Abstract

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method for cleaning of nets with a device comprising a wire frame. The wire frame is made of 5-6 mm of steel wire and has a lancet-like-oval shape with a split end. The wire frame is placed into a wooden or a metal tubular handle. Split parts are inserted into a section of the metal tube for their fixation. The metal tube section is flattened. The method includes hanging of nets onto horizontal or vertical racks. Then dirt particles are removed by means of light mechanical sliding movements along the cell wall.

EFFECT: design and technology will make it possible to increase quality of net cleaning and to reduce time of cleaning compared to usage of whisks, brushes, etc.

Одной из основных проблем в рыбном промысле является очистка сетей от тины, травы и т.п. В практике рыбного промысла очистку сетей проводят вручную: веником, щетками. Сущность изобретения: устройство для очистки сетей изготавливается из 5-6 мм стальной проволоки в виде ланцетовидно-овального каркаса с прикреплением его разъемной стороной к деревянной или металлической трубчатой рукоятке (рис.1). При использовании деревянной рукоятки в ней просверливают два продольных отверстия по диаметру проволоки для вставки разъемных концов, а при использовании металлической рукоятки, с целью закрепления разъемных концов, место их вставки в металлическую трубку расплющивают. Достоинство устройства состоит в том, что оно изготавливается из подручного материала. Данным устройством и способом можно очищать не только сухие, но и влажные сети, сокращая тем самым время технологического процесса, поставленная цель и технический результат достигаются тем, что сухие или влажные сети развешивают на горизонтальных (рис.2, 3) или вертикальных вешалах (рис.4), путем легких механических скользящих движений устройством вдоль ячеи, по стенке, сети вычищают от сорных частей. При использовании устройства обеспечивается очистка каждой ячеи и всей стенки сетей. Высота вешалов зависит от высоты стенки сетей и роста оператора, что позволяет сократить время и трудоемкость процесса очистки по сравнению с существующими способами, такими как механическая очистка метелками, щетками и т.д., в 10 раз.The inventive device for cleaning nets is made of 5-6 mm steel wire in the form of a lanceolate-oval frame with its detachable side attached to a wooden or metal tubular handle (Fig. 1). Claims

1. A device for cleaning nets, including a wire frame, which is made of 5-6 mm steel wire and has a lanceolate-oval shape with a detachable end, mounted on a wooden or metal tubular handle, and a portion of the metal tube into which the detachable parts are inserted in order to consolidate them, flatten.

2. The method of cleaning nets with the device according to claim 1, characterized in that the nets are hung on horizontal or vertical hangers, and then, by light mechanical sliding movements along the mesh wall, weed particles are removed.

3. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that the proposed device works with the same efficiency when cleaning both dry and wet networks.
