Description

A weapon simulator belongs to military equipment and is intended to teach the techniques and skills of pistol shooting as part of an electronic shooting simulator.

The effectiveness of a shooting simulator depends on the degree to which the simulated shot matches real shooting. Much attention when training pistol shooting is given to the regime of conducting high-speed targeted shooting. For example,

- given the widespread use of personal protective equipment, it is recommended to make two quick “shooting” shots aimed at the center of the target, followed by an aimed shot at its upper part;

- in the event of a collision with several opponents at the same time - a single shot at the first of the opponents, which is the most dangerous at the moment, then transfer the fire to the second, etc., in the last “turn” of two shots is fired, after which it is fired in the reverse order one shot at each of the opponents.

The magnitude of the recoil momentum of a weapon has a significant effect on the results of high-speed targeted shooting, leading to a knocking down of the aiming line and an increase in the time between shots. Therefore, when training and developing the right skills for high-speed targeted shooting, it is necessary to imitate the effects of the recoil momentum of the weapon.

Known weapons simulator (application WO 2005088229 A1 dated 02.28.2005; IPC F41A 33/06), consisting of a body and a unit for generating mechanical reactions that occur during firing. The unit contains a power source, a drive part and a transmission part. The power supply unit is located outside the weapon casing and provides power transfer to the core from the transmission part. The rotating part of the drive part rotates with a load of a certain mass around a horizontal axis under the action of the power transmitted by the core. As a result, a force is created in the direction of tossing the muzzle of the barrel upward when the load hits the inner surface of the wall of the weapon body. This weapon simulator is the closest analogue of the claimed device.

The disadvantages of this weapon simulator are:

- the place of application and the magnitude of the force created as a result of the impact of the load on the inner surface of the wall of the weapon body, taking into account the attached mass of the arm to toss the muzzle of the barrel up, does not allow simulating the trajectory of the weapon simulator in space with acceptable accuracy;

- constructive implementation of the mechanical reaction generation unit, hereinafter referred to as a recoil simulator (IO), in the form of an integral unit of a weapon simulator, requiring a significant change (refinement) in the design of a mass-sized model of a simulated weapon.

The purpose of the invention is to create a simulator of weapons:

- providing with high accuracy imitation of the final result of the action of external recoil efforts on the weapon simulator;

- performance of the recoil simulator removable, not requiring changes to the design of the mass-size weapon simulator.

The goal is achieved as follows.

A weapon simulator of a shooting simulator, comprising a housing, a handle and a recoil simulator, including a drive, a transmission mechanism, a trigger sensor connected to a power source, further comprises a lever connected to the drive mounted on the lower part of the handle with the possibility of turning the weapon simulator in a vertical plane, this free end of the lever is pressed to the handle by an elastic element, and the pressed end of the lever extends beyond the bottom of the handle. In addition, the lever is installed in the lower part of the handle of the weapon simulator using a plate placed in the handle of the simulator with the possibility of its extraction.

This design of the simulator allows you to generate a momentum of force acting on the handle of the layout of the weapon relative to the lever connected to the handle, the free end of which is pinched when aiming at the lower surface of the forearm. The arising moment forces the wrist to move upward in the wrist joint, imitating the final result of the action of the external recoil force of the weapon.

The drawing shows an example implementation of a weapon simulator according to the invention.

The simulator contains a plate 1 on which a drive 2 is mounted, made, for example, in the form of an electric motor. A lever 3 is mounted on the lower end of the plate with the possibility of rotation around axis 4, on the end of which a contact pad is fixed, made, for example, in the form of a roller 13. A transmission mechanism is also fixed on the plate 1, which transmits a force pulse from the drive to the simulator handle. The transmission mechanism includes a bypass column 5, a spring 6, a cable 7. Using a cable 7 through the drive shaft 2, the lever 3 is pressed against the stop 8 under the action of the spring 6. The power source 9 is connected to the drive 2 by a cable 10 through the trigger sensor 12. Plate 1 is inserted instead of the magazine all the way to the bottom of the handle of the weapon simulator and is fixed with a latch 11.

The proposed device operates as follows.

In the initial position, the lever 3, connected by a cable 7 through the bypass speakers 5 with the spring 6 through the drive shaft 2, is pressed by the force of the spring 6 to the stop 8.

During aiming, the lever 3 through the pad 13 with the help of the spring 6 is pressed against the lower surface of the forearm.

When the trigger is triggered, the trigger signal of the trigger 12 generates a signal fed to the input of the power source 9. As a result, a pulse of electric current is supplied from the power source 9 via cable 10 to the drive 2. The drive moves the cable 7, as a result of which there is a force that turns the handle of the weapon around axis 4, while making the wrist in the wrist joint move upward, simulating the final result of the external recoil force.

After the end of the pulse of electric current, the system returns to its original state.

The proposed weapon simulator device is used as part of an electronic shooting simulator designed to teach pistol shooting techniques and skills.

A weapon simulator, comprising a housing, a handle and a recoil simulator, including a drive, a transmission mechanism, a trigger trigger sensor connected to a power source, characterized in that the lower part of the weapon simulator handle is rotatable in the longitudinal plane of the weapon simulator connected to the drive a lever, the free end of which is pressed against the handle by an elastic element, while the pressed end of the lever extends beyond the lower part of the handle. 2.
