Abstract

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a container 1 comprising a cup-shaped box 2 and a lid 3 connected to the cup-shaped box 2, and also comprising a side wall of the box 5, 6 and an adjacent front wall 7 of the box. The connecting tab 13, 14 extends from the side wall 5, 6 of the container 1 box, in which the connecting tab 13, 14 is attached to the front wall 7 of the container 1 box. The container 1 additionally comprises a panel 30 extending from the front wall 7 of the box, at that the panel 30 covering the tab at least partially covers the connecting tab 13, 14 of the box 2 and the inner covering panel 34 with dependence on the panel 33 covering the tab. The inner covering panel 34 covers the inner part of the container 1 wall, in which the inner covering panel 34 at least partially covers the inner surface of the upper wall 23 of the lid 3. Description

The present invention relates to a container, in particular used for consumer products, such as, for example, elongated smoking products. The present invention also relates to a suitable preform for such a container.

Containers for smoking articles and blanks for them are known in the art, for example, from WO-A-2009/020383. This document discloses a container for smoking articles, which is made from a single blank. The blank contains several panels (hereinafter, panels). The panels are first glued to one another, and then cut off to allow part of the top cover to rotate around the hinge line on the back of the container. Some of the lid panels, as well as the panels of the container box, contain connecting tabs that adhere to adjacent walls. As a result of the manufacturing method of the blank of such a container, a lot of waste is created, since part of the panels protrudes beyond the sides of the main surface of the blank.

A similar container is known from GB 714,466 A. The container also contains an inner lid panel that is inserted into the panel lid to form a second wall of the upper lid. The panels are located on the container blanks so that an unsightly gap becomes visible near the edges between the front wall and the side walls of the box when the open container can be viewed from the front.

However, when the prior art containers are in the open position, the connecting tabs are visible. Thus, the object of the invention is to provide a container with a high-quality exterior finish, attractive both in closed and open state of the container. Another objective of the invention is to create a blank of such a container, which minimizes waste due to the improved location of the blanks on a sheet of material for blanks.

According to the invention, a container is provided comprising a cup-shaped box and a lid connected to a cup-shaped box, further comprising a side wall of the box and an adjacent front wall of the box. The connecting tab extends from the side wall of the container box and is connected to the front wall of the container box. In addition, the tongue-covering panel extends from the front wall of the box, where the tongue-covering panel is at least partially superimposed on the connecting tongue. The container further comprises an inner cover panel that extends from the cover tongue panel, in which the inner cover panel covers the inside of the container wall and in which the inner cover panel at least partially covers the inner surface of the top wall of the lid.

The cutting edges of the workpiece are usually not printed and have the color of the workpiece material. Where the material is cardboard, the cut edges of the workpiece are usually white or gray, unless colored cardboard is used. This means that such white or gray trimmed edges of the panels may be visible in contrast to color printed labels on the container in accordance with the prior art. According to the invention, the connecting tabs are preferably arranged so that the connecting tabs that connect the front wall of the box and the side wall of the box in the container extend from the side walls of the box. The connecting tabs of the lid are preferably arranged so that the connecting tabs that connect the front wall of the lid and the side wall of the lid of the container extend away from the side walls of the lid. This means that no trimming edges are visible from the outside from the front of the container. Only the vertical trimming edges of the front wall of the box are usually visible, but not the front of the container, as they face the sides of the container. The leading edges of the side walls of the lid and the box of the container are not cut edges, but are made with printed (printed) fold lines between the side walls and the corresponding connecting tongues.

Preferably, the connecting tabs are arranged so that the connecting tabs that connect the back wall of the box and the side wall of the box in the container extend from the back wall of the box. This means that no connecting tabs are visible on the inner surface of the container, even where the back wall of the box is not covered by a covering panel.

This gives the container an aesthetic appearance. This is especially true for containers that are assembled from blanks that are printed or coated on only one side of the blank. In these containers, the side of the connecting tab, which is preferably attached to the second wall, is not the printable side of the blank. Preferably, all of the cover panels in the container are folded in such a way along the respective connecting tabs that the printed side of the cover panel of the tab is visible even if the blank is printed on only one side. The tongue covering panel is preferably folded over the connecting tongue.

According to the invention, the structural strength of the container is increased compared to containers without a tongue-covering panel, since the connecting tongue, which extends from the first wall, is not only attached to the second wall, but also covered by a tongue-covering panel so that at least at least, the second wall of the container contains at least a double layer of material. The tongue-covering panel is also preferably attached to the panel of the second container wall.

The term “panel” (“hereinafter referred to as the container panel”) is used throughout the specification to mean a blank element that is used to assemble the container. The panel is delimited on all sides by cut lines, an inflection line, notched lines, fold lines, or combinations thereof.

The terms “valve” or “tongue” are used to refer to blank elements that extend from only one blank panel. The “tongues” and “valves” can be used to attach the panels to one another when assembling the container or for other specific purposes, such as devices for closing the lid.

The term “wall” is used throughout to describe the outer wall of a container lid, container box, or container itself. A "wall" may contain several panels, valves, and reeds.

The terms "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", "side", "upper", "base" and other terms used to describe the relative locations of the components of the containers according to the invention, refer to containers in an upright position with a lid on the upper end and a hinge line on the back side. The terms “left” and “right” are used with respect to the side walls of the container when the container is viewed from the front in its upright position. When the container in the upright position is open, the consumer products contained in the box can be removed from the upper end of the container.

The term "longitudinal" refers to the direction from the base up or vice versa. The term “transverse” refers to a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction through a front wall, a rear wall, or through one of the side walls.

The term "inner surface" is used throughout the description in connection with a wall, tongue, panel or other part of the container, with reference to the side of such a wall, tongue, panel or other part that faces the inside of the container when the container is in the closed position. Similarly, the term “outside” is used throughout the description in connection with a wall, tongue, panel, or other part of the container to refer to the side of such a wall, tongue, panel, or other part that faces the outside of the container when the container is in the closed position.

In one embodiment, the container of the invention further comprises a lifting panel capable of at least partially lifting the consumer products within the container after opening the container. Preferably, the lifting panel is adapted to be lifted by connecting through the folding device to the inner covering panel.

The container according to the invention also preferably comprises a rear wall lift panel, a lower lift panel and a backward folding panel in which the rear wall lift panel extends from the inner cover panel, the lower lift panel moves away from the rear wall lift panel, and the backward foldable panel from the bottom lifting panel and is connected to the lifting panel. This lift feature provides better access to consumer products. It also helps to present the product in an attractive way when the container is opened for the first time.

The inner cover panel is preferably from 5 to about 15 percent shorter than the top wall of the lid with which it is adjacent, more preferably shorter from about 5 to about 10 percent. This requires taking into account the thickness of the base material of the workpiece, where the container is closed so that the lifting panel of the back wall is pressed against the back wall of the box. In addition, when the container is opened, raising

the back wall panel moves upward to compensate for the missing length between the inner cover panel and the top wall of the lid. The raising lower panel moves, and the raising lower panel moves the backward folding panel so that the backward folding panel rotates. Turning the backward-folding panel increases the distance between the bottom wall of the box and the lifting panel so that consumer products that are higher than the lifting panel rise at least partially. This is a very effective device for lifting consumer products. At the same time, the lifting device does not complicate the workpiece for the container to a large extent. In fact, the lifting device can also be integral with all other elements of the workpiece. In addition, there is a method by which the lifting element is folded according to the invention, the lifting element also has the same side of the workpiece facing the consumer so that the container can also be made from a one-sided printed workpiece.

The container is preferably made of only one sheet of workpiece material.

The connecting tab preferably extends from the first wall through the fold line. The fold line may be preformed in the container blank, for example, by means of a fold line or a notched line. The first and second walls may be the top, bottom, side, front or rear wall of the box or lid of the container, in which the first and second walls relate to walls that are adjacent to one another at least along one of their edges in the container.

The tongue-covering panel is preferably the same size as the second wall, so that it completely covers the inside of the second wall. In certain embodiments of the invention, the tongue-covering panel may be folded over more than one connecting tongue, for example, over two connecting tongues. The connecting tabs, in addition, can be attached to both the second wall and the panel covering the tab. This increases the structural strength of the container.

Preferably, the container further comprises at least one inner cover panel which extends from the cover tongue panel, in which at least one inner cover panel covers the inside of the container wall. Alternatively, or in addition, the inner cover panel may also be dependent on another cover panel that covers the inner side, front or rear wall of the container. This makes it possible that the wall of the container adjacent to the second wall is fully or partially covered by the inner covering panel. Thus, the remaining inside the part of the wall of the container, which may contain the unprinted side of the workpiece in the direction inward, can be covered with at least one inner covering panel, which represents the printed side of the workpiece in the direction inward of the container. In addition, additional consumer information or marketing information can be printed on the inner cover panel. Owing to the inventive arrangement of panels in the container, the printed side of the inner covering panel is also presented on the inner surface of the container, even with a blank that is printed on only one side.

In one embodiment, the inner cover panel covers the inner side of the top panel of the lid. This is especially preferred for containers that are fairly flat in shape, that is, where the height of the container is relatively small relative to the depth and width of the container. Thus, the top panel of the lid contains a significant surface area suitable for representing printed information, or for example a mirror portion.

The tongue-covering panel is preferably located adjacent to the second wall and facing the inside of the container, and the connecting tongue is located between the tongue-covering panel and the panel of the second wall. Thus, if the tongue-covering panel is substantially the same size as the second wall, then the edges of the tongue-covering panel are covered by the walls of the container adjacent to the second wall.

In one embodiment, the back wall of the container may comprise a hinge line connecting the box and the lid. In one embodiment, the walls of the lid and the walls of the box abut at their edges so that the side walls and front walls of the box and the lid are flush with each other when the container is closed. In a preferred embodiment, at least the front wall of the lid lies at least partially on the front wall of the box. Alternatively, or in addition, the side walls of the lid lie at least partially above the corresponding side walls of the box.

The term "hinge line" refers to a line relative to which the lid can be rotated to open the container. The hinge line may be, for example, a fold line or a line with a notch on the rear wall of the container. Alternatively, the hinge line may be a fold line or a line with a notch on a piece of material connecting the lower edge of the rear wall of the lid and the upper edge of the rear wall of the box. Such a portion of the material may, for example, be a label that is permanently attached, or removably attached to the rear wall of the lid and to the rear wall of the box. The hinge line is preferably located on the rear wall of the container at a level below the upper edge of the rear wall.

The covering front wall of the lid preferably comprises a latch tab formed by a cut and a fold line. The latch tongue protrudes from the front wall of the lid so as to engage with a cutout to close the front wall of the box. Alternatively, the latch member protrudes from the front wall of the box to engage the cutout to close the front wall of the lid.

The closure for closing preferably has a hinge dependence on the upper edge of the front wall of the box or on the lower edge of the front wall of the lid. The latch tab preferably protrudes in the direction of the closing cutout so as to engage with the edges of the latch tab in the closed position of the container.

This feature provides an advantage in that the container is securely locked when closed. In addition, the latch tab produces a click sound when entering the cutout to close when the container is completely closed. The sound of a click confirms the consumer to close the container.

In one embodiment, the front wall of the lid comprises a cutout for engagement to allow the container to open with the engagement member. This feature is particularly suitable for such a container according to the invention, in which the front wall of the lid, at least partially, covers the outer side of the front wall of the box when the container is closed. The advantage is that the consumer can make contact through the front wall of the box through a cutout for engagement in the front wall of the lid. In addition, the cutout for engagement provides the consumer the ability to exert pressure on the front wall of the box for elastic deformation of the front wall panel. This makes it easier to separate the latch member from the closing cutout. This enables a successful, easy opening of the container.

The container box preferably contains smoking articles, in particular elongated smoking articles, such as cigarettes.

In addition, the present invention provides a container blank comprising a box of a side wall of a box, a panel of a front wall of a box and at least one connecting tab extending from a panel of a side wall of the box. The preform further comprises a tongue-covering panel extending from the panel of the front wall of the box and adapted for folding so as to cover the connecting tongue in the container.

The blank of the invention comprises an inner cover panel that extends from a cover panel covering the tongue.

The inner cover panel preferably extends from the front wall of the cover to cover the inside of the upper wall of the cover. Alternatively, the inner cover panel that covers the inner surface of the top wall of the lid extends from the cover panel that covers the inner side wall of the lid.

The panels of the workpiece, which correspond to the walls in the container, extend one from another along the lines with a notch or kink.

The cover panel preferably has substantially the same size as the panel of the front wall of the box. This allows the tongue-covering panel to completely cover one side of the panel of the front wall of the box, and thus a smooth surface can be obtained without any edges of the workpiece.

In one embodiment, the blank comprises a panel of a bottom wall of a box in which a panel of a left side wall of a box, a panel of a right side wall of a box, and a panel of a front wall of a box each extend from a panel of a bottom wall of a box. In addition, the blank includes a panel of the upper wall of the cover, in which the panel of the left side wall of the cover, the panel of the right side wall of the cover and the panel of the front wall of the cover, each extend from the panel of the upper wall of the cover. The panel of the rear wall of the box moves away from the panel of the upper wall of the lid by means of a hinge line and depends on the panel of the lower wall of the box. Such a blank allows the container to have a cup-shaped box and a lid pivotally connected to it.

The covering tongues of the panel may be dependent on the panel of the left side wall of the box, the panel of the right side wall of the box, the panel of the front wall of the box and the panel of the front wall of the lid. Additional covering panels may depend on the panel of the left side wall of the cover and the panel of the right side wall of the cover. Additional cover panels provide the ability to cover the inner surface of the respective wall panels without a connecting tab located between the cover panel and the corresponding wall panel. For example, where the panel of the front wall of the lid contains connecting tabs, the covering tabs of the panel may depend on the panel of the left side wall of the cover and the panel of the right side wall of the cover to cover the aforementioned connecting tabs. In this embodiment, the inner cover panel that covers the inner surface of the top wall of the cover may be dependent on the front cover panel of the cover or one of the cover tabs of the side panels of the cover.

Inner cover panel, which is preferably Covers the inner surface of the panel of the upper wall of the lid, moves away from the lid covering the front panel of the lid. This makes it possible that the workpiece does not have very significant changes in width, so that the manufacturing technology of the workpiece requires a small amount of waste material when cutting the workpiece from it.

Consumer products inside the container can be wrapped in an inner shell that is visible in the opening of the box when the container is open.

The containers of the invention may be in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, with rectangular longitudinal and rectangular transverse edges. Alternatively, the container may comprise one or more rounded longitudinal edges, rounded transverse edges, beveled longitudinal edges or beveled transverse edges, or combinations thereof. For example, the container of the invention may comprise, without limitation:

one or two longitudinal rounded or chamfered edges on the front wall, and / or

one or two longitudinal rounded or chamfered edges on the back wall;

one or two transverse rounded or beveled edges on the front wall, and / or

one or two transverse rounded or beveled edges on the rear wall;

one longitudinal rounded edge and one longitudinal chamfered edge on the front wall, and / or

one transverse rounded edge and one transverse beveled edge on the rear wall;

one or two transverse rounded or chamfered edges on the front wall and one or two longitudinal rounded or chamfered edges on the front wall;

two longitudinal rounded or chamfered edges on the first side wall or two transverse rounded or chamfered edges on the second side wall.

Where the container contains one or more rounded edges and is made of a multilayer workpiece, the workpiece preferably contains three, four, five, six or seven lines with a notch or fold lines to form a rounded edge in the container. The notched or kink lines may be either on the inside of the container or on the outside of the container. The notched or kink lines are preferably spaced from each other at a distance of between approximately 0.3 mm and 4 mm.

Preferably, the arrangement of the inflection lines or the notched lines is made at intervals depending on the thickness of the multilayer workpiece. The interval between the inflection lines or the notched lines is preferably approximately 0.5 and approximately 4 times greater than the thickness of the multilayer preform.

Where the container contains one or more chamfered edges, preferably one or more chamfered edges have a width between about 1 mm and about 10 mm, preferably between about 2 mm and about 6 mm. Alternatively, the container may comprise a double bevel formed by three parallel bend lines or notched lines that are spaced so that two distinct bevels form the edge of the container.

An alternative to a container with a rectangular cross section may be a container, for example, with a polygonal cross section, such as a triangular, quadrangular or hexagonal, or with a cross section that is oval, semi-oval, round or semi-circular.

Where the container contains a beveled edge and is made of a multilayer workpiece, the bevel can be formed by two parallel lines with a notch or fold lines in the multilayer workpiece. Lines with a notch or kink lines may be located symmetrically with respect to the edge between the first wall and the second wall. Alternatively, fold lines or notched lines may be located asymmetrically with respect to the edge between the first wall and the second wall, such that the bevel extends more into the first wall of the container than into the second wall of the container.

The container may be made of any suitable material, including but not limited to cardboard, cardboard, plastic, metal, or combinations thereof. The weight of the cardboard is preferably between approximately 100 grams per square meter and approximately 350 grams per square meter.

The containers of the invention can be used as packages for a variety of consumer products. In particularly preferred embodiments, the containers of the invention are used to package smoking articles. The containers of the invention can preferably be used for packaging smoking articles, including, but not limited to, known cigarettes with a burning end, cigars or cigarillos (cigarettes from tobacco wrapped in tobacco sheet), heated smoking articles containing a combustible fuel cell or heating source, and with a base with aerosol generation (for example, cigarettes of the type disclosed in US patent A-4714082) and smoking articles for use with electric devices for smoking (for example, cigarettes of the type disclosed on US-A-5692525).

The containers according to the invention by appropriate selection of their sizes can be designed to contain a different total number of smoking articles, or different placement of smoking articles. For example, by appropriately selecting their sizes, the containers of the invention may be designed to contain a total of between ten and thirty smoking articles. The smoking articles are preferably placed in the container so that they extend from the front to the back of the box.

The containers of the invention may contain one, two, three, four or five separate groups of consumer products. The individual groups may be located essentially parallel to the front wall and the rear wall, or essentially perpendicular to the front wall and the rear wall.

The smoking articles within the group can be arranged in different ways depending on the total number of smoking articles, the size of the smoking articles, or the cross-sectional shape of the container. For example, smoking articles may be arranged in a row in a row of five, six, seven, eight, nine, or ten. Alternatively, smoking articles may be arranged in two or more rows. These two or more rows may contain the same number of smoking articles. For example, smoking articles may be arranged in two rows of five, six, seven, eight, nine, or ten; three rows of five, six, seven, eight, nine, or ten; or four rows of four, five, six or seven. Alternatively, these two or more rows may contain at least two rows containing different amounts of smoking articles in each. For example, smoking articles can be arranged as follows: a row of five and a row of six (5-6); a row of six and a row of seven (6-7); a row of seven and a row of eight (7-8); the middle row of five and two outer rows of six (6-5-6); the middle row of five and two outer rows of seven (7-5-7); middle row of six and two outer rows of five (5-6-5); middle row of six and two outer rows of seven (7-6-7); the middle row of seven and two outer rows of six (6-7-6); the middle row of nine and two outer rows of eight (8-9-8); or the middle row of six with one outer row of five and one outer row of seven smoking articles (5-6-7).

The containers of the invention may contain smoking articles of the same type or brand, or of various types or brands. In addition, both non-filter smoking articles and smoking articles with different filters at the ends can be contained in the same way as smoking articles of different lengths (for example, between about 40 mm and about 180 mm), with a diameter (for example, between about 4 mm and about 9 mm). In addition, smoking articles may vary in strength of taste, resistance to retraction, and total solids content. When a container contains more than one group, each group in one container may contain similar or different types of smoking articles, as mentioned above.

The dimensions of the container are preferably adapted to the length of the smoking articles and the number of smoking articles. As a rule, the external dimensions of the container are larger than the sizes of the group of smoking articles placed in the container from about 0.5 mm to about 5 mm.

The containers of the invention preferably have a height between about 5 mm and about 180 mm, more preferably a height between about 10 mm and about 20 mm, where the height is measured from the top wall to the bottom wall of the container.

The containers of the invention preferably have a width of between about 12 mm and about 180 mm, more preferably, the width is between about 70 mm and about 125 mm, when measuring the width from the first side wall to the second side wall of the container.

The containers of the invention preferably have a depth of between about 6 mm and about 180 mm, more preferably a depth of about 80 mm to about 100 mm, wherein the depth is measured from the front wall to the back wall of the container (containing a hinge line between the box and the lid).

The ratio of container depth to container height is preferably about 0.3 to 1 (0.3: 1) and about 10 to 1 (10: 1), more preferably about 2 to 1 (2: 1) and about 8 to 1 ( 8: 1), most preferably about 3 to 1 (3: 1) and 5 to 1 (5: 1).

Preferably, the ratio of the width of the container to the height of the container is approximately 1 to 1 (1: 1) and approximately 10 to 1 (10: 1), more preferably approximately 2 to 1 (2: 1) and approximately 8 to 1 (8: 1 ), most preferably about 3 to 1 (3: 1) and 5 to 1 (5: 1).

The container blank according to the invention can be printed, embossed, necklace or otherwise decorated on one side or on both sides with the manufacturer’s logo or brand logo, company marks, advertising formulas and other consumer information and signs. Alternatively, or in addition, the blank for the container of the invention may be at least partially varnished, metallized, holograms, luminescent material, or any other materials that change the sensation, aroma or appearance of the container.

When one or more groups of smoking articles are contained in the interior of the container box of the invention, the smoking articles are preferably wrapped in an inner shell, for example, metal foil, tissue paper or transparent paper.

When the container contains smoking articles, it may further comprise compartments for waste (e.g., ash or cigarette butts) or other consumer items, such as matches, lighters, quenchers, breath fresheners, or electronics. Other consumer products can be attached outside the container, contained inside the container along with smoking products, in a separate compartment of the container or its variants.

After filling, the containers of the invention can be wrapped with a shrink film or a transparent polymer film, for example, low or high density polyethylene, polypropylene, oriented polypropylene, polyvinylidene chloride, cellulose film, or a combination thereof in a conventional manner. When the containers of the invention are wrapped with an outer wrapper, the outer wrapper may comprise a tear tape. The accompanying drawings form part of the present description to explain the invention. The drawings show how the invention can be implemented and used. Other features and advantages of the invention will be apparent from the following detailed description with reference to the drawings.

The present invention also relates to a method for at least partially lifting a consumer product from a container, the method comprising obtaining a container according to the invention, and then comprising the steps of providing a lifting panel, a lifting panel of a rear wall, a lower lifting panel and a folding back panel, the lifting panel of the rear wall from the inner covering panel, the lifting lower panel departs from the lifting panel of the rear wall, and the backward folding panel departs from the lower lifting panel and inyaet lifts the panel, and further comprising the step of raising the container lid so that lifting the panel rises at least partially turning folded back panel. At least a partial rotation of the backward folding panel may be a combination of rotary and translational movement.

The container 1 in accordance with an embodiment of the invention comprises a cup-shaped box 2 and a lid 3. The box 2 comprises a box bottom wall 4 and, in addition, a box left side wall 5, box right side wall 6, box front wall 7 and box back wall 8 which are perpendicular to the bottom wall 4 of the box.

The lid comprises an upper wall 9 of the lid, and furthermore the left side wall 10 of the cover, the right side wall 11 of the cover and the front wall 12 of the cover, which are perpendicular to the upper wall 9 of the cover.

The top wall 9 of the lid is pivotally connected to the rear wall 8 of the box along the upper edge of the rear wall 8 of the box.

The walls of the container are connected to each other by means of connecting tabs 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 (see FIG. 3), which connect adjacent side walls, the front wall and the rear wall to one another.

The connecting tabs 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 in the container are not accessible to vision, giving the container a high-quality appearance.

An embodiment of the preform of the invention is depicted in FIG. 3.

The blank comprises a panel 19 of the bottom wall of the box, which forms the bottom wall 4 of the box of the container 1. The panel 20 of the left side wall of the box, the panel 21 of the right side wall of the box and the panel 22 of the front wall of the box extend from the panel 19 of the bottom wall of the box through the fold lines. The bend lines can be either designated bend lines without any change in the workpiece or lines of reduced thickness of the workpiece, for example, bend lines or notched lines that make it easier to bend the workpiece along the bend lines.

The blank also includes a panel 23 of the upper wall of the lid, from which the panel 24 of the left side wall of the lid, panel 25 of the right side wall of the lid and panel 27 of the front wall of the lid. Panel 26 of the back wall of the box extends from panel 19 of the bottom wall of the box and panel 23 of the upper wall of the lid.

To ensure the closure (hereinafter coverings) of the connecting tabs 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, the tabs covering the tab 28, 29, 30, 33 extend through fold lines from the panel 20 of the left box wall, the panel of the right wall 21 of the side box, panel 22 the front wall of the box and the panel 27 of the front wall of the cover.

In addition, the cover panels 31, 32 are made depending on the fold lines of the panel 24 of the left side wall of the cover and the panel 25 of the right side wall of the cover to cover the inner surface of the panels 24, 25 of the left and right side walls of the cover.

Another inner cover panel 34 extends from the cover tongue panel 33 for the panel 27 of the front wall of the cover.

In the container 1, the panel 20 of the left side wall of the box and the corresponding tongue covering panel 28 form the left side wall 5. The panel 21 of the right side wall of the box and the corresponding tongue covering panel 29 form the right side wall 6 of the box. The panel 22 of the front wall of the box and the corresponding tongue-covering panel 30 form the front wall 7 of the box.

The panel 24 of the left side wall of the cover and the corresponding covering panel 31 form the left side wall 10 of the cover. The panel 25 of the right side wall of the cover and the corresponding covering panel 32 form the right side wall 11 of the cover. The panel 27 of the front wall of the cover and the corresponding covering tongue panel 33 form the front wall 12 of the cover.

The panel 23 of the upper wall of the lid and the inner covering panel 34 form the upper wall 9 of the lid 3.

In the container 1 with the lid closed 3, the left and right side walls 10,11 of the lid and the front wall 12 of the lid are adjacent, and are parallel to the left and right side walls of the box 5.6 and the front wall of the box 7, respectively, and outside the container 1, as shown in FIG. one.

In addition, the preform comprises locking means adapted to hold the container 1 in a closed position, making it possible to open the container in a convenient manner. A snap valve 35 is mounted on the panel 22 of the front wall of the box by making a cut 36 in the tongue-covering panel 30 extending from the panel 22 of the front wall of the box. The snap-on valve 35 is part of the workpiece, which is connected to the panel of the front wall of the box 22 through the fold line 37. Section 36 has a certain width, creating a gap between the snap-on valve 35 and the rest of the tongue-covering panel 30 so that the snap-in valve 35 does not engage with the tongue-covering panel 30.

The closing cutout 38 is made in the covering tongue panel 33, extending from the panel 27 of the upper front wall at a distance from the panel 27 of the upper front wall.

In the container 1, the snap-on valve 35 may engage with the edges of the closing cutout 38, and thus keep the container 1 closed. When the container is closed, the snap-on valve 35 is the first to come into contact with the tongue-covering panel 33 and provides an audible click sound when it enters the closing neckline 38.

The cutout 39 for engagement is made in the panel 27 of the front wall of the lid and the lid covering the panel 33 in a symmetrical manner relative to the fold line between these panels so that this creates an engagement portion in the container 1 to open the container 1.

The panel 26 of the rear wall of the box is connected by a hinge line 40 to the panel 23 of the upper wall of the lid to provide a hinge for opening the lid 3 relative to the box 2.

In one embodiment, the blank of FIG. 3 is used to make the container in accordance with FIG. 1 and 2.

At the first stage, the workpiece is cut from the sheet material along the contour. The sheet material may be coated packaging paper, but plastic is also possible. The sheet material is preferably coated and printed on at least one side.

Then, the connecting tabs 13 and 14 are attached to the inner surface of the panel 22 of the front wall of the box. The connecting tabs 15 and 16 are attached to the panel 20 of the left side wall of the box and to the panel 21 of the right side wall, respectively. The attachment is carried out, in particular by gluing, however, any other known joining methods can also be used. The covering tabs of the panel 28, 29 and 30 are bent to the inner surface of the respective panels 20, 21 and 22 of the box walls so that the connecting tabs 13, 14, 15 and 16 are installed between the panels 20, 21, 22 of the box walls and the covering tabs of the box 28 , 29 and 30, respectively.

After that, the connecting tabs 17 and 18 are attached to the inner surface of the panel 27 of the front wall of the cover. A panel covering the tab 33 is attached to the inner surface of the connecting tabs 17, 18 and the panel 27 of the front wall of the cover. In this position, the inner cover panel 34 is adjacent to the inner surface of the panel 23 of the upper wall of the lid so that it covers the panel 23 of the upper wall of the lid. Finally, the cover panels 31, 32 are attached to the panels 24, 25 of the left and right side walls of the cover to cover the inner surface of the panels 24, 25 of the left and right side walls of the cover.

The latching valve 35 is folded outward of the front wall 7 of the box 1 of the container 1 (as can be seen in FIG. 2) so that the edges of the closing cutout 38 of the lid 3 can engage with the latching valve 35.

Thus, the container 1 can be made of a blank that is printed on only one side, in which most of the inner walls of the container are covered with the printed sides of the tongue-covering panels, the covering panels or the inner covering panels. In addition, all the connecting tabs of the applications 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 are coated so that a high-quality appearance of the container 1 is ensured.

It should be noted that in other embodiments, the implementation of the connecting tabs can also be attached to the outer side of the adjacent wall panels. In this embodiment, the covering tongues of the panel are also folded onto the outside of the wall panels, so that the connecting tongues are coated.

In addition, it is possible to install the inner cover panel for the box so that the bottom wall of the box is also covered with an internal cover panel.

The inner cover panel may be mounted on any tongue cover panel or cover panel.

The container may further comprise a lifting device that lifts smoking articles when the container is opened. For example, the lifting device may be formed by two cover panels (not shown) that are connected to the inner cover panel 34 and cover the inner surface of the back wall 8 of the box and the inner surface 4 of the lower wall of the box 4. Alternatively, the element of the inner shell of the smoking articles may be attached to the inner surface of the upper wall of the lid for lifting smoking articles up the rear wall, as soon as the lid is opened by more than 90 degrees.

In FIG. 4 shows a blank of another embodiment with lifting elements. The lifting elements include a lifting panel 46, a lifting panel 42 of the rear wall, a lower lifting panel 44 and a backward folding panel 45, the lifting panel 42 of the rear wall moving away from the inner covering panel 34, the lower lifting panel 44 moving away from the lifting panel 42 of the rear wall back panel 45 extends from the lower lifting panel 44 and is connected to the lifting panel 46. At the end of the lifting panel there is a tongue 48 for lifting, which is preferably glued to the inner surface 19 of the lower th panel boxes. In the container 1 in the assembled state, the inner cover panel 34 lies adjacent to the inner surface of the top wall 9 of the lid. The rear panel lift panel 42 is bent approximately 90 degrees down into the box 2 to the back wall 8 of the box. The lower lower panel 44 is folded down approximately 90 degrees to fit on the bottom wall 4 of the box. The backward folding panel 45 is folded back approximately 180 degrees back to the rear wall 8 of the box so that it forms a z-fold (accordion folding) between the lower lifting wall 44 and the lifting panel 46. The arrangement of the panels of the container 1 in the closed position is shown in FIG. 5.

The inner cover panel 34 is shorter than the top wall 9 of the lid from about 5 to about 15 percent. The result of this is that when the container 1 is rotated relative to the hinge line 40 in the direction indicated by arrow 50, the rear wall lift panel 42 is pulled upward in the direction of arrow 52 to compensate for the missing length between the inner cover panel 34 and the top wall 9 of the lid. As a result of this, the lifting lower panel 44 is moved. The lifting lower panel 44 pulls the backward folding panel 45 so that the backward folding panel 45 rotates. The rotation of the backward folding panel 45 increases the distance between the bottom wall 4 of the box and the lifting panel 46 so that consumer products that are higher than the lifting panel 46 are at least partially raised in the direction indicated by arrow 54. When the container 1 is closed, the panels return to their original position.

Claims (23)

1. A container (1) containing a cup-shaped box (2) and a lid (3) connected to a cup-shaped box (2), and also containing a side wall (5, 6) of the box and an adjacent front wall (7) of the box, the side wall (5, 6) of the container box (1) leaves the connecting tab (13, 14), and the connecting tab (13, 14) is attached to the front wall (7) of the container box (1), and also containing a panel covering the tongue (30) ) extending from the front wall (7) of the box, the panel covering the tongue (30) at least partially covering the connecting tongue ok (13, 14) of the box (2), while the container also contains an inner covering panel (34), extending from the covering tongue panel (33),
moreover, the inner cover panel (34) covers the inner part of the wall of the container (1), while the inner cover panel (34), at least partially, covers the inner surface of the upper wall (23) of the lid (3), and
the container also contains a lifting panel (46), capable of at least partially lifting consumer products inside the container when opening the container (1),
wherein the lifting panel (46) is connected via the folding device to the inner covering panel (34). 2. The container according to claim 1, further comprising a rear panel lifting panel (42), a lower lifting panel (44) and a backward folding panel (45), in which the rear wall lifting panel (42) moves away from the inner covering panel (34), while the lifting lower panel (44) moves away from the lifting panel (42) of the rear wall, and the backward folding panel (45) moves away from the lower lifting panel (44) and is connected to the lifting panel (46). 3. The container according to claim 1, in which the tongue-covering panel (30) is adjacent to the front wall (7) of the box and faces the inner surface of the container (1), and the connecting tongue (13, 14) is completely covered by the tongue-covering panel (30) . 4. The container according to claim 2, in which the tongue-covering panel (30) is adjacent to the front wall (7) of the box and faces the inner surface of the container (1), and the connecting tongue (13, 14) is completely covered by the tongue-covering panel (30) . 5. The container according to claim 1, in which the rear wall (8) of the container (1) contains a hinge line (40) connecting the box (2) and the lid (3), and the front wall (7, 12) of the box (2) or the cover (3) comprises a snap valve (35) formed by a cut (36) and a fold line (37), the snap valve (35) protruding from the front wall (7, 12) so as to engage with the closing cut-out (38 ) of the front wall (7, 12) of another element from the cover (3) or box (2). 6. The container according to claim 2, in which the rear wall (8) of the container (1) comprises a hinge line (40) connecting the box (2) and the lid (3), and the front wall (7, 12) of the box (2) or the cover (3) comprises a snap valve (35) formed by a cut (36) and a fold line (37), the snap valve (35) protruding from the front wall (7, 12) so as to engage with the closing cut-out (38 ) of the front wall (7, 12) of another element from the cover (3) or box (2). 7. The container according to claim 3, in which the rear wall (8) of the container (1) contains a hinge line (40) connecting the box (2) and the lid (3), and the front wall (7, 12) of the box (2) or the cover (3) comprises a snap valve (35) formed by a cut (36) and a fold line (37), the snap valve (35) protruding from the front wall (7, 12) so as to engage with the closing cut-out (38 ) of the front wall (7, 12) of another element from the cover (3) or box (2). 8. The container according to claim 4, in which the rear wall (8) of the container (1) contains a hinge line (40) connecting the box (2) and the lid (3), and the front wall (7, 12) of the box (2) or the cover (3) comprises a snap valve (35) formed by a cut (36) and a fold line (37), the snap valve (35) protruding from the front wall (7, 12) so as to engage with the closing cut-out (38 ) of the front wall (7, 12) of another element from the cover (3) or box (2). 9. The container according to claim 5, in which the snap-in valve (35) is part of one of the covering tongues of the panels (30), and the closing cut-out (38) is made in another covering tongue of the panel (33). 10. The container according to claim 6, in which the snap-on valve (35) is part of one of the covering tongues of the panels (30), and the closing cut-out (38) is made in another covering tongue of the panel (33). 11. The container according to claim 7, in which the snap-in valve (35) is part of one of the covering tongues of the panels (30), and the closing cut-out (38) is made in another covering tongue of the panel (33). 12. The container of claim 8, in which the snap-on valve (35) is part of one of the covering tongues of the panels (30), and the closing cut-out (38) is made in another covering the tongue of the panel (33). 13. The container according to any one of claims 1 to 12, in which the cutout (39) for engagement is made in the front wall (12) of the lid so as to provide an engagement portion for opening the container (1). 14. The container according to any one of claims 1 to 12, in which the container (1) contains smoking articles. 15. A blank for the container (1), comprising a panel (20, 21) of the side wall of the box; panel (22) of the front wall of the box; and
a connecting tab (13, 14) extending from the panel (20, 21) of the side wall of the box,
also containing a covering tongue panel (30), extending from the panel (20, 21) of the front wall of the box and made with
the possibility of folding so as to cover the connecting tab (13, 14) in the container, characterized in that the preform further comprises an inner covering panel (34) extending from the covering tongue panel (33),
wherein the lifting panel (4 6) is connected via the folding device to the inner covering panel (34). 16. The workpiece according to claim 15, further comprising a lifting panel (46), a lifting panel (42) of the rear wall, a lower lifting panel (44) and a backward folding panel (45), the lifting panel (42) of the rear wall moving away from the inner covering panel (34), the lifting bottom panel (44) moves away from the lifting panel (42) of the rear wall, and the backward folding panel (45) moves away from the lower lifting panel (44) and is connected to the lifting panel (46). 17. The preform according to claim 15, wherein the tongue-covering panel (30) has substantially the same shape as the panel (22) of the front wall of the box. 18. The workpiece according to clause 16, in which the tab covering the tab (30) has essentially the same shape as the panel (22) of the front wall of the box. 19. A workpiece according to any one of paragraphs.15-18, comprising: a panel (19) of the bottom wall of the box; panel (20) of the left side wall of the box, panel (21) of the right side wall of the box and panel (22) of the front wall of the box, each of which departs from the panel (19) of the bottom wall of the box; panel (23) of the upper wall of the cover;
panel (24) of the left side wall of the cover, panel (25) of the right side wall of the cover and panel (27) of the front wall of the cover, each of which departs from the panel (23) of the upper wall of the cover; and
a panel (26) of the rear wall of the box, connected to the panel (23) of the upper wall of the lid by means of a hinge line (40), and thus extending from the panel (19) of the lower wall of the box. 20. The workpiece according to claim 19, in which
the covering tongues of the panel (28, 29, 30, 33) extend from: panel (20) of the left side wall of the box, panel (21) of the right side wall of the box, panel (22) of the front wall of the box and panel (27) of the front wall of the lid; and additional covering panels (31, 32) extend from: panels (24) of the left side wall of the cover and panels (25) of the right side wall of the cover. 21. The workpiece according to claim 19, in which the connecting tabs (13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) are made on the side: panels (2 6) of the back wall of the box, panels (20, 21) of the side wall of the box and panels ( 24, 25) the side wall of the cover. 22. The workpiece according to claim 20, in which the connecting tabs (13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) are made on the side: panels (26) of the rear wall of the box, panels (20, 21) of the side wall of the box and panels (24 , 25) the side wall of the cover. 23. A method of at least partially removing a consumer product from a container, comprising: obtaining a container according to claim 1, and then providing a lifting panel (46), a lifting panel (42) of the rear wall, a lower lifting panel (44) and bent back panel (45), with the rear panel lifting panel (42) extending from the inner covering panel (34), the lower panel lifting panel (44) moving away from the rear wall lifting panel (42), and the backward folding panel (45) moving away from the lower lifting panel (44) and connected to the lifting panel (46), under taking the lid (3) of the container (1) so that the lifting panel (4 6) is lifted at least by partially rotating the backward-folding panel (45).
