Abstract

FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device contains body 1, closed by front 2 and rear 3 lids, and cut of rope 4, one end of which is a passive 4.1, and second loose end 4.2 with tip is passed through input 5 and output 6 openings and is located in between passageway 7 with the formation of a loop and fixed in it when closing through locking mechanism 8 hosted in the cavity of body 1. The device is provided with means 9 forming the bend of rope segment, the axis of which is aligned with the axis of the body cavity. According to the invention, means forming the rope segment bend is made in the form of an insert 9 mounted in a semi round groove 1.1 formed in body 1 in the upper part above the passageway 7. The insert is made on form half-bushing with the internal radius, matching, at least with a radius of the rope segment fitted with facet 9.1 in the front part, inner end of which at least matches inlet 5 for passing free end 4.2 of the rope segment. The insert is provided with a plurality of through holes 9.2, which create additional braking during the movement of the rope segment when it is pulled. The chamfer is made at an angle of 5-12 degrees. Front 2 and rear 3 covers, having a special shape and profile, repeating the shape of the sockets in the body, are fixed in it by pressing.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates generally to hardware and, in particular, to disposable flexible locking and sealing devices (ZPUs) and is intended for locking and simultaneously sealing covered wagons, hopper wagons, tank wagons, refrigerated cars, covered wagons for cars, doors cargo containers, vans, warehouses, warehouses, shops, stalls and other objects, providing control and protection against penetration and unauthorized access to the goods contained in them, which have openings in locking and sealing nodes with a diameter of at least 6 mm.

More specifically, the invention relates to flexible locking and sealing devices with enhanced criminal resistance, i.e. with high resistance to criminal opening provided by means of formation of a bend of a segment of a rope.

State of the art

Known flexible locking and sealing device (RF patent No. 2345202, EV 39/02), which describes two options.

The seal according to the second embodiment consists of a body with a passive length of rope fixedly connected to it, a longitudinal channel with a protective sleeve for the working length of the rope and a cavity in which the mechanism of irrevocable fixation of the rope is placed is made in the housing, while a sample is made in the housing, in which the protective sleeve is placed, wherein the axis of the sleeve is offset relative to the longitudinal channel to form a bend of the rope and the protrusion probe and is located in the same plane with the axis of the longitudinal channel and the axis of the strips and the housing and the sleeve itself is stepped from the two openings, and its inlet has a diameter equal to the diameter of the longitudinal channel and the diameter of the second opening equal to the diameter of the external opening with a protective sleeve with respect to the longitudinal axis of the channel housing the double axis offset value. The sleeve is made of metal, for example of aluminum alloy, and is installed in a sample of the housing with an interference fit or is rolled by plastic deformation of the housing elements.

The seal according to the first embodiment consists of a housing with a passive length of rope fixedly connected to it, a longitudinal channel with a protective sleeve for the working length of the rope and a cavity in which the mechanism of irrevocable fixation of the rope is placed is made in the housing, while a sample is made in the housing, in which is placed a protective sleeve having at least two annular protrusions on the inner surface, the sleeve being installed at an angle to the axis of the longitudinal channel to form a bend of the channel. The angle at which the protective sleeve is mounted is chosen equal to or greater than the angle of jamming of the rope. The axis of the protective sleeve is located in the same plane with the axis of the longitudinal channel and the axis of the cavity, in which the locking elements of the mechanism of non-permanent fixation are located.

The protrusions on the inner surface of the sleeve are in the form of a truncated cone. And the diameter of the protrusions is less than or equal to the diameter of the rope.

The protective sleeve is made of metal, for example aluminum alloy, and is installed in a sample of the housing with an interference fit or rolled by plastic deformation of the housing elements.

The technical solutions proposed in patent No. 2345201 by displacing the bushings with the inlets relative to the axis of the longitudinal channel (in one case at an angle, and in the second in parallel) suggest an increase in the criminal stability of the seal against unauthorized penetration of any device into the housing and affecting the mechanism of non-permanent fixation .

However, the desired technical result is achieved in both cases using special profile bushings, which in itself greatly complicates the design.

A flexible locking and sealing device (No. 2506391, EV 39/02) is also known, comprising a body and a piece of rope, one end of which is passive, and the other free is passed through a through longitudinal channel having a section with an inlet and an outlet located respectively on the upper and lower sides of the body, with the formation of a loop and is fixed in the latter when locked through the mechanism of non-permanent fixation of a segment of the rope placed in a blind cavity of the body in communication with the longitudinal channel, m axis of the latter at the inlet section is made in the form of a broken line for the formation of a bend of the rope segment and the protrusion probe and is located in the same plane with the axis of the body cavity, while the longitudinal channel in the lower part has a section on which the outlet is made, while its axis located at an angle to the axis of the longitudinal channel for the formation of an additional bend of the rope segment in the specified section, while the portion of the inlet is formed in the upper cover that covers the body cavity from the upper faces, and the outlet section in the lower cover covering the body cavity from the side of the lower face, while the body cavity has a rectangular shape in cross section, and the longitudinal channel in the middle part from the inlet section to the outlet section is made in the form of a groove with a radius rounded with a width equal to at least the diameter of the segment of the rope, while in this section the longitudinal channel is aligned with the cavity of the body, the axis of which is perpendicular to the upper and lower faces of the body, and the axis of the longitudinal the channel in the middle part is located at an angle to the axis of the cavity of the housing, while the protrusion probe is formed at the intersection of the inlet and the lower plane of the upper cover. The disadvantages of the known solutions include the need to manufacture special equipment for the manufacture of covers, i.e. lack of manufacturability of the device.

The technical result of the invention is the achievement of positive results when using simple in design and in the manufacture of caps, that is, the maximum simplification of the product, and, as a result, increased reliability of the seal.

Disclosure of invention

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in a flexible locking and sealing device with increased criminal stability, comprising a housing closed by the front and rear covers, and a piece of rope, one end of which is passive, and the second free end, equipped with a tip, is passed through the input and output openings of the housing and the passage channel located between them with the formation of a loop and is fixed in it when closed by a locking mechanism located in the cavity of the housing, and devices o equipped with a means of forming a bend of a segment of the rope, the axis of which is located in the same plane with the axis of the cavity of the housing, according to the invention, the means of forming a bend of a segment of the rope is made in the form of an insert mounted in a semicircular groove made in the housing in the upper part above the passage channel, while the insert is made in shape in the form of a half-sleeve with an inner radius coinciding at least with the radius of the segment of the rope provided with a bevel in the front part, the inner end of which at least coincides with the input tverstiem for passing the free end of rope segment, wherein the insertion axis is located below the housing cavity axis.

And also the fact that the insert is equipped with a lot of through holes, creating additional braking when moving a piece of rope when trying to pull it.

And also the fact that the chamfer is made at an angle within 5-12 degrees.

As well as the fact that the front and rear covers, having a special shape and profile, repeating the shape of the nests in the housing, are mounted in it with a press fitting.

The implementation of the invention

A flexible locking and sealing device with increased criminal resistance contains a housing 1 closed by front 2 and rear 3 covers, and a piece of rope 4, one end of which is passive 4.1, and the second free end 4.2, equipped with a tip, is passed through input 5 and output 6 holes the housing and the passage channel 7 located between them with the formation of a loop and is fixed in it when closed by a locking mechanism 8, located in the cavity of the housing 1, and the device is equipped with a means of bending Cable cutter, the axis of which is located in the same plane with the axis of the body cavity. According to the invention, the means of forming a bend of the rope segment is made in the form of an insert 9 mounted in a semicircular groove 1.1, made in the housing 1 in the upper part above the passage channel 7, while the insert is made in the form of a half-sleeve with an internal radius of at least with the radius of the segment of the rope, equipped with a chamfer 9.1 in the front part, the inner end of which at least coincides with the inlet 5 for passing the free end 4.2 of the segment of the rope.

The axis of the insert is located below the axis of the body, with the introduced segment of the rope 4 provides an offset of its axis in small limits (0.2 ... 0.5 mm), that is, when passing through a segment of the rope, its axis will be displaced along the entire length of the insert.

The insert is equipped with many through holes 9.2, creating additional braking when moving a piece of rope when trying to pull it.

The chamfer is made at an angle within 5-12 degrees.

The front 2 and rear 3 covers, having a special shape and profile, repeating the shape of sockets in the housing, are mounted in it with a press fitting.

On the housing 1 there is a place for the application of control identification marking.

The device operates as follows. When locking and simultaneously sealing covered wagons, hopper wagons, tank wagons, refrigerators and other objects to be sealed, the free end 4.2 of the rope section 4 is sequentially passed through the combined holes of the locking unit. Then it is introduced into the inlet 5 and, when interacting with the insert 9, is bent to a certain angle and interacts with the locking mechanism 8, made in the form of a steel roller 10, spring-loaded with a spring 11, while the free end 4.2 of the rope segment 4, overcoming the compression force of the spring 11, takes the roller 10 down and passes through the passage channel 7, and exits into the outlet 6. After that, a section of the rope 4 is pushed through the housing 1 until it reaches the length of a possible hand grip and then extends to the end the stroke of the housing 1 ZPU with elements of the locking node of the object. It is envisaged that the locking element is made in the form of a roller 10 with an annular groove 10.1, and its interaction with the upper end of the spring 11 is ensured by a hook 11.1, freely covering the annular groove 10.1 on the roller 10. In this case, the hook 11.1 is made in the form of an open spring loop, moreover, when the device is assembled, the open part of the ring of the hook 11.1 is located on the side of the passage channel 7.

After installing the switchgear on the guarded object (tanks, etc.), the reliability of its closure is checked by trying to manually move the housing 1 relative to the length of the rope 4 in the opposite direction. With a working closed ZPU, this is excluded.

The essence of the locking of the invention is as follows. The locking mechanism 8 in the form of a steel roller 10, spring-loaded with a spring 11, pressing the free end 4.2 of the rope segment 4 to the lower surface of the insert 9, wedges it between the steel roller 10 and the inner surface of the insert 9.

Due to the bending of the rope segment, the probe introduced by the attacker through the inlet 5 will abut the rope bending, i.e. the rope itself serves as a probe, which does not allow the roller 10 of the locking mechanism 8 to be affected when an unauthorized opening of the locking and sealing device is attempted. For the same purpose, i.e. to prevent criminal tampering, the insert is equipped with a lot of through holes 9.2, which create additional braking when moving a piece of rope when trying to pull it. Due to the length of the insert 9, the axis of the rope segment from the side of the outlet 6 in the rear cover 3 will also be offset. Those. the rope itself serves as a probe, which eliminates the possibility of penetration into the housing 1 from the side of the outlet 6 by any device when an unauthorized opening of the seal is attempted.

Removing the locking and sealing device is carried out by biting a segment of the rope 4 with a special tool.

Currently, prototypes of the claimed invention have been manufactured, and thus the possibility of its implementation using the described means and methods with the provision of the technical result perceived by the applicant has been confirmed. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the requirement of "industrial applicability".

The analysis of the prior art by the applicant, including a search by patent and scientific and technical sources of information, and identification of sources containing information about analogues, suggests that the claimed solution meets the requirements of "novelty" and "inventive step". It should be noted that the advantage of the invention over a close analogue (prototype) is provided by the presented set of essential features, each of which performs its function, and together, in conjunction, they solve the problem of creating a new product that meets modern requirements.

Claims (4)

1. A flexible locking and sealing device with increased criminal stability, comprising a housing closed by the front and rear covers, and a piece of rope, one end of which is passive, and the second free end, equipped with a tip, is passed through the inlet and outlet openings of the housing and located between them the passage channel with the formation of a loop and is fixed in it when closed by a locking mechanism located in the cavity of the housing, and the device is equipped with a means of forming a bend of the length of the channel a, the axis of which is located in the same plane with the axis of the cavity of the body, characterized in that the means of forming a bend of the rope segment is made in the form of an insert mounted in a semicircular groove made in the housing in the upper part above the passage channel, the insert being made in the form in the form half-sleeves with an inner radius coinciding at least with the radius of the segment of the rope provided with a chamfer in the front part, the inner end of which at least coincides with the inlet for passing the free end of the segment to Anat, and the axis of the insert is located below the axis of the cavity of the body.
