The preparation for treating cancerous diseases in gynaecology and andrology contains in 1 suppository 2.0 g: ethanolic propolis extract 0.05-0.1 g; ethanolic poison hemlock extract 0.1-0.15 ml; fir essential oil 0.02-0.05 ml; melmot-berries essential oil 0.02-0.025 ml; tea tree essential oil 0.02-0.025 ml; manna gum essential oil 0.015-0.018 ml; ethanolic plumepoppy extract 0.1-0.15 ml; ethanolic potatoe sprout extract 0.1-0.15 ml; black caraway oil 0.015-0.02 ml; betulinol (powder) 0.025-0.05 g; base to 2.0 g.

EFFECT: suppositories are applicable for local use, as well as for general body effect, for prevention and/or treatment of the whole number of diseases and pathological conditions in gynaecology, urology and proctology.

Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to the creation of pharmaceutical preparations on a plant basis for the treatment of antitumor diseases in gynecology and andrology.

Medicinal plants in gynecology and proctology are used in the form of certain dosage forms: infusions, decoctions, tinctures, ointments, suppositories, etc. Rectal therapy is increasingly used in medical practice. The advantage of rectal administration of drugs is that the substances, when absorbed, enter directly into the blood, bypassing the gastrointestinal tract and the liver barrier.

From the patent of the Russian Federation 2144898, rectal and vaginal suppositories containing human recombinant interferon α-2, antioxidants - vitamin C, α-tocopherol (E), vitamin A, hyaluronic acid and a base are known.

The use of this form of the drug revealed such side effects as fever, myalgia, headaches, nausea, vomiting, anemia, leukopenia, diarrhea, etc.

The Abisil-1 Means is known to have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and wound healing activity (RU 2054945, class A61K 35/78). This drug is recommended for external use (Reg. Certificate 95/351/6 and FS 42-3869- 99). The disadvantage of the known solution obtained on the basis of the drug substance "Abisil" is the inconvenience when used in proctology, gynecology and urology (microclysters, microtampones), as well as the impossibility of accurate dosing of the active substance and, as a consequence, the unpredictability of the maximum oh pharmacological activity.

Known pharmaceutical composition in the form of candles, including extractive substances of propolis and medicinal plants. This composition (patent No. 2174003) is intended for the treatment of antitumor diseases in the field of urology and gynecology. This patent is the closest technical solution.

The present invention is the creation of a new multicomponent dosage form in the form of rectal or vaginal suppositories with antitumor activity, used in gynecology and andrology.

The technical result consists in the fact that they are suitable both for local use and for exposure to the body as a whole, for the prevention and / or treatment of a number of diseases and pathological conditions in the field of gynecology, urology and proctology.

An agent for the treatment of antitumor diseases in gynecology and andrology per 1 candle weighing 2.0 g contains:

alcohol propolis extract 0.05-0.1 g speckled hemlock herb extract 0.1-0.15 ml essential oil of fir 0.02-0.05 ml juniper essential oil 0.02-0.025 ml tea tree essential oil 0.02-0.025 ml eucalyptus rod-shaped essential oil 0.015-0.018 ml small-fruited alcohol herb extract 0.1-0.15 ml alcoholic potato shoot extract 0.1-0.15 ml black cumin oil 0.015-0.02 ml betulinol (powder) 0.025-0.05 g the basis up to 2.0 g

The tool can be made in the form of rectal or vaginal suppositories. As a base, it contains Paker21 palm oil with Riken DMG emulsifier type P (B).

The tool is prepared as follows.

Propolis is crushed into small pieces and filled with 96% alcohol for 3-5 days, then propolis is mixed with Paker21 palm oil melted in a water bath and emulsifier Riken DMG type P (B), then with constant stirring of the mixture in a water bath, the alcohol is distilled off, then the resulting mixture is diluted with Paker-21 palm oil, the mixture is brought to a temperature of 35-36 degrees and plant essential oils are introduced, extract of the herb Macleia finely alcohol, potato shoot extract alcohol, black cumin oil and betulinol (powder), after which the whole the volume with the introduced components is mixed and with the help of a dispenser is poured into molds made of food foil weighing 2 g.

The tool was tested on volunteers.

Example. Patient Sh., 78 years old, resident of Moscow. Relatives drew attention to the strong weight loss of the mother. She was examined in polyclinic №17, where she was diagnosed with cancer of the right ovary with metastases in the intestine. The level of tumor markers CA 125 and CA 19.9 is sharply increased.
