Description

The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to dry building mixes, and can be used in industrial and civil engineering as tile adhesive applied to concrete, brick, cement-sand and other types of surfaces inside and outside before laying tiles, for example, from porcelain tile.
Known dry building mixture, including Portland cement, aggregate and expanding additive of the following composition, wt. %: volcanic rock 40-60, gypsum 18-28, dolomite 2-7, plasticizer 1-3, silica fume - the rest, with the following ratio of components: Portland cement 10-25, aggregate 50-80, expanding additive 10-25 (see patent RU 2079462, CL 04B 28/00, publ. 05.20.1997).
Closest to the invention is a dry building mixture containing a binder, aggregate and modifying additive, consisting of silica fume, plasticizer, dolomite or limestone flour, as well as water-soluble cellulose ether, a dispersion powder in the form of polyvinyl acetate or acrylic copolymers in the following ratio of components of the modifying additive, wt . %: silica fume - 0.1-30.0, plasticizer - 0.5-3.0, dolomite or limestone flour - 40-92.0, water-soluble cellulose ether - 0.1-3.0, redispersible powder - in the form copolymers of polyvinyl acetate or acrylate - 0.3-24.0, and the filler includes, by weight. %: quartz sand 99.9-85.0 with a fineness modulus of Mkr not more than 1.5 and dust-like quartz 0.10-15.0 in the following ratio of mixture components, wt. %: binder - 25-36, filler - 55-74, modified additive - 1, -10.0 (see patent RU 2204540, CL 04B 28/00, publ. 05.20.2003).
The common main disadvantage of the known technical solutions is the relatively low operational, environmental and adhesive, which is especially important for the adhesive characteristics.
The objective of the invention is the expansion of the resource base while addressing these shortcomings. The technical result consists in improving the operational characteristics, in particular adhesion, improving the environment and reducing the cost of the resulting dry building mix due to the disposal and use of defective ceramic products.
The problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved by the fact that the dry mortar, including a binder, mineral filler and modifying additives, additionally contains ground fired ceramics, in the following ratio of mixture components, wt. %: binder 30-45, cellulose ether 0.1-0.5, redispersible powder 0.5-3.0, cellulose fiber 0.1-0.5, ground fired ceramic 10-30, mineral filler - the rest. As ground fired ceramics can be used and / or ground porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, ceramic tiles, earthenware, porcelain. The fraction size of the ground fired ceramic is preferably 0.1 to 5 mm. Portland cement may be used as a binder.
In the existing industrial production of ceramic products: porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, ceramic tiles, sanitary ware made of faience and porcelain, etc., in the process of creating high-quality products that meet the state standards and other regulatory documents in terms of their technical characteristics, a part of the products is formed which, according to its technical characteristics corresponds to these regulatory documents, however, in appearance and size it does not correspond to the presentation (marriage). This part of the product may have chips, cracks, surface roughness, not quite accurate dimensions, etc. This part of the product is not used due to the loss of presentation, despite the fact that it is a high-quality product in its composition.
The invention is aimed at creating a dry building mixture, which uses fired ceramic products (for example, ceramic granite, ceramic tiles, ceramic tiles, faience, porcelain, etc.), which are substandard products of the corresponding industries. The proposed dry building mixture contains a binder, mineral filler, modifying additives and ground fired ceramic products (for example, ceramic granite, ceramic tiles, ceramic tiles, faience, porcelain, etc.). It was experimentally obtained that the composition with the following ratio of components, wt. %:
astringent 30-45
burnt ceramics 10-30
cellulose ether 0.1-0.5
redispersible powder 0.5-3.0
cellulose fiber 0.1-0.5
mineral filler (sand)  rest
For this, the substandard calcined ceramic products listed above are crushed, classified and fractions from 0.1 to 5.0 mm are used. In this case, the obtained ground fired ceramic has an increased specific surface area.
Sand is used as a mineral filler, Portland cement is used as a binder, and redispersible powder is used as a modifying additive to give the mixture high adhesion properties, cellulose ethers and fibers, which contribute to an increase in water-holding ability and increase in tensile and bending strength. Other additives may be used to give additional properties to the resulting mixture.
The solution mixture is prepared as follows. Water is poured into a convenient container and the dry mortar mixture is poured out with constant stirring to a working consistency, incubated for several minutes, then a mixture layer is applied to the prepared surface or the material to be laid using a notched trowel or other tool and the material is laid. The consumption of the mixture with a layer thickness of 1 mm is 1.4 kg / m.
Comparative tests of the proposed mixture and the prototype showed that adhesion increases by 8% (due to the increased specific surface of the baked ceramic used with the ground, the adhesion of the mixture to the coatings on which it is applied is improved), the raw material base is expanded (it becomes possible to use baked ceramic up to 30%), the ecology is improving and the cost price (up to 7%) of the obtained dry mix is reduced due to the use of fired ceramics (marriage in the manufacture of ceramic products).

1. Dry building mixture, including a binder, mineral filler and modifying additives, characterized in that it additionally contains ground fired ceramics in the following ratio of the components of the mixture, wt. %:
astringent 30-45 ground fired ceramics 10-30 cellulose ether 0.1-0.5 redispersible powder 0.5-3.0 cellulose fiber 0.1-0.5 mineral filler (sand) rest
