Abstract

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a concrete mixture and can be used in the industry of construction materials, particularly in production of concrete wall blocks for low-height construction. The concrete mixture contains the following, wt %: portland cement 23.0-25.0; 10- 20 mm fraction expanded clay 4.5-5.5; haydite sand 20.0-23.0; saponified rosin 0.001-0.0012; ground chamotte 13.0-18.0; and water being the balance.

EFFECT: higher concrete strength.

Description

The invention relates to the building materials industry, in particular the production of concrete wall blocks for low-rise construction.

Known concrete mixture, including, wt.%: Cement 21,3-24,2; expanded clay 57.6-64.0; expanded clay sand 8.6-17.8; expanded perlite sand 3.2-4.6; saponified rosin 0.001-0.0012; water [1].

The objective of the invention is to increase the strength of products obtained from concrete mix.

The technical result is achieved in that the concrete mixture, including Portland cement, expanded clay, expanded clay sand, saponified rosin, water, additionally contains ground fireclay in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Portland cement 23.0-25.0; expanded clay 4.5-5.5; expanded clay sand 20.0-23.0; saponified rosin 0.001-0.0012; fireclay 13.0-18.0; water is the rest.

The compositions of the concrete mixture are shown in the table.

The components are dosed in the required amounts. Portland cement, expanded clay (fraction 10-20 mm), expanded clay sand, ground (before passing through the mesh 1.25) chamotte is mixed, water, washed rosin are added and mixed again. The prepared concrete mixture is placed in metal (pre-lubricated with mineral oil) molds and left to harden.
