Abstract
Description
The invention relates to means of traffic control for pedestrians and vehicles at pedestrian crossings.
И. 333 [1]/.The most difficult question of organizing traffic at a pedestrian crossing, most often leading to tragic situations, is the question of determining the time when pedestrians are still forbidden to enter the crossing and, conversely, when traffic on the crossing is allowed. At the same time, in all countries, the search for the optimal way to switch from a signal allowing the transition to a ban signal is ongoing / see, for example: Organization and traffic safety: Textbook. for universities / V.I. Konoplyanko. - M .: Higher. school, 2007, p. 333 [1] /.
п. 1975 [2]/.Special fencing elements with their lighting are known in the areas of the crossroads with traffic lights, designed to exclude the possibility of pedestrians entering the roadway, formed in the form of safety sections, separated from the roadway by horizontal markings in the form of alternating stripes, decorative low bars, fences, etc. P. /cm. [1] p. 342; Brailovsky H.O., Granovsky B.I. Vehicle traffic control. M .: Transport, 1975 [2] /.
A disadvantage of the known barriers is the relatively low efficiency of improving safety due to the weak impact on pedestrians to suppress violations of traffic rules by them.
G08G 1/01, 2009 [5]/.Also known are devices for controlling traffic at pedestrian crossings using traffic lights that provide alternate switching of the transport and pedestrian phases for specified periods of time, as well as adaptive switching of these phases depending on the density of transport and passenger flows / cm. e.g. A.S. а.с. 332-333/.In addition, dynamic pedestrian traffic lights are known that work in conjunction with traffic lights and are equipped with special projection screens that display movement permits at specified intervals while the lamp illuminates, respectively, of a moving pedestrian figure or vehicle outline / cm. The disadvantage of all known devices is the low efficiency of increasing the safety of pedestrians at road crossings due to exposure to them only by information and psychological methods without using coercion methods and spatial restrictions.
Наиболее близким устройством того же назначения к заявленному изобретению по совокупности существенных признаков является регулируемый дорожный пешеходный переход со светофорной сигнализацией, осуществляемой с помощью ламп запрещающего переход и разрешающего сигнала, подключенных к цепи питания через электромеханический контроллер со схемой управления, включающий отделяющее тротуары от дорожного полотна ограждение в виде низких декоративных решеток, имеющих проходы в местах пересечения перехода с тротуарами /см. http.//rbc-daily.ru /autonews//562949985234598 [7], принятый за прототип/.The closest device of the same purpose to the claimed invention by the set of essential features is an adjustable pedestrian crossing with traffic lights, implemented using prohibit lamps and enable signal connected to the power circuit through an electromechanical controller with a control circuit that includes a fence separating the sidewalks from the roadway in the form of low decorative gratings having passages at the intersection of the transition with sidewalks / cm. http.//rbc-daily.ru / autonews // 562949985234598 [7], adopted as a prototype /.
The disadvantage of the prototype device is the relatively low efficiency of increasing the safety of pedestrians on a road crossing due to the lack of forced pressure on pedestrians and their spatial limitations in the device.
The essence of the invention lies in the creation of a relatively simple and effective road crossing and its control system by performing an adaptive adjustable fence at the transition, which makes it possible to automatically block the entrance to the transition for the duration of the inhibitory traffic signal.
The technical result is to increase the safety of pedestrians on the road crossing.
The specified technical result during the implementation of the invention is achieved by the fact that in the known adjustable fence at a pedestrian road crossing with traffic lights, including low decorative lattices having walkways separating the sidewalks from the roadway, having passages at the intersection of the transition with sidewalks, the feature is that each of the passages made with the possibility of adaptive overlapping of the pedestrian's entrance to the corresponding transition for the duration of the inhibitory traffic signal, for which purpose on the grill on one side of the passage, approximately at the height of the pedestrian’s belt, a strong elastic tape with a bright reflective coating is fastened, freely with end fixation from the return exit, passed through the slot gap of a flat electromagnetic coil with a tape receiver at the output end, mounted on the grid on the other side of the passage and connected to the the side of the transition to the lamps prohibiting the transition of a traffic signal, while one of the side surfaces of the tape along its entire length is glued linearly expanding away from carcasses to the passage to the full width of the tape is a strip of ferromagnetic tissue.
1 в месте регулируемого входа на переход /увеличено/.The invention is illustrated by drawings, where in FIG. 1 schematically shows an intersection with traffic lights and pedestrian crossings; in FIG. 2 is a view A of the guardrail in FIG. 1 in the place of the adjustable entrance to the transition / increased /.
The intersection between intersecting
The work of the proposed device is as follows.
When applying to the side of the
It is obvious that the proposed device of adjustable fencing, carrying out the process of forcibly prohibiting pedestrians from entering a regulated crossing and, conversely, resolving this crossing, virtually eliminates all the problems characteristic of the above-known known crossings. Here there are already moments of permission and, on the contrary, prohibition of pedestrians entering the crossing, not dependent on the subjective data of the pedestrian: his vision, visibility of traffic signals in various weather conditions, the degree to which the pedestrian ignores traffic rules. Regardless of the optimal transition method being developed [1], dynamic projection screens [6], the nature of the switching of the transport and pedestrian phases of the traffic light / cm. [3], [4], [5], etc. /, the prohibiting pedestrian signal must be switched on before the allowing transport signal and the guard at the crossing immediately closes. Conversely, the removal of the prohibition pedestrian signal should occur later than the inclusion of the prohibition transport signal when the pedestrian fence opens.
According to the applicant, the proposed technical solution, practically without requiring capital expenditures, will dramatically increase the safety of pedestrians at controlled traffic lights, eliminate a number of the many problems in finding the best way to regulate traffic at the crossings and the interaction of pedestrians with drivers of vehicles, will make it possible to reduce the number accidents at crossings and their dependence on the subjective characteristics of pedestrians and drivers.
