of 200 m can be ensured.
Hereinafter, a timepiece with a rotating bezel as an embodiment of the timepiece with a rotating bezel of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[Assembly procedure of watch with rotating bezel]
In this embodiment, the timepiece 1 with a rotating bezel can be assembled by the following procedure.

[Disassembly procedure of watch with rotating bezel]
In the present embodiment, the timepiece 1 with a rotating bezel can be disassembled by the following procedure.
First, the
After disassembling the timepiece 1 with the rotating bezel, it is possible to assemble the timepiece 1 with the rotating bezel by cleaning each part, exchanging the parts, or performing the above assembling procedure again.
[Effects of clock with rotating bezel]
According to this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, the case
Further, since the bezel
In the present embodiment, since the packing 15 is provided between the recessed
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, when the rotating
In the present embodiment, when the
In the present embodiment, since the
For this reason, for example, when the timepiece 1 with a rotating bezel is used as a divers watch, waterproof performance up to a water depth of 200 m can be secured. In addition, since the
