SUBSTANCE: headwear article of natural or artificial fur with framework base contains the framework base proper, an external layer made of a combination of natural or artificial fur and textile, a textile interlay and lining. The framework base is semi-rigid i.e. marginally flexible and removable through the top or the bottom of the headwear article so that to enable transformation into a flat shape (folding). The framework base material is represented by multiple identical wooden elements having two parallel flat surfaces (face and rear) and a thickness as the distance between the said surfaces that are interconnected with flexible links by means of through channels lying within planes that are parallel to the face and the rear surfaces. The side parts of each element contact those of the adjoining elements so that the totality of the face and rear cognominal surfaces of all the elements form the corresponding face and rear surface of the material. Each wooden element is cylindrical shaped. Its face and rear surfaces are perpendicular to the wood fibres, representing their cross-sections. The wood pores are opened on the face and rear cross-section surfaces of the elements. Envisaged is the possibility of the framework base transformation within the range from a cylindrical or truncated conic to the said flat shape. The gap between the interlay and the lining corresponds to the framework base thickness so that to enable detachable placement of the latter in the said gap.

Description

The invention relates to the field of light industry, specifically to fur hats, mainly Cossack (Cossack) hats, and, simultaneously, to products in the fields of (simultaneously) medicine (physiotherapy), decorative art, ecology and human life safety, i.e. . at the junction of areas of human activity, has a pronounced multifunctionality (universality).

In light industry of almost all countries of the world, the creation of hats (including fur hats, dads) continues to be and will be relevant, from materials not only heat-insulating and protecting the head from precipitation and other external influences, but also lightweight, ergonomic, corresponding to external natural (including climatic) conditions, environmentally friendly, preferably with a therapeutic effect, and, of course, outwardly attractive, with the preservation of national historical traditions. Especially when it comes to national specifics, for example, Cossack reference. From time immemorial, the creation of clothes, hats and shoes has been inseparable from decorative art: a skillful combination of functional and aesthetic characteristics, the use of improvised, generally accessible materials, in particular wood, are preserved [RU 2006117149, А41С 3/00, 10.12.2007; RU 2096006, А41С 3/00, 11/20/1997].

The vast majority of hats are multifunctional devices (see previous paragraph). In particular, the Cossack hat performs the functions (in order of importance):

- thermal insulation of the head;

- protection of the head from precipitation (high humidity, rain, hail, snow);

- protection of the head from dangerous mechanical, thermal and chemical influences of natural or artificial origin (rockfall, tree branches and shrubs, cold steel (checker, dagger, whip, whip, etc.);

- bedding under the head for sleeping and under the sciatic part of the body with prolonged sitting on a stone (thermal insulation to prevent inflammation of the sciatic nerve).

- identification of the user as a Cossack, fixing the signs of military distinction (cockade, tulle with color according to belonging to a particular army, type of fur, etc.);

- symbolic actions (vote by raising the hat).

Nevertheless, firstly, within each function, reserves of improvement remain, and secondly, the possibilities of further expansion of functions are not exhausted.

At the same time, the problems of ecology and human life safety have been aggravated in recent decades, in particular, in light industry - new artificial materials based on high molecular weight compounds that are far from always tested for their “ecological purity”. Accordingly, the positive role of the use of proven, natural materials, the introduction of physiotherapeutic methods and devices to maintain and improve the health of the population, technologies of alternative medicine, and poisoning as one of the areas of the latter is growing.

We should never forget about life safety. Over the centuries, clothes, hats and shoes were designed taking into account the need to protect parts of the body, solid elements were used up to armored structures. So, the human head and, accordingly, the Cossack hat are spatially located in the zone of greatest accessibility for cold steel, especially the rider’s sword blade.

Truly “ideal” material, under all these angles of view in the complex, is wood. If there is a sufficiently flexible (3D-spatially deformable) fabric from wood, a wide variety of objects can be created, including on the human body, head and limbs, with a developed relief of the desired stereometry.

An example of such a fabric is a material consisting of many identical wooden elements having two parallel front and rear flat surfaces, and the thickness as the distance between these surfaces, interconnected by flexible ties through through channels lying in planes parallel to the front and back surfaces, moreover, the sidewalls of each element are in contact with the sidewalls of adjacent elements, so that the combination of the front and rear surfaces of the same name of all elements form the corresponding front and back surface material [SU 1758112 A1, D04H 1/40, 30.08.1992].

A more perfect wooden fabric is the author’s development, which differs from the above by the execution of each wooden element cylindrical, with the perpendicularity of the front and back surfaces of the wood fibers, that is, the wooden elements are transverse sections of the wood, with the openness of its pores on the front and back surfaces - sections of the elements ( “Flexible wood material for the manufacture of wearable products”) [RU 128202 U2, D04H 1/40, 05.20.2013].

However, in itself, without the specifics of its use, it has, although important, but "intermediate" significance.

An example of the use of such fabric in clothing is also the physiotherapeutic bra proposed and patented by the authors [RU 2494659 C2, A41C 3/00, 10/10/2013]. However, he has not yet found application in headgear, although this application promises a number of new advantages, which are especially specific (at the inventive level in the fields of clothing design, physiotherapeutic and other positive effects mentioned above, as applied to Cossack caps and other fur headdresses.

From the standpoint of the claimed technical solution (headgear), this is certainly a precedent. But still, only from the point of view of the unity of the fabric as the basis of a part of the product, namely as a material, but not of the structure itself.

Let us return to the “today”, the current situation in light industry in relation to fur hats.

For example, a headdress is known from patent literature, in which, for the purpose of dimensional stability, molded frames are used as a cushioning-insulating element [SU 423458, А42В 1/02, 04/15/1974].

However, such a technical solution leaves unsolved a number of the above problems.

Closest to the claimed invention for the purpose and combination of design features (prototype) is a headdress made of natural or artificial fur with a skeleton base, containing the outer layer of a combination of natural or artificial fur and fabric, fabric gasket and lining, with the possibility of transformation to a flat shape ( that is, folding) [RU 2060019 C1, A42B 1/02, 05/20/1996].

In it, the frame base is structurally combined with the gasket and is rigid, that is, not flexible, and non-removable, in the form of a mesh frame made of high-pressure polyethylene obtained by injection molding. Information about the form in uncomplicated form is missing.

However, the prototype device, with all its positive properties (and, above all, the range of functionality), is still not completely perfect.

Firstly, the automatic restoration, presumably of a cylindrical shape, and therefore the shape of the headgear as a whole, due to the high elasticity of the polyethylene frame base, is far from always convenient, for example, if necessary, in an autonomous folded state.

Secondly, polyethylene as a high molecular weight artificial material does not belong to the environmentally and physiologically “clean”, the head “does not breathe” in it, it clearly does not contribute to the improvement of heat transfer both in hot and in cold weather.

Thirdly, the mesh frame base is ineffective as protection against high-energy mechanical stresses, in particular, chopping and stabbing with a checker.

Fourthly, there is no beneficial and beneficial side effect with respect to the user's brain that is recommended and recommended by alternative medicine.

Fifth, polyethylene in the event of combustion releases substances harmful to humans and other living organisms, up to and including poisoning with a fatal outcome.

Sixth, the density of polyethylene is higher than water, which contributes to the negative buoyancy of the headgear (hats, especially hats, often end up in water both directly on the heads of their users and separately).

Seventhly, such a headdress does not contain elements that are in extreme field conditions, especially in the steppe and desert (which are the Cossacks' preferred habitat by definition), suitable for use as fuel for breeding and maintaining a fire and cooking on him food from animals, reptiles and insects.

Eighth, the fact itself and the user's awareness of the fact that in his headdress there is the only “non-village or city” item made of non-natural material specifically poisons a seemingly completely happy life.

Ninth, the absence in the headdress, as well as in clothes or shoes, of almost any user with a healthy psyche, is any useful, especially universal in use, a part hidden from the guardians of the statutory requirements, which no one else from the surrounding comrades also it does not contribute to the high emotional level of the user, and therefore reduces the quality and "productivity" of the user in peaceful labor and military affairs.

The task to which the invention is directed is to improve the consumer properties of the headgear and expand its functionality by eliminating or weakening the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prototype device and other analogs given.

The result, in accordance with the task, is achieved due to the fact that in the headdress made of natural or artificial fur with a skeleton base containing the skeleton base itself, the outer layer is a combination of natural or artificial fur and fabric, fabric laying and lining, with the possibility of transformation to a flat shape, the frame base is made of semi-rigid, that is, limited-flexible, and removable through the top or bottom of the headgear, from a flexible material consisting of many identical wooden elements c, having two parallel front and back flat surfaces, and thickness as the distance between these surfaces, interconnected by flexible links through through channels lying in planes parallel to the front and back surfaces, the sides of each element in contact with the sides of adjacent elements, so that the aggregate of the front and back surfaces of the same name of all elements form the corresponding front and back surfaces of the material, each wooden element is made cylindrical, and the faces its primary and rear surfaces are perpendicular to the wood fibers, being its transverse sections, when the pores of the wood are open on the front and back surfaces - sections of the elements, while the frame base is capable of transformation in the range from cylindrical or truncated-conical to the aforementioned flat shape, and the gap between the fabric gasket and the lining corresponds to the thickness of the frame base.

The result is also achieved due to an additional set of design features (with the basic set formulated above).

The headpiece is made in the form of a Cossack cap, while the fabric gasket is structurally combined with the fabric part of the outer layer and is made in the form of a canvas cap with a rounded crown, the fur part of the outer layer in the form of a tulle, in other words, a fur edge, with the possibility of its formation in the range from a cylinder or a truncated cone to a flat one, the crown is covered on the outside with a linted cloth of color belonging to the Cossack army with crosswise sewn braid over the seams, and the wooden frame base is removable o installed in the annular gap between the fabric gasket and the lining (this is a private, recommended version of the inventive device, which is considered by the applicants as the most likely innovative product in the Cossack environment and which has passed a long experimental study by the authors, and it is in this embodiment of the claimed invention the technical result formulated below is manifested to the greatest extent - the positive effect of use: first of all, passive security thermal conditions, especially in hot weather conditions, and as a means of protection against mechanical stress on the head).

Among the known devices were not found those whose combination of essential features would coincide with the claimed combination of features. At the same time, it is due to this combination that a new technical result is achieved.

In more detail the essence of the invention is disclosed in the following example implementation of the inventive headgear - the example of a Cossack cape.

Cossack hat 1 as an example of the claimed headgear made of natural or artificial fur (see Figs. 1-5) contains the actual frame 2, the outer layer of a combination of natural or artificial fur 3 and fabric 4, fabric gasket 5 and lining 6, with the possibility transformation to a flat, mainly double-row shape (see figure 2).

The frame base 2 is made of semi-rigid, that is, limited-flexible, from a flexible material (see figure 4, and in more detail - the device RU 128202 U2 mentioned in the analogue review), consisting of many identical wooden elements 7 with a diameter D having two parallel front 8 and back 9 flat surfaces, and thickness H as the distance between these surfaces, interconnected by flexible bonds (threads) 10 via through channels 11 and 12 lying in planes parallel to front 8 and back 9 surfaces, respectively, okoviny each contact element 7 with sidewalls adjacent elements 7, so that the plurality of face 8 and rear 9 of similar surfaces of element 7 form respective front and back surface material. Each wooden element 7 is made cylindrical, and the front 8 and rear 9 of its surface are perpendicular to the wood fibers, being its transverse sections, with the openness of the pores of the wood on the front and back surfaces - sections of the elements 7.

Due to this interconnection of elements 7, it is possible to transform the frame base 2 and, therefore, the entire headgear 1, in the range from cylindrical or truncated-conical to the said flat shape (see Fig. 2, 5), including adaptation to the shape of the head of each particular user (see Fig.7, 8).

The gap provided between the gasket 5 and the lining 6 (or, alternatively, between the fur 3 and the fabric gasket 5) corresponds to the thickness H of the frame base 2. With the frame base 2 removed, the specified gap is naturally selected due to deformation of the layers, crimping, elasticity and gravity.

The frame base 2 is removable through an unclosed fabric (lining 6 or an additional fabric part, which could otherwise have been provided) at the bottom of the headgear.

The lacing variant shown in Figs. 1-3 is recommended — holes 13 and 14 are made at the lower edges in the gasket 5 and the lining 6, respectively, into which a lace (braid) 15 is threaded and tied (see Fig. 2) to the size of the user's head.

A variant with the possibility of mounting-dismounting through the top is also allowed (of course, with quickly detachable fur and fabric parts 3 and 4 or provided for this with detachable three or four narrow clips - the option is not shown in the illustrations).

Directly for the Cossack’s cap (in the appropriate established terminology), the fabric pad 5 is structurally combined with the fabric part 4 of the outer layer 3-4 and is made in the form of a canvas cap (position 4 is preserved) with a flat (as shown in Figs. 1, 3) or rounded crown 16, the fur part 3 of the outer layer in the form of a tulle (position 3 is maintained), in other words, the fur edge (3), with the possibility of its formation in the range from the cylinder (see figure 2) or a truncated cone (depending on style and preferences user) to flat (see FIG. .5, 6), the crown 16 is covered on the outside with a pile of cloth of 17 colors for belonging to the Cossack army with a cross-sewn braid (Fig. 2 shows seams 18 from the back of the crown 16), and the frame base 2 is removably mounted in an annular gap of width N between the crown (fur edge) 3 and the cap 4.

In the above example, the device used wooden elements-modules of the same size: with a ratio of D / H diameter to thickness within the number 1, 17, mainly 20/17 or 14/12 mm, respectively, while the diameter D is also determined by the standardized diameter of the cylindrical stick blanks of elements.

Wood pores on surfaces 8 and 9, i.e. on sections of element 7 (when cutting a cylindrical stick-blank), it is recommended to leave open (do not cover with varnish, varnish, paint, etc.). The sides of the elements 7 can, if necessary, be covered with a protective and / or decorative paint and varnish and / or other substance.

When using the device in some cases, it may be recommended to impregnate the pores of the wood of elements 7 with essential oil (essential oils), in accordance with a given effect on the user and / or his environment, for example, lavender oil. In some cases (for example, when using a hat in the taiga - the places of deployment of the Ussuri Cossack army) it may be recommended to impregnate the wood of the frame with special compounds against mosquitoes and midges (midges).

As a rule, the product should be custom-made in accordance with the anthropological data of the customer.

The described example of a specific embodiment does not exclude other possible variants of the device within the scope of the claimed combination of essential structural features (see the claims).

The inventive device "works" as follows (more precisely, the headgear is used as follows).

Headgear (hat) 1 in the assembled form (see Fig. 1, 2) is put on the head (see Fig. 7) and adjust (if this has not been done before) with a lace (braid) 15 size "head in coverage" ( see figure 2).

The limited-flexible (semi-rigid) design of the material of the frame 2 provides the "stereometric behavior" of the frame, and after that the fabric and fur parts of the headgear, it contributes to the relatively "soft" fit (coverage) of the user's head and giving (as well as its stability) the desired forms.

Wood (birch, pine, juniper, etc.) refers to ecologically and physiologically “clean” natural materials, the head in it “breathes” (especially due to open pores oriented orthogonally to the head), helps to improve heat transfer both in hot and in cold time.

Being humidified (saturated with water) during the hot season, frame 2 allows you to maintain a humidified microclimate under the headgear for a long time. And vice versa, absorb the wet vapor of the head.

According to the experience of alternative (folk) medicine, such a framework 2 has a favorable physiotherapeutic effect on the head, in particular the brain (normalizes blood pressure, relieves headaches, stimulates the active points of the head).

Prolonged gradual release (evaporation or sublimation) of special substances - impregnation - affects the user in the "isolated" volume of the outer layers (body 3, gasket 5, crown 16) makes them more effective.

Such a frame is protection against high-energy mechanical influences, in particular, chopping and stabbing with a checker, frame 2 of such a design significantly protects the head, reducing the likelihood of injury or death.

The density of the wood of the frame 2 is lower than water, which contributes to the positive buoyancy of the headgear in extreme situations in the water element or if the headgear accidentally falls into the water.

The fact and his awareness by the user that his headgear does not contain any artificial, “non-natural” substances increases his mental tone, and therefore, prolongs the life of the user and his comrades.

For impregnation, drying or use for an additional purpose (as a two- and multi-functional item), the frame 2 is removed from the headgear 1. To do this, untie the lace (braid) 15 (see figure 2) and remove it. The frame 2 is removed through the annular gap opened from the bottom of the cap (4) - see Figs. 3, 8. The frame 2 can be removed from the headgear 1 and together with the cap (4) - see Figs. 5-7.

Consider examples of the use of frame 2 for an additional purpose (as an extension of the functionality of headgear 1).

To prevent inflammation of the sciatic nerve and radiculitis due to sitting on a stone or ground (especially damp), the user removes the frame 2 from the headgear and uses it as a seat (under the buttocks). Relatively thick and dry wood, with the possibility of partial fitting of the user's body, while maintaining ventilation ("breathing") shields the "breech" of the user from the harmful effects of such soil. In this case, the rest of the headgear 1 continues to perform the functions of such (the main function).

Wooden, as a rule, remaining dry even in the presence of precipitation, frame 2, in extreme field conditions, especially in the steppe and desert (which are Cossacks as the preferred habitat by definition), is suitable for use as a fuel for breeding and maintaining a fire and cooking on him food from animals, reptiles and insects. In this case, the rest of the headgear 1 also continues to perform the functions of such (the main function).

If necessary, but there is no headgear for a friend, the user can transfer the frame 2 to a friend for use as at least some headgear (which protects, in particular, from solar radiation). At the same time, leave the rest on your head (see Fig. 8). Or vice versa.

Moreover, it is possible to "share" a hat even for three! Fur tulle 3 - one, cap 4 - the second, frame 2 - the third (in accordance with figure 5, 6).

The user himself can also vary depending on the living conditions: outdoors (at home, in a hut, smoking) to wear a hat 1 complete or without a frame 2 (traditional hat), and indoors, especially in an informal setting, so as not to “excite” official persons ”, - wear only the frame 2 (see also Fig. 8).

In such a household use case of frame 2, it “works” as unusual (and therefore fashionable in the best sense of the word), an outwardly attractive attribute of a costume, a piece of applied art, an example of mosaic art and craft. Its high design, aesthetic and national-historical qualities act, as a rule (taking into account the gender characteristics, social costs and psychological characteristics of individual individuals), beneficial for the user and the surrounding society.

Headgear 1 made of wooden elements 7, unlike fabric elements, is more consistent with natural conditions on vacation, a healthy environment.

The presence in the user's headgear of such a useful, especially universal in use part hidden from the guardians of the statutory requirements - the wooden frame 2, which no one else has from his associates, also does not contribute to the high emotional level of the user, and therefore reduces the quality and “productivity »User in peaceful labor and military affairs.

The assembly of the completely disassembled headgear 1 is carried out in the reverse order: the frame 2 is inserted into the gap of the cap 4 between the gasket 5 and the lining 6, threading the lace (braid) 15 in a zigzag manner through the openings 13, 14, tighten the lower edges of the gasket 5 and the lining 6 with each other, isolating and fixing the frame 2 in the cap 4, and then on the cap 4 with the frame 2 put on fur tulle 3 with the fur outward (if not written in the instructions, Cossacks can do it and vice versa!).

For storage or transportation not on the head, the headgear 1, both assembled and disassembled, is folded to a flat state (see Figs. 3, 5). The design of the frame 2 does not prevent this.

Despite the described explicitly extended multifunctionality (universality) of the claimed device, it, due to the proposed frame 2 made of limited-flexible wooden material (the entire two-component one is cylindrical, from standard workpieces, wooden modules 7 and purchased factory thread 10), compares favorably with manufacturability ( taking into account the preference for establishing employment for people with disabilities and the so-called homeworkers, the development of children's creativity in the “Pioneer Homes”) and the relatively low cost.

Thus, the use of the invention improves the consumer properties of the headgear, especially the Cossack hat, and allows you to expand its (her) multifunctionality, providing the possibility of additional use. In turn, all this enhances the innovative attractiveness of the claimed device for potential manufacturers and investors.
