Abstract

FIELD: means of protection of man's body against firearm. SUBSTANCE: armored jacket has front rack and back made of laminated high-modulus fabric with armor components, neck-shoulder strap, protective apron, fasteners of jacket components and facilities for adjusting the jacket to man's figure and waistbelt placed in them. The front rack and back on the inner side are furnished with ventilation - shock-absorber rest, and on the outer side - with anti-ricochet stracks. The joint of the neck- shoulder strap and upper part of the back has a plate with a transport loop above it. The front rack in the upper part is furnished with a hinged strap having a fastener over the entire length engageable with the fastener at ends of the collar, and in the lower part, with a guide pocket for the apron. The latter can move in vertical direction. Shoulder covers of the neck-shoulder strap are furnished with stops for bells of carried equipment and weapon butt. Известен бронированный жилет, состоящий из множества слоев баллистической ткани, в котором в несколько слоев установлены бронеэлементы. Жилет дополнительно снабжен амортизирующей прокладкой и съемным фартуком. (пат. Франции N 2391446, МПК F 41 H 1/02, 1978 г.). Тем не менее использование этого жилета остается довольно узким по своему функциональному назначению, на уровне достаточной защиты от пистолетных пуль дозвуковой скорости. Усиление брони и элементов амортизации является нецелесообразным, т.к. это приводит к увеличению габаритов и веса, а следовательно, к снижению удобства эксплуатации. Кроме того, известная конструкция не предусматривает защиты шеи и рук человека. Вышеописанный жилет взят нами за прототип. Недостатками жилета-прототипа являются: большая номенклатура комплектующих: бронежилет, шейно-плечевая накидка, куртка; шейно-плечевая накидка жестко скреплена с бронежилетом, что снижает свободу движения плечевых суставов; отсутствует регулировка бронежилета по росту; отсутствует регулировка проема воротника; невозможно ношение жилета на зимней форме одежды, быстрое снятие жилета с тела человека; отсутствие элементов защиты от вторичных осколков; невозможна быстрая регулировка поясного ремня для увеличения вентиляции поджилетного пространства; невозможна регулировка по высоте подвеса фартука; отсутствие кармана в фартуке для сменных бронеэлементов; невозможность перевода фартука в исходное положение при надетой накидке; отсутствие защиты от влаги при ношении жилета без водонепроницаемой куртки (снижение бронезащитных свойств жилета); отсутствие упоров; транспортировочной петли; вентиляционно-амортизационного подпора и плечевых амортизаторов.Known body armor containing a shelf and back made of multilayer ballistic fabric, and installed in them armor elements, a protective apron, means for attaching the constituent elements of the vest and fitting it to the figure of a person, is equipped with a removable pad with rigid armor elements, a waterproof jacket, the sleeves of which are lined with many layers of ballistic fabric, and a removable neck-shoulder pad with means of attaching it to the body armor, and the apron is made fixed with a bend line located slightly higher than bottom section of the front shelf of the vest (US Pat. The above vest is taken by us as a prototype. Задачей создания изобретения является разработка конструкции бронежилета, более удобного в эксплуатации, без снижения его защитных свойств и эксплуатационных возможностей.
