Abstract
The CSH is a very thick tubular ring wrap with plaits all around, a crown, earmuffs and straps at the side. It is like a wreath with straps. The CSH is to a helmet as the convertible is to a car.
This "convertible " helmet is protective and "cool" as a helmet. In India and Pakistan the CSH
may look just like a turban with air condition, when really it is a hard and soft helmet because of the way it is twisted. Its twisting mechanics make the difference. It is worn with a cap and or a toque to form a helmet. Together, the CSH and the cap and or a toque make up this fabric tool, the CSH. The two parts together in this invention transform themselves into one unit to make the entire helmet. The CSH made from soft but protective padding, is a tightly rolled thick pillow-like tube to be worn over a cap and a toque. It is placed on top. The cap below is for protection and support from the inside. They both fit snugly at the perimeter of the brain. The CSH tubular thickness is a gear to protect those points all along the perimeter of the brain. This is a creative substitute for a hard helmet. This is a fabric helmet, although other safe materials can be used for their flexibility and adaptability, example rubber, sisal and jute. It is better than having nothing at all! It fits men, women and children in casual areas of their lives. This invention ensures a "casual" helmet because there isn't one as such. There are professional helmets, hard hat helmets and bee keepers' hat for safety, but there is nothing for casual fall and slips! In the small field of helmets there are hardly choices. When will there be? There are almost 10 billion people in the world today and there not many kinds of helmets. A central library in Toronto did not have books on helmets. This indicates a slight problem. The CSH is invented to close the large gap of different kinds of helmets which are missing from the market. An epileptic's helmet should be different from a hockey helmet? A sleepwalker's helmet should be different from an epileptic's helmet. This is a tubular ring worn on top of a suitable cap. Together they transform into a "soft helmet". This helmet's purpose is to protect the rim of the brain from sudden contact. The rim of the brain is one of the first parts of the head to be crushed when one "blow his mind", that is, taking a dive or a fall in a crash. The very thick fabric of the CSH is folded and rolled many times to make it firm and protective. This fabric tool is not for use during an injury or after an injury. It is a tool for use before an injury. This creative cloth is a tool of fabric that it is placed over the regular cap. The cap is an inside protection. The CASUAL SEMI - HELMET is a fabric tool to protect the rim of the brain. It looks like a door wreath or a wreath for a coffin. The rim of the brain is the first to be cracked during an accident. Accidents occur everywhere but the CSH is mainly for domestic slips and falls.

How is it made?
A group of seven to eight cottons - squared scarves are wrung together firmly in a twine format to make each part of each section of this CSH. Usually there are two sections to a CSH. The scarves used in this invention are roughly 17 to 21inches x 17 to 21 inches from the Dollar Store, for example. Separate piles of seven or eight scarves are tied together to make one big scarf. These two sets of scarves are wound so tightly they actually become firm to the touch.
After tying them together, sections of the scarf are reinforced with other ties or stresses to hold everything together so nothing will come apart, and the firmness is kept as part of its character, making a "soft helmet's" ring.. There are 10 stresses or strings for plait 10 plaits. Within the stresses around the base or rim, the two sets of scarves for chin straps are inserted and the two sets of one scarf each for the ear muffs are inserted. Plaits can be made thicker by using more scarves and other super materials. The gathering together of the plaits at the top create automatically a very safe crown of protection. All the plaits come together to form the crown which raises the head before the impact of a slip or fall "blow the mind all the time". The thickness of the ring also raises the head on impact so that impact is second and absorption is first. This is the safety of the CSH. The two scarves which are folded in doubles are used to make the chin straps. The two ear muffs are each made with a single or double scarf. This CSH
has only one scarf as an earmuff. The entire invention weighs one point 1.31bs (1.31bs). The basic mechanics of this fabric tool are systematically twists, turns, twines and knots. When you plait the plaits around the stresses you make the crown automatically.

The CSH is placed over the toque or cap. It is placed over a toque or cap. Many versions of caps can be worn. The CSH is the original concept that could be styled differently as one sees fit.

The CASUAL SEMI - HELMET is tubular - like ring of fabric that is invented.
This is a tubular ring worn on top of a suitable cap. Together they transform into a "soft helmet". This helmet's purpose is to protect the rim of the brain from sudden contact. The rim of the brain is one of the first parts of the head to be crushed when one "blow his mind", that is, taking a dive or a fall in a crash. The very thick fabric of the CSH is folded and rolled many times to make it firm and protective. This fabric tool is not for use during an injury or after an injury. How is it made?
A group of seven to eight cottons - squared scarves are wrung together firmly in a twine format to make each part of each section of this CSH. Usually there are two sections to a CSH. The scarves used in this invention are roughly 17 to 21inches x 17 to 21 inches from the Dollar Store, for example. Separate piles of seven or eight scarves are tied together to make one big scarf. These two sets of scarves are wound so tightly they actually become firm to the touch.
After tying them together, sections of the scarf are reinforced with other ties or stresses to hold everything together so nothing will come apart, and the firmness is kept as part of its character, making a "soft helmet's" ring.. There are 10 stresses or strings for plait 10 plaits. Within the stresses around the base or rim, the two sets of scarves for chin straps are inserted and the two sets of one scarf each for the ear muffs are inserted. Plaits can be made thicker by using more scarves and other super materials. The gathering together of the plaits at the top create automatically a very safe crown of protection. All the plaits come together to form the crown which raises the head before the impact of a slip or fall "blow the mind all the time". The thickness of the ring also raises the head on impact so that impact is second and absorption is first. This is the safety of the CSH. The two scarves which are folded in doubles are used to make the chin straps. The two ear muffs are each made with a single or double scarf. This CSH
has only one scarf as an earmuff. The entire invention weighs one point 1.31bs (1.31bs). The basic mechanics of this fabric tool are systematically twists, turns, twines and knots. When you plait the plaits around the stresses you make the crown automatically.
