Description

The invention relates to the field of pharmacy and medicine, in particular to new drugs for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, for example arthritis, periarthritis, polyarthritis, synovitis, myositis, radiculitis and regenerative and dystrophic diseases, for example arthrosis, osteochondrosis, spondylarthrosis, consequences inflammatory processes and trauma-ankylosis, post-traumatic rehabilitation.

Despite the various etiologies of the above diseases, all of them are caused by a violation of cellular and tissue metabolism, the occurrence of congestion in organs and tissues, causing the development of inflammatory processes, edema, and lead to biochemical changes in the tissues. Soreness, limitation of joint mobility, reflex-tonic muscle tension, and motor disorders develop.

The problem of treatment, for example, degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the musculoskeletal system, vertebral osteochondrosis is quite acute, since these diseases are widespread among people, and the means of their treatment, although diverse, are not sufficiently effective, since their anti-inflammatory and analgesic the action brings temporary relief, but does not exclude frequent relapses.

For the treatment of inflammatory and degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the musculoskeletal system, basic therapy preparations and anti-inflammatory devices are used. Basic drugs include aminoquinoline, gold, cytostatic, containing D-penicylamine or levamisole. Anti-inflammatory drugs include drugs containing corticosteroid hormones (prenisolone, dexamethasone and others) and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, for example indomethacin (M.D. Mashkovsky, Medicines, M., 1993, part 1, p. 211, 216).

Known drug "Camphocin" containing camphor, salicylic acid, castor oil, methyl salicylate, terpene oil, tincture of capsicum, which is used as rubbing in articular and muscle rheumatism and arthritis (MD Mashkovsky, Medicines, M., 1985, Part 2, p. 391). The disadvantage of the drug is that it has a limited analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect without the manifestation of a prolonged analgesic effect.

A well-known medicinal composition for the local treatment of inflammatory diseases of the joints and muscles is Eucamol, which includes camphor, menthol, mustard, eucalyptus, clove essential oils, methyl salicylate, tincture of capsicum, cinnamon, chloral hydrate, spermaceti, petrolatum, paraffin (M. D. Mashkovsky, Medicines, M., 1993, part 1, p. 404). The disadvantage of this composition is short-term analgesia, a sharp unpleasant odor, scarce and expensive spermaceti, allergic reactions.

Known balsamic ointment "Karagay" for the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and peripheral nervous system containing oil extract of capsicum, Tien Shan spruce resin, camphor, menthol, petrolatum, paraffin and lanolin (patent SU No. 1794454 A1, 02.15.1993) . The disadvantages of the known ointment are the multicomponent composition, the presence in the composition of a scarce ingredient (resin of the Tien Shan spruce), the short duration of the irritating effect.

A known composition for the treatment of inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, containing essential oil of eucalyptus, essential oils of fir, lavender, juniper, lemon, geranium, as well as chitosan and emulsion base in the following ratio, in wt.%: Fir essential oil - 0.5-3.0; eucalyptus essential oil - 0.5-2.0; lavender essential oil - 0.5-1.5; juniper essential oil - 0.3-1.5; lemon essential oil - 0.3-1.5; geranium essential oil - 0.2-1.0; chitosan - 0.3-1.0; emulsion base up to 100.0 (patent RU No. 2180581 C1, 03.20.2002). The disadvantage of this tool is that it has only an analgesic effect.

Known biologically active additive for the prevention of rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis, including as active components burdock, elecampane, hawthorn, sage, raspberries, oats, ascorbic acid and rutin, 0.1-99.0 wt.% Each active component (RU patent No. 2191591 C1, 10.27.2002). A disadvantage of the known biologically active additives is a narrow spectrum of action only in certain rheumatic conditions.

Known collection of medicinal plants for the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, including nettle, field horsetail, black elderberry, oregano, burdock, juniper, tansy, wheat grass, blackcurrant leaf, pine buds, violet and thyme (Morozov S.S. Tomsk: MPST Georadiophysics, 1993, p.182-183). The collection is used to prepare a decoction or infusion, added to the bathtubs in the treatment of diseases of the joints and spine. The disadvantages of the known collection are its low anti-inflammatory activity and unreasonably complex composition, since the collection plants contain biologically active substances that are repeatedly duplicated in other collection plants.

This tool is selected as the closest analogue to the claimed invention. The disadvantage of this tool is a weak anti-inflammatory, chondroprotective and regenerative effect, a complex component composition and the possibility of allergic reactions resulting from this.

The technical task of the present invention is to expand the arsenal of tools for the prevention and treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, the development of tools with high therapeutic activity, not causing allergic reactions and which can be obtained from available components in a simple way.

The problem is achieved by the proposed technical solution, which consists in the fact that the tool for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the musculoskeletal system is obtained by adding to 500 g of chopped unrefined durum wheat durum 1.5 l of water (1: 3 ratio) and boiling for 40 minutes, filtering, 500 ml of goat milk is added to the resulting broth and boiled for another 15-20 minutes, cooled for 5-10 minutes, 3 ml of sea buckthorn oil are added sequentially with stirring, then 50 ml of olive oil and oil is obtained hydrochloric mixture; then, to 100 g of chopped plant material, consisting of 20 g of chamomile flowers, 20 g of the aerial part of wormwood, 20 g of the aerial part of St. John's wort, 20 g of rose hips, 20 g of aerial part of mint, add 200 ml of water (1: 2 ratio) and boil for 40-50 minutes (until the residual water content in the mixture is about 50 ml), cool for 5-10 minutes, filter, the resulting broth is mixed with the oil mixture with stirring until a homogeneous state.

The resulting product is stored at a temperature of 2-8 ° C for 2 months.

The proposed tool obtained by the proposed method contains all the necessary components, the combined use of which has an effective therapeutic effect on joints, muscles. The optimal conditions for the method of obtaining funds can enhance the anti-inflammatory activity of the funds.

The technical result is a high therapeutic activity of the agent obtained by the described method, reducing treatment time, expanding the spectrum of action. The tool does not cause allergic reactions.

The proposed tool is used as follows.

This agent is rubbed into the affected area 2 times a day (morning and evening) for 7-14 days. If necessary, repeat the course.

Diseases of the musculoskeletal system that can be treated and prevented using the proposed remedy include arthrosis, radiculitis, osteochondrosis, pain in muscles and joints, sprain, etc., as well as complex therapy of these disorders and post-traumatic rehabilitation.

The proposed tool was tested on volunteers in an outpatient setting. Under observation were 50 patients with various types of diseases of the musculoskeletal system:

rheumatoid arthritis - 10 people, arthrosis of various localization in combination with osteochondrosis of the spine - 16 people, shoulder-shoulder periarthrosis - 2, myositis - 3 people, radiculitis - 15, chest injury - 2, sprain of the ankle and elbow joints - 2. The clinical effect of the claimed the means and means of the prototype were evaluated by the subjective sensations of patients, as well as by the dynamics of reducing pain and stiffness in the joints. Patients used the proposed tool and the prototype tool for relief of pain 2 times a day for 7 to 14 days. In most patients, after treatment with the proposed remedy, clinical improvement occurred: pain and stiffness in the joints decreased. At the end of the course of treatment, a significant decrease in swelling in the joints was also revealed; a positive therapeutic effect was observed in 48 patients, i.e. in 96% of cases. At the same time, a decrease in the intensity of pain, which allowed to fall asleep or perform any work, was noted by all patients without exception, they also noted a significant improvement in the general condition. The proposed tool is aimed at eliminating those pathological processes that contribute to the development of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, and in the early stages of the disease prevents the development of the pathological chain of the disease, does not cause allergic reactions.

When using prototype agents in patients, the effect was not very pronounced; it took more than 14 days to relieve pain symptoms.

The invention is illustrated by specific clinical examples of the application of the proposed collection.

Example 1. Patient F., 62 years old. Diagnosis: osteochondrosis, arthrosis of the knee and foot joints, accompanied by paroxysmal pain. The patient daily applied compresses to the knee joints 2 times a day in the form of napkins, smeared with the claimed agent, for 1.5-2 hours for 10 days. The patient's condition improved significantly, the pain stopped, and no relapse of the disease was observed during the year.

Example 2. Patient G., 46 years old, diagnosis: sciatica, rheumatoid arthritis. Limit the duration of walking and standing. Repeatedly treated in a hospital according to the generally accepted scheme, however, persistent improvement was not observed. The patient was prescribed to rub in the problem areas 2 times a day the claimed remedy for 10-14 days. After the course of treatment, the patient's condition improved significantly, on day 6-7, the pain practically disappeared, the duration of walking and standing increased sharply, and relapses were not observed during the year.

Example 3. Patient K., 48 years old. Diagnosis: right-side humeroscapular periarthrosis. For three weeks, it was unsuccessfully treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, indomethacin ointment. The treatment of the claimed agent within 14 days. The patient rubbed the drug 2 times a day in the affected area. After treatment with the claimed agent, it was possible to achieve stable positive results after 10 days of use, significant subsidence of pain symptoms, relapses during the control period (1 year) was not observed.

Example 4. Patient S., 47 years old. Diagnosis: deforming arthrosis of the right knee joint. The use of the prototype means within 14 days only slightly reduced the swelling of the joint, although the pain was reduced, but did not completely disappear.

Example 5. Patient W., 18 years old. During a training session, he received an injury to his left elbow joint. To reduce pain, he used gels (fastum gel, final gel) for a month.
