the bolt (3) is characterized by also comprising a limiting section (33) and an easy-to-break section (34) which are positioned between the first end (31) and the second end (32); the limiting section (33) is positioned in the overlapped through hole (21), one end of the limiting section is fixedly connected with the first end (31), and the other end of the limiting section is fixedly connected with one end of the easy-to-break section (34); the second end (32) comprises a guide part (321), a limiting part (322) and two warping sheets (323); one end of the limiting part (322) is fixedly connected with the other end of the easy-to-break section (34), and the other end of the limiting part (322) is fixed on the guide part (321); the two warped pieces (323) are symmetrically arranged about the central line of the bolt (3), and one ends of the two warped pieces which are close to each other are fixed on the guide part (321); the limiting part (322) is positioned between the two warped pieces (323) and used for limiting the distance between the two warped pieces (323); when the limiting part (322) is positioned in the overlapped through holes (21), the two raised pieces (323) extend out of all the through holes (21), and the distance between the ends, far away from the two raised pieces (323), of the two raised pieces is larger than the aperture of the through holes (21), so that the bolt (3) and the hoop (2) are positioned relatively by matching with the first end (31).

6. The wine bottle cap according to claim 5, wherein the limiting step (311) is integrally formed on the plug (3).

The wine bottle cap according to claim 1, characterized in that the hoop (2) comprises a left half hoop (22) and a right half hoop (23); the same ends of the left half hoop (22) and the right half hoop (23) are clamped, the other end of the left half hoop (22) is provided with at least one first connecting lug (221), and the right half hoop (23) is provided with at least one second connecting lug (231); the first connecting lug (221) and the second connecting lug (231) are stacked in the axial direction of the hoop (2) so that all the through holes (21) are overlapped.

The wine bottle cap according to claim 9, wherein the cap body (1) comprises an upper cap (11), a lower cap (12) and an inner plug (13) which are coaxially arranged; one end of the upper cover (11) is connected with one end of the lower cover (12), and the other end of the lower cover (12) is connected with the inner plug (13); an inner plug (13) is plugged in the bottle mouth and is provided with a sealing ring (14) which is abutted against the bottle mouth of the bottle body; the upper snap ring (24) is sleeved at the joint of the upper cover (11) and the lower cover (12), and the middle snap ring (25) is sleeved at the other end of the lower cover (12); the lower snap ring (26) is clamped on the bottle body matched with the cover body (1); the inner plug (13) is provided with a sealing ring (14), and the sealing ring (14) is abutted in the bottle mouth of the bottle body.
