Abstract

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The proposed ear tag for animals is made in the form of an integral thin metal plate with the ability to be folded and comprises a base 1 carrying the housing of non-returnable lock 2 with the fixing unit 3. At opposite ends of the tag there is a fixing unit 3 and the piercing tool 4. The fixing unit 3 comprises the spring-loaded lobes 3.1 formed in the inlet, interacting in the closed state with the locking means located on the ear piercing pointed tool 4, placed on the upper part of the tag, and a means of protection against unauthorised access to the fixing unit 3 in the closed state. The piercing tool 4 is a tooth bent at right angle to the plane of the plate with the hook formed in it at an acute angle, measured in the direction of sharpening of the piercing tool 4 and serving as the locking means in the closed state of the tag. The means of protection against unauthorised access to the fixing unit 3 is made in the form of a cap with flanging rigidly and integrally attached to the plate.

EFFECT: invention provides increased reliability of the tag, simplifies design.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates generally to agriculture and is intended to identify the skins of fur animals of valuable breeds and other similar items, providing strict accounting, control and protection against theft, falsification and counterfeiting of products and objects. More specifically, the invention relates to disposable fireproof ear tags equipped with means in which the flexible housing of the device itself is used as a closure.

State of the art

A device for attaching an ear tag (patent of Russia No. 2265324, AK 11/00).

The device comprises a first clamping part having an elongated finger adapted to fasten inside the opening of the male part of the ear tag for the animal, a second clamp part made to fasten and support the female part of the ear tag, the first and second grip part, pivotally connected to each other for moving the first and second clamping parts.

As you can see, to install the ear tag, you need a special tool for preliminary piercing with its subsequent fastening.

The closest solution to the proposed is the solution described in patent WO No. 0156373 "Ear tag for animals."

This solution contains a base bearing an irrevocable fixation housing with a fixing assembly, including springy petals made in the inlet, in the closed state interacting with the fixation tool located on the ear piercing tool, located on the top of the tag, and a means of protection against unauthorized access to the fixation node in a closed state.

The disadvantages of this solution include its structural complexity, which is expressed:

a) in the multicomponent piercing tool (a rod bearing an inserted pointed part);

b) in a separately manufactured fixing unit made of plastic by molding;

c) inadequate security of the fixing unit located inside the open bottom case.

The technical result of the invention is, on the contrary, the achievement of positive results by eliminating these shortcomings, that is, the maximum simplification of the design, and, as a consequence of this, improving the reliability of the tag.

Disclosure of invention

The specified technical result is achieved in that the ear tag for animals, containing the base bearing the body of the irrevocable fixation with a locking unit, including spring petals made in the inlet, in the closed state interacting with the fixation tool located on the piercing ear pointed tool located on the upper part tags, and a means of protection against unauthorized access to the locking unit in the closed state, according to the invention is arranged to be centered ru in the form of an integral thin metal plate with a fixing unit and a piercing tool placed at its opposite ends, the latter being a tooth bent at a right angle to the plane of the plate with a hook made on it at an acute angle, measured in the direction of the puncturing tool sharpening, serving as a means fixation in the closed state of the tag, and the means of protection against unauthorized access to the fixing node is made in the form of a cap with a flange, firmly and permanently fixed nnogo on the plate.

And also due to the fact that a through-hole closed slot is provided in the center of the plate for precise lateral bending.

As well as the fact that a transverse surface cut is provided in the center of the plate to prevent repeated bending of the plate.

And also by the fact that spring petals are formed in the body of the plate by means of flanging in the direction of insertion of a tooth with a hook to facilitate the locking process.

And also due to the fact that on the basis of a place is provided for applying the necessary sealing information.

The implementation of the invention

The ear tag for animals contains a base 1, which carries an irrevocable fixation body 2 with a fixing unit 3, including spring petals 3.1 made in the inlet, in the closed state interacting with the fixation tool located on the piercing ear pointed tool 4 located on the top of the tag, and means of protection 5 from unauthorized access to the fixing node 3 in the closed state.

According to the invention, the proposed tag is made with the possibility of bending in the center in the form of a solid thin metal plate 6 with the fixing unit 3 and the piercing tool 4 located at its opposite ends, the latter being made in the form of a tooth 7 bent at a right angle to the plane of the plate 6 with it at an acute angle with a hook 8, measured in the direction of the sharpness of the piercing tool 4, which serves as a fixation tool in the closed state of the tag.

The means of protection against unauthorized access to the fixing node 3 is made in the form of a cap 9 with a flange, rigidly fixed to the plate 6.

A through-hole closed slot 10 is provided in the center of the plate 6 for precise lateral bending.

Also, a transverse surface cut 11 is provided in the center of the plate (from the marking side) to prevent repeated bending of the plate, which coincides with the through closed slot 10.

Spring lobes 3.1 are formed in the body of the plate 6 by flanging in the direction of insertion of the tooth 7 with a hook 8 to facilitate the locking process.

On the plate 6 tags there is a place for applying the necessary marking information.

As can be seen from the description, the proposed tag contains only two parts: plate 6 and cap 9. That is, in comparison with the prototype, which consists of several parts, there is a maximum simplification of the design.

The device operates as follows. When sealing to ensure strict accounting, (sealing and identification) of the skins of fur animals of valuable species, and other similar objects, the base 1 is pre-bent through a through closed slot 10 exactly in the middle to a half-closed state (Fig. 4), the end of the base 1, on which the fixing unit 3 of the petals 3.1, closed on the outside by a cap 9, is pressed against the object being sealed on either side, and on the opposite side, with the force necessary to pierce the object being sealed, is pressed against an end with a prong 7 located on it with a hook 8, the sharp tip of which 12 pierces the object. In this case, the tooth 7, overcoming the spring force of the petals 3.1, spreads them and passes into the formed inlet slot 13 until it stops from the inside into the cap 9 to the length necessary for the hook 8 to pass through the petals 3.1.

After installing the tags in the ear, it is checked for reliability of its closure by trying to manually shift the end with the cap 9 relative to the end with the tooth 7 in the opposite direction to locking and remove the tooth 7 from the fixing unit 3. This is eliminated with the correct installation of the tag.

The essence of locking is as follows. The main mechanism of non-permanent fixation in the form of a fixing unit 3 at the end of the base 1, made in the form of symmetrically arranged and multidirectional petals 3.1 of the same shape and size, wedges the tooth 7 inserted between them with the hook 8 and, when trying to pull it in the opposite direction, the petals 3.1 interacting with the surface 14 of the hook 8 under the influence of a support directed perpendicular to the reaction component, the tooth 7 is compressed, providing a reliable stop.

The inlet 13 is formed by the petals 3.1 in the form of a narrow slit longer than the width of the tooth 7, and the petals 3.1 are flanged in the direction of entry of the latter, which creates a guide cavity for a more confident locking process, which does not allow the tooth 7 to be affected by any device when an unauthorized opening is attempted (removal) tags.

For the same purpose, that is, preventing unauthorized (criminal) opening, a laser-welded or some other welding is used, cap 9, which covers the outside of the fixing unit 3, forming, together with it, an irrevocable fixation mechanism, which excludes the possibility of penetration to the tooth 7 and impact on the hook 8 by any device when trying to unauthorized opening the seal.

For the same purpose, to prevent unauthorized (criminal) opening and reuse of the tag, there is also a surface transverse cut 11 in the center of the outer surface of the plate 6, weakening its strength and leading to destruction of the base when trying to re-seal it. Tag removal is carried out by cutting off the permissible part of the sealed item or by authorized destruction of the tag itself with a special tool.

Currently, prototypes of the claimed invention have been manufactured, and thus the possibility of its implementation using the described means and methods with the provision of the technical result perceived by the applicant has been confirmed. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the requirement of "industrial applicability".

The analysis of the prior art by the applicant, including a search by patent and scientific and technical sources of information and identification of sources containing information about analogues, suggests that the claimed solution meets the requirements of "novelty" and "inventive step".

It should be noted that the advantage of the invention over a close analogue (prototype) is provided by the presented set of essential features, each of which performs its function, and together, in conjunction, they solve the problem of creating a new product that meets modern requirements.

Claims (5)

1. An ear tag for animals, containing a base, bearing an irrevocable fixation body with a fixing unit, including spring-loaded petals made in the inlet, in the closed state interacting with the fixation tool located on the piercing ear pointed tool located on the top of the tag, and a means of protection from unauthorized access to the fixing node in the closed state, characterized in that it is made with the possibility of bending in the center in the form of a solid thin metal plate with placed at its opposite ends by a fixing unit and a piercing tool, the latter being a tooth bent at a right angle to the plane of the plate with a hook made on it at an acute angle, measured in the direction of sharpening of the piercing tool, which serves as a fixation tool in the closed state of the tag, and protection against unauthorized access to the fixing unit is made in the form of a cap with a flange, rigidly and permanently fixed to the plate. 2. The tag according to claim 1, characterized in that a through-hole closed slot is provided in the center of the plate for precise lateral bending. 3. The tag according to claim 1, characterized in that a transverse surface cut is provided in the center of the plate to prevent repeated bending of the plate. 4. The tag according to claim 1, characterized in that the spring lobes are formed in the body of the plate by flanging in the input direction of the tooth with a hook to facilitate the locking process. 5. The tag according to claim 1, characterized in that on the basis of the provided space for applying the necessary sealing information.
