FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The invention relates to an armor-protective element of clothing.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Armor-protective clothing elements containing integuments and armor-resistant bags located in integuments are known in the art. Armor-proof bags usually contain a multilayer complex composed of many superimposed layers designed to absorb the impact of shells, such as fragments of explosive devices or bullets, or cold weapons, and optionally containing a waterproof protective pocket that protects the complex from moisture and ultraviolet radiation. The multilayer complex necessarily has the required thickness, rigidity and weight.

Figure 1 presents the armor-protective element of clothing for the chest type "Rize". The clothing element comprises a ventral protective portion and / or a dorsal protective portion. The continuity of the protection provided by the clothing element is guaranteed by overlapping the ventral protective portion and the dorsal protective portion of the protective bag at the level of the sides of the user. The overlapping zones A and B are thick. However, since the overlap takes place on the sides of the wearer, the garment element itself creates a moderate obstruction to the wearer's movements. In addition, the element of clothing has the advantage that it is made symmetrically and, accordingly, the weight is evenly distributed in it.

However, the clothing item shown in FIG. 1 has the disadvantage that it must be worn over the head. This complicates putting on and taking off, especially if the user is in a limited space, such as, for example, a vehicle.

In addition, this leads to unacceptable time to put on and take off in emergency situations.

To overcome this drawback, you can use an armored element of clothing for the chest type "vest", which will open in front of the element of clothing, as shown in figure 2, and put on through the hands. Nevertheless, this implies the presence of a protection overlap zone C at the front of the clothing element, which leads to unacceptable obstacles to the user's movements, in particular for forward bends, due to its asymmetry, the clothing element has an unbalanced weight distribution, which makes it not very comfortable.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The aim of the invention is the creation of an armored element of clothing that provides continuous protection of the chest while providing easy putting on and taking off.

The specified goal in the framework of the present invention is achieved due to the armor-protective element of clothing containing body armor, and body armor contains:

- a multilayer armor-protective package having a ventral protective part and a dorsal protective part, in which the ventral protective part and the dorsal protective part are made with the possibility of covering the user's shoulder by overlapping each other, and

- a cover for accommodating an armor-protective package, in which the cover contains a first ventral panel containing a pocket for positioning the ventral protective part of the armor-protecting package, and a second ventral panel that allows partial covering of the first ventral panel.

The proposed item of clothing has the advantage that it can be made in such a way as to be worn through the hands, while having limited overlapping zones.

The proposed item of clothing may, in addition, have the following characteristics:

- and the ventral protective part and the dorsal protective part contain shoulder extensions to cover the user's shoulder, the extensions overlap each other,

- the armor-proof bag forms an opening for the neck and two openings for the hands, and the ventral protective part and the dorsal protective part overlap in zone D of the shoulder, extending between the opening for the neck and one of the openings for the hands,

- the closing device extends along the closing line located in the center of the first ventral panel,

- the cover contains a holding device for holding the first ventral panel and the second ventral panel opposite each other in the process of closing the item of clothing,

- the holding device comprises a strap mounted on the inner surface of the second ventral panel, the first ventral panel is located between the strap and the inner surface of the second panel,

- the ventral protective part and the dorsal protective part are configured to cover at least one side of the user by overlapping each other, and the overlap zone on the side is located on the same side of the user as the overlap zone on the shoulder,

- the bulletproof vest contains an adjusting device for adjusting the overlap of the ventral protective part and the dorsal protective part on the side,

- the item of clothing contains a belt provided for covering the waist of the user in order to fix the item of clothing on the user,

- the clothing element contains an armor-resistant collar adapted for removable attachment to body armor to protect the user's neck, the armor-collar also contains at least one multilayer armor-resistant package,

- armored collar contains two side armored packages that provide the ability to cover the back of the neck by overlapping each other,

- the clothing item contains armored shoulder sections adapted for removable attachment on body armor to protect the shoulders of the user, each armored shoulder section also contains a multilayer armored package,

- each armored shoulder section contains a cover for accommodating the armored package, and the cover contains at least one flexible section that allows the armored package to be displaced from the shoulder section with respect to the body armor,

- the item of clothing contains an additional removable multilayer protective package, adapted for application to the ventral protective part of the armor protective package for protection against cold weapons.

MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

In Fig.3-5, the presented armor-protective clothing item mainly comprises a body armor 1 for protecting the user's chest, an armor-protecting collar 2 for protecting the user's neck, armor-protecting shoulder sections 3 for protecting the user's shoulders and armor-protecting skirt 4 for protecting the user's pelvic part, armor-protecting collar 2, armored shoulder sections 3 and armored skirt 4 are configured to provide removable attachment to body armor 1.

The bulletproof vest 1 contains a multilayer armor-proof bag 11 and a cover 12 for accommodating the armor-proof bag 11 and maintaining it around the user's chest.

Armor-proof package 11 contains a multilayer complex, composed of many continuous overlay layers and a waterproof protective pocket, opaque to ultraviolet radiation. Each layer of the complex is made of fabric resistant to impact of shells. More specifically, the complex is composed of many layers of aramid tissue. The protective pocket is made of polyamide fabric coated with a coating made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or other weldable material.

As shown in FIG. 6, the protective bag 11 comprises a ventral protective portion 111 and a dorsal protective portion 112. Each protective portion 111, 112 comprises two shoulder extensions, 113, 115 and 114, 116, respectively, laid out to cover each shoulder of the user. The shoulder extensions 113 and 114 are connected to each other with the formation of continuous protection on the shoulder. In fact, each layer of the complex continuously extends from the ventral protective portion 111 to the dorsal protective portion 112, passing through the extensions 113 and 114. On the one hand, the extensions 115 and 116 are not connected to each other and cover the other shoulder by overlapping each other. This means that the layers of the complex form an extension 115 overlapping with the layers of the complex forming the extension 116 so as to form a continuous protection of the shoulder.

The protective bag 11 forms an opening 117 and two openings 118 and 119 for the hands. In use, the ventral protective portion 111 and the dorsal protective portion 112 overlap in a shoulder region D extending between the neck opening 117 and the arm cutout 118.

Additionally, the ventral protective portion 111 and the dorsal protective portion 112 also overlap in zones A and B of the sides of the user.

The cover 12 also comprises a ventral portion 121 and a dorsal portion 122, comprising a pocket for accommodating a ventral protective portion 111 and a dorsal protective portion 112 of the protective bag 11, respectively.

More specifically, the ventral portion 121 of the cover 12 comprises a first substantially symmetrical ventral panel 1211 configured to cover the entire ventral portion of the chest, and a second ventral panel 1212 that partially covers the first ventral panel 1211 when the clothing element is closed. The first ventral panel 1211 includes a pocket for accommodating the ventral protective portion 111 of the protective bag. The second ventral panel 1212 does not contain a protective bag. The cover 12 also includes a closing device 123 in the form of a zipper for connecting the ventral panels 1211 and 1212 together with the purpose of closing the item of clothing. The closure device 123 extends along the closure line located in the center of the first ventral panel 1211 so that the closure device 123 can be easily actuated by the user when donning and removing.

The cover 12 also comprises fasteners 124 and 125 located on both sides of the closure device 123 for securing the vest of electronic equipment (not shown in the drawings) on the body armor. These mounting devices 124 and 125 are made in the form of halves of zippers designed to interact with the halves of the zippers of the vest of electronic equipment. Thus, the user can put on or take off two vests in one step at a time.

The cover 12 comprises a holding device 126 for holding the first ventral panel 1211 and the second ventral panel 1212 opposite each other during the closure of the clothing element. The holding device 126 includes a strap fixed to the inner surface of the second ventral panel 1212, the first ventral panel 1211 is located between the strap and the inner surface of the second panel 1212. The specified holding device 126 allows you to compensate for the imbalance caused by the ventral panels 1211 and 1212 when the clothing element is open. After closing, body armor 1 is perfectly balanced.

The dorsal portion 122 of the cover 12 includes lateral mounting parts 1221, 1222 attached to the ventral portion 121 of the cover 12 on each side of the ventral portion 121, at the level of the sides of the user. In conclusion, the cover 12 includes adjustable fastening devices in the form of, for example, self-fastening strips. These fasteners allow you to adjust the overlap of the ventral protective part 111 and the dorsal protective part 112 of the armor protection package on the sides of the user in order to adapt the size of the clothing element to the morphology of the user.

The side mounting parts 1221 and 1222 also include pockets for accommodating rigid plates to protect the sides.

Finally, the bulletproof vest 1 contains an additional removable multilayer armor-proof bag 13, shown in Fig.7 and located in the pocket of the first ventral panel 1211, superimposed on the ventral part 111 of the armor-protecting bag 11 for protection against cold steel.

The optional multilayer protective bag 13 comprises a multilayer complex composed of a plurality of continuous overlay layers and a waterproof protective pocket opaque to ultraviolet radiation. Each layer of the complex is made of fabric resistant to knives. More specifically, the complex is composed of many layers of aramid tissue. The protective pocket is made of polyamide fabric coated with a coating made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or other weldable material.

An additional protective bag 13 comprising a fool protection device 131 in the form of a portion of a tape extending from a waterproof protective pocket. Device 131 "protection against the fool" allows you to check the presence of an additional protective package 13 in the body armor 1.

As shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, the armor-protecting collar 2 contains two armor-protecting bags 21 and a cover 22 for accommodating the armor-protecting packages and their location around the user's neck.

The cover 22 includes a fastening collar 221 for attaching the armor-protecting collar 2 to the body armor 1 and two pockets 222 connected to the fastening collar 221, each pocket 222 allows the armor-proof package 21. The cover 22 also includes fastening devices 223 in the form of, for example, self-fastening strips for fastening armor-collar 2 on the inner surface of the cover 12 through the hole 117 for the neck. The mounting collar 221 has a C-shape with a passage in front, allowing you to put on the element of clothing as a vest. The pockets 222 contain armored bags 21, stacked in such a way that the armored bags 21 cover the back of the neck by overlapping. The pockets 222 are not connected to each other in the overlap zone E, thus, they allow a certain relative sliding of the armor bags 21 with respect to each other in this zone. This mechanism makes it easier to move the user's head, while ensuring continuous neck protection.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, each armored shoulder portion 3 comprises an armored protective bag 31 and a cover 32 for accommodating an armored protective pack and positioning it in the region of the user's shoulders.

The cover 32 comprises a fastening end 321 for attaching the armored shoulder portion 3 to the body armor 1 and a bowl-shaped pocket 322 for accommodating the armored bag 31. The cover 32 also includes fastening devices 323, for example, in the form of self-fastening strips, for attaching the armored shoulder portions to the inner surface of the cover 12 through one of the openings 118, 119 for the hands. The cover 32 also contains two elastic connecting portions 324 with inserts connecting the cup-shaped pocket 322 and the fastening end 321. The elastic connecting portions 324 are configured to bias the body armor package 31 relative to the body armor 1. This mechanism allows you to simplify the movement of the user's hands.

Since the armored shoulder sections 3 are removably attached to the body armor 3, each shoulder section 3 can be easily removed, for example, to allow the user to carry hand luggage on the shoulder.

As shown in FIG. 12, the armor-protecting skirt 4 comprises an armor-protecting bag 41 and a cover 42 for accommodating the armor-protecting bag and positioning it in front of the user's pelvic zone. Veil 42 includes a pocket 421 to house a rigid plate to protect the pelvic area.

The garment also includes a removable pocket 6, shown in Fig.13, for the location of the rigid plate to protect the neck. The removable pocket 6 comprises a cover 61 and fastening means 613 of the cover on the armored collar 2 in the form of, for example, quick-release fastening buckles. A removable pocket 6, comprising a rigid plate for protecting the neck, can thus be attached to an armored collar to protect the front of the user's neck.

The clothing element also contains the separation sections 7 shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, designed to be removably mounted on the inner surface of the body armor 1. More precisely, the separation sections 7 include a ventral separation section 71 (FIG. 14) and a dorsal separation section 72 (FIG. 15 ) attached respectively to the ventral portion 121 and the dorsal portion 122 of the cover 12 (as shown in FIG. 16). Each dividing section 71, 72 is made of lightweight breathable material. By creating a space between the body armor 1 and the wearer's chest, the dividing sections 71 and 72 favor air circulation inside the bulletproof vest 1. Additionally, the dividing sections 71 and 72 support the body armor 11 at a distance from the user's chest, which protects the user from potential deformation of the armor body 11 hit the projectile.

The armor-protective clothing element also includes a belt 8, shown in Fig. 17, made in the form of a strip of elastic material, designed to cover the user's waist in order to fix the clothing element on the user. A belt 8 is attached to the dorsal dividing portion 122 (as shown in FIG. 16). The belt 8 prevents the clothing element from rolling when the user is moving, in particular when the user is running.

Claims (14)

1. Armor protective clothing element containing body armor (1), and body armor (1) contains:
- a multilayer armor protective bag (11) having a ventral protective part (111) and a dorsal protective part (112), in which the ventral protective part (111) and the dorsal protective part (112) are made with the possibility of covering the user's shoulder by overlapping each other, and
- a cover (12) for accommodating the armor-protecting bag (11), the cover (12) comprising a first ventral panel (1211) containing a pocket for positioning the ventral protective portion (111) of the armor-protecting bag (11), and a second ventral panel (1212), providing the ability to partially cover the first ventral panel (1211). 2. A clothing item according to claim 1, characterized in that the ventral protective part (111) and the dorsal protective part (112) contain shoulder extensions (115, 116) to cover the user's shoulder, and the extensions overlap each other. 3. A clothing item according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the armor-protecting bag (11) forms an opening (117) for the neck and two openings (118, 119) for the hands, and the ventral protective part (111) and the dorsal protective part ( 112) overlap in the area (D) of the shoulder, extending between the hole (117) for the neck and one of the openings (118) for the hands. 4. A clothing item according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cover (12) comprises a closing device (123) for joining ventral panels (1211, 1212) together to close the clothing element, the closing device extends along the closing line located in the center of the first ventral panel (1211). 5. A clothing item according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cover (12) comprises a holding device (126) for holding the first ventral panel (1211) and the second ventral panel (1212) opposite each other during the closing of the clothing element. 6. A clothing item according to claim 5, characterized in that the holding device (126) comprises a strap fixed to the inner surface of the second ventral panel (1212), the first ventral panel (1211) being located between the strap and the inner surface of the second panel (1212) . 7. Clothing item according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the ventral protective part (111) and the dorsal protective part (112) are configured to close at least one side of the user by overlapping each other, and the side is located on the same side user as indicated shoulder. 8. A clothing item according to claim 10, characterized in that the armor-protecting collar (2) contains two side armor-protecting bags (21), which make it possible to cover the back of the neck by overlapping each other. 12. A clothing item according to any one of claims 1 to 2, 6, 8, or 11, characterized in that it contains armored shoulder sections (3) adapted for removable attachment to body armor (1) to protect the shoulders of the user, each armored shoulder section ( 3) also contains a multilayer armored bag (31). 13. A clothing item according to claim 12, characterized in that each armored shoulder section (3) contains a cover (32) for accommodating an armored package (31), and the cover (32) contains at least one flexible section (324), providing the possibility of displacement of the bulletproof package (31) from the shoulder area in relation to the bulletproof vest (1). 14. A clothing item according to any one of claims 1 to 2, 6, 8 or 11, characterized in that it comprises an additional removable multilayer protective bag (13), adapted for applying an armored protective bag (11) on the ventral protective part (111) for protection from edged weapons.
