Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the extraction of substances by organic extractants from hydrochloric acid solutions and can be used in non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy, as well as for the treatment of industrial and domestic wastewater.
Ч. 2. 1972. С. 736-738, 759-760].Known methods for the extraction of Au and Ag ions by their hydrolytic precipitation from aqueous solutions [R. Ripan, I. Chitanyu. Inorganic chemistry.
The disadvantage of the methods is that when silver chloride is precipitated with a solution of hydrochloric acid, micro impurities co-precipitate, forming insoluble chlorides or basic salts, complex compounds of silver polychlorides can form at a high concentration of HCl, and complex gold recovery processes are used in the extraction of gold.
The closest technical solution is a method for separate extraction of gold and silver from thiocyanate solutions [Belobeletskaya MV, Medkov MA, Goryachev NA, Molchanov VP, Smolkov AA RF patent No. 2385958], including the contact of the extractant and the solution, stirring, settling and phase separation, gold is first extracted by extraction with a solution of tributyl phosphate in kerosene, and then silver is extracted by extraction with a mixture of tributyl phosphate and diphenylthiocarbamide in kerosene.
Недостатком способа является то, что не выявлены оптимальные условия селективного извлечения ионов Au и Ag из солянокислых растворов смеси их солей трибутилфосфатом (ТБФ).The disadvantage of this method is that the optimal conditions for the selective extraction of Au and Ag ions from hydrochloric acid solutions of a mixture of their salts with tributyl phosphate (TBP) have not been identified.
The objective of the invention is to determine the optimal conditions for the selective extraction of Au and Ag ions from hydrochloric acid solutions of a mixture of their salts by extraction of TBP.
The technical result that can be obtained using the invention is the effectiveness of the selective extraction of Au and Ag ions from hydrochloric acid solutions using an inexpensive extractant.
HCl, 240 г/дм3 NaCl и t=20°C.This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known method for the selective extraction of Au and Ag ions from solutions by extraction of TBP, which includes contacting the extractant and the solution, mixing, settling and separation of phases, extraction from hydrochloric acid solutions is carried out by portioned supply of extractant at concentrations of 2 N. HCl 240 g / dm 3 NaCl and t = 60 ° C with a minimum contact time of the solution and the extractant, which allows gold to be almost completely recovered in the first portions of the extractant with minimal silver recovery; after gold is extracted, silver is then almost completely extracted by extraction of TBP at concentrations of 3 n HCl, 240 g / dm 3 NaCl and t = 20 ° C.
The essence of the method is illustrated by the data in table. 1-6 and FIG. 1-4, which indicate the concentration of metal ions in the initial solutions, the extraction time, the concentration of metal ions in the raffinate and extract, the distribution coefficient D, calculated as the ratio of the equilibrium concentrations of metal ions in the organic and aqueous phases, the separation coefficient β Αu / Ag = D Au / D Ag , recovery,% wt. from the source.
The extraction was carried out with batch and single supply of extractant from solutions with a volume of V rast = 100 cm 3 with concentrations of sodium chloride C NaCl = 240 NaCl g / dm 3 , temperatures of 20 and 60 ° C with different ratios of volumes of organic O and aqueous O phases B: . With a batch feed of TBP, extraction was carried out in 5 stages, at each stage a TBP with a volume of V TBP = 20 cm 3 , O: B = 1: 5, ΣO: B = 1: 1 was used, and with a single supply of extractant V TBP = 0.1 dm 3 , O: B = 1: 1. Each stage is carried out for 10 minutes.
The initial solutions contained soluble complexes of gold and silver chlorides. Phosphoric acid tributyl ester (C 4 H 9 O) 3 PO (chemically pure) was used as an extractant. The extraction was carried out with constant stirring.
HCl.Reextraction of gold and silver from the organic phase was carried out with an 8% solution of thiourea CS (NH 2 ) 2 and 10% HCl solution.

HCl (Fig. 2, table. 3, 4) and 2 N. HCl (Fig. 3, Tables 5, 6), 240 g / dm 3 NaCl and temperatures of 20 and 60 ° C.
From the data of FIG. 3, 4 and tab. 3-6, we can draw the following conclusions:
1. With increasing temperature, the extraction of silver at each stage decreases by a factor of ~ 2, and gold does not change. Extraction of gold ions is independent, and silver is weakly dependent on temperature at a given acidity. With an increase in the concentration of HCl, the extraction of gold practically does not change, and silver decreases by 1.3-1.5 times.
2. At a given initial concentration, a batch supply of extractant increases silver recovery by 1.1 times at C HCl = 3 N. and 1.03 times with C HCl = 2 N. in the fifth stage of extraction.
3. A batch feed of the extractant reduces the consumption of the extractant: to obtain the same extraction result with the stepwise injection of the extractant in 10 minutes, O: B = 1: 5 is required, and with a single injection of the extractant in 10 minutes, O: B = 1: 1. During the regeneration of each portion of the extractant, it is possible to further reduce the consumption of extractant.
4. The best extraction results were obtained with a batch feed of extractant from hydrochloric acid solutions with a concentration of 2 N. HCl, 240 g / dm 3 NaCl and a temperature of t = 60 ° C for gold and with a concentration of 3 N. HCl, 240 g / dm 3 NaCl and a temperature of t = 20 ° C for silver.
