Abstract
Description
Invent relates to electrochemical technology for the processing of sour milk. The inventive element is a flowing electrolyzer, which contains a vertically arranged cylindrical anode and a rod cathode, separated by a porous diaphragm, which are fixed in the end bushings. The bushings, the cylindrical electrode and the diaphragm are equipped with channels for supplying and discharging milk and water. Sour milk enters the cathode chamber from below in a spiral, twisting and washing the surface of the rod electrode, since the channels of the inlet and outlet pipes are tangential to the cylindrical surface of the cathode chamber.
The invention relates to the electrochemical recovery of milk with high acidity from 50 to 16 ° T or less.
[2].A device for restoring sour, curdled milk [11 including electrolytic cells of modular type [2].
The electric element [1] is a miniature diaphragm electrolyzer with a coaxial arrangement of the outer cylindrical and inner rod electrodes and the tubular diaphragm between them. On the outer surface of the cell there are inputs and outputs that are perpendicular to the surfaces of the electrode chambers. Electrical treatment is performed by a single flow from the bottom up in the cathode and anode chambers of the cell.
This placement of channels in the cathode chamber contributes to the appearance of stagnant zones since sour milk has a significant viscosity, which reduces the reaction rate and cell productivity.
На патрубках по дата молока и воды имеются регуляторы расхода (краны).Known deoxidizer of milk [3], including case of food-grade plastic, a central graphite (or) titanium anode, a cathode in the form of two rectangular plates made of food-grade stainless steel, separated by a tarpaulin diaphragm. On the pipes by the date of milk and water there are flow controllers (taps).
The design [3] is named by the developer as a demonstration device for conducting experience on the deoxidation of milk and does not have the possibility of implementation in industrial production.
The purpose of the invention; increasing the productivity of the electrolytic cell due to the flow of souring milk into the chamber from below in a spiral, twisting and washing the surfaces of the electrode and diaphragm, since the channels of the inlet and outlet pipes are tangent to the cylindrical surface of the cathode chamber.
6.The proposed flow-through electrolytic cell (Fig. 1) contains an external cylindrical anode 13, an internal rod cathode 1, and a tubular ceramic diaphragm 2 between them. The electrodes and the diaphragm are rigidly fixed by means of O-rings 3, 7, 12 and mechanical bushings 4 of dielectric material. Channels for water 8, 9 are located on the outer surface of the anode, and milk channels 10, 11 are located on the bushings 4. The assembly and sealing of the element is performed by tightening the bushings 4 to the ends of the electrode 13 with nuts 5 and washers 6.
Б отличие от прототипа [2] отверстия в крышках 4 выполнены по касательной к поверхности 14 и расположенные в горизонтальной плоскости (фиг.2, 3).Unlike the prototype [2], the holes in the covers 4 are made tangentially to the surface 14 and are located in a horizontal plane (FIGS. 2, 3).
The proposed solution in comparison with the prototype [2], while achieving the same result, increases the productivity of the electrolytic cell of a modular type for the electrochemical processing of sour milk. By imparting a rotational motion to the incoming milk stream at the cathode chamber, which eliminates the appearance of stagnant zones and accelerate electrochemical reactions.
