Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of energy conservation, and in particular to devices for the utilization of thermal energy of supply and exhaust air in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Areas in which the system can be used: prefabricated buildings, which have significant energy losses in the ventilation and air conditioning systems of internal rooms due to the large amount of heat dissipated over the area of the structures of these structures, as well as the lack of suitable heat recovery devices.
[1] (PROFILCO PR 50.).Known hinged ventilated facades of structures with a ventilated wind and rain barrier. Heat is removed from the inside of the facade by means of natural air circulation [1] (PROFILCO PR 50.).
These ventilated facades include metal mounting profiles attached to the facades of buildings, which are the basis of the structure, and cladding panels made of metal, ceramic or glass, mounted on these profiles. The resulting air gap between the building facade and the hinged panels forms a heat-insulating layer with natural ventilation. The main disadvantage of this design is the lack of thermal preparation of air for the ventilation system. This design, being a good thermal insulator, does not work to ensure the quality of indoor air. This reduces the efficiency of the system, which requires additional energy costs for the heat treatment of the supply air in the ventilation system.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the claimed centralized heat recovery system is a heat recovery unit REC [2] (www.air-ned.com). It consists of a plate heat-exchange element, a forced air supply channel, a forced exhaust ventilation channel. In the heat exchange element, the heat of the exhaust air is continuously transferred to the heated medium through the plate walls separating the medium, performing thermal preparation of the air before it is fed into the room.
The main disadvantage of the prototype in the preparation of air before supplying it to the room is the inability to use the thermal power dissipated in the structure. Thus, only part of the potential heat energy is used in the recovery process.
An object of the present invention is to provide a centralized heat recovery system for prefabricated buildings dispersed in a building structure, with the possibility of utilizing excess thermal energy for water treatment in a hot water supply system.
The essence of the present invention lies in the fact that the inventive centralized heat recovery system of prefabricated buildings, consisting of a forced air supply channel, a forced exhaust channel, according to the invention, as a heat exchange element with a device for the recovery of excess heat energy for water treatment of a hot water system, a quick-built structure is used .

1.A distinctive feature of the centralized heat recovery system of prefabricated buildings is that due to the low values of heat capacity and thermal conductivity of gases, the high heat transfer intensity between them is realized by the entire surface area of the heat exchange structure of the
