SUBSTANCE: invention relates to silicate technology and compositions of ceramic mixtures which can be used in making facing tiles. The ceramic mass for making facing tiles contains kaolin, montmorillonite, wollastonite and pyrophyllite, with the following ratio of components in wt %: kaolin 10.0-16.0; montimorillonite 22.0-32.0; wollastonite 40.0-50.0; pyrophyllite 12.0-18.0.
