Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for increasing wear resistance and marking road and other coatings using paints (enamels), thermoplastics, cold plastic and is intended to increase the wear resistance and durability of road marking and marking of other surfaces.
[1].Road marking is a special marking of the road, which helps to regulate traffic and better navigate the situation on the road. There are various types of road markings: permanent and temporary, horizontal and vertical, marking of ground parking and underground parking, marking of storage facilities, as well as applying various screen images [1].
Existing methods of applying road marking do not allow to achieve high strength and durability. After a short period of time, the marking is erased from the road surface and ceases to fulfill its function.
The invention provides increased strength and durability of constant road marking, marking applied to various surfaces, any types of paints (enamels) and materials used for marking.
Currently, there are several ways to apply marking on the road surface:
- гравитационный способ;- gravity method;
- метод воздушного распыления;- air spray method;
[2].- non-compressor (airless) method of applying paints and cold spray plastics [2].
The disadvantages of these methods are low strength and wear resistance of the applied markings.
Known analogues of this invention are considering options for increasing the wear resistance of markings for road and other coatings, mainly through a change in the properties of the applied material; for example, in the invention, “A method of increasing the melt strength of (co) polypropylene polymers” [3]. This invention relates to a method for increasing the melt strength of a (co) polypropylene polymer using initiator dispersions. The use of dispersions of the initiator in the form of particles instead of the corresponding undispersed initiators or their dilutions, or solutions leads to a significant increase in the melt strength of the modified polymer and a wide selection of suitable initiators. The method is characterized by the presence of the initiator in the form of a dispersion in a polar medium in which at least 90% by weight of the particles of the initiator is less than 50 microns and at least 99% by weight of the particles of the initiator is less than 65 microns. The disadvantages of this method are the low durability of the markup material from the effects of a combination of destructive factors, including susceptibility to abrasion from the effects of automobile wheels.
Another analogue is the invention “Fire-resistant polymer composite material and method for its preparation” [4]. The invention relates to a method for applying polymer composite materials with high fire resistance. The method is characterized in that to achieve high fire resistance of the material, perforation of the surface of the material is used. The disadvantages of this method are:
- низкая прочность и износостойкость материала;- low strength and wear resistance of the material;
- необходимость использования отвердителя и стабилизатора для подготовки поверхности.- the need to use a hardener and stabilizer for surface preparation.
Also known is the method described in the invention [5], which allows marking on the surface of the road surface using a material that is viscous at the time of application and which is pressurized from the feed chamber through the outlet, then it is separated by rotating blades and discarded onto the road surface coating in the order of marking, and to a device for applying markings intended for the implementation of this method. The disadvantage of this method is the difficulty of applying and holding the marking material on vertical or inclined surfaces, as well as its fragility.
The closest analogue (prototype) of the present invention is a method of manufacturing a rough road surface from cement concrete [6]. The invention relates to the construction of road surfaces, namely, the device of rough layers of road surfaces.
The essence of the proposed technical solution consists in combining a durable upper wear layer with a predetermined perforation with a lower coating layer in the form of a large-porous draining cement concrete, characterized by high roughness and water permeability.
The proposed method allows to obtain a road surface with significantly increased characteristics of the coefficient of adhesion and water permeability, eliminates aquaplaning and positively affects the safety of traffic. The disadvantages of this method include the low wear resistance of the road surface, which significantly reduces the durability of the markings applied to this surface. Another disadvantage is that the method can be used for a limited type of surface.
The objectives of the invention are:
- увеличение прочности и износостойкости разметки за счет обеспечения условий для осуществления более глубоких явлений адгезии, диффузии, происходящих между перфорированными поверхностями и маркировочными материалами, а также образования близкого к монолитному материала для увеличения срока службы разметки;- an increase in the strength and wear resistance of the marking due to the provision of conditions for the implementation of deeper phenomena of adhesion, diffusion between perforated surfaces and marking materials, as well as the formation of a material close to monolithic to increase the service life of the marking;
- сохранение информационных свойств разметки при разрушении или истирании ее верхнего слоя.- preservation of the information properties of the markup during the destruction or abrasion of its upper layer.
Technical result achieved:
- увеличение прочности и износостойкости разметки за счет обеспечения условий для осуществления более глубоких явлений адгезии, диффузии, происходящих между перфорированными поверхностями и маркировочными материалами, а также образования близкого к монолитному материала для увеличения срока службы разметки;- an increase in the strength and wear resistance of the marking due to the provision of conditions for the implementation of deeper phenomena of adhesion, diffusion between perforated surfaces and marking materials, as well as the formation of a material close to monolithic to increase the service life of the marking;
- сохранение информационных свойств разметки при разрушении или истирании ее верхнего слоя за счет сохранения материала разметки в перфорациях.- preservation of the informational properties of the marking during the destruction or abrasion of its upper layer by preserving the marking material in perforations.
The inventive method differs from the prototype in that before applying the marking, the surface of the coating is perforated. Perforation of the surface for marking is carried out by any of the known methods:
- продавливанием после предварительного разогрева (для асфальтобетонных покрытий);- punching after preheating (for asphalt concrete pavements);
- фрезерованием всеми известными методами - концевым, торцовым, периферийным, фасонным и т.д. (для бетонных покрытий);- milling by all known methods - end, end, peripheral, shaped, etc. (for concrete coatings);
д.).- die cutting or punching (for plastic, tar, rubber coatings, etc.).
The method of perforation, the choice of frequency, the procedure for applying perforations, their depth and shape are selected based on the properties, operating conditions of the coating surface itself, the requirements for wear resistance of the applied marking, the properties of the applied marking material, weather conditions when applying the marking material, and the length of the marking life . A diagram of a vertical cut of the perforated surface of the road surface with the applied marking material is shown in Fig. 1, where 1 is a paint or polymer material of the road marking; 2 - stone-bitumen mastic; 3 - perforation in the road surface, filled with marking material; 4 - zone of adhesion and diffusion of road marking material with asphalt concrete pavement; 5 - coarse-grained asphalt concrete; 6 - compacted crushed stone; 7 - sand cushion (base); 8 - compacted soil.
In accordance with the claimed method (figure 1) perform the following actions:
4.1. Before applying the marking
To apply marking or marking on inclined or vertical coatings (surfaces), perforation is applied at an angle (Fig. 2), where 1 is a paint or polymer material for marking or marking; 2 - perforation in the surface of the coating, filled with marking material; 3 - the surface on which the marking or marking is applied.
