Description

The invention relates to hardware, and in particular to locking devices, and can be used in construction and transport for locking doors.
A locking device is known in the form of a means for locking a deadbolt of a lever lock with rods with hooks, comprising a cylinder mechanism with a cylindrical core with a leash, a clip with a cover, fixed to the lock body, a rotary locking wheel mounted in a clip concentrically to the core of the cylinder mechanism, made with a slot in the end for a lead of the core and a circular wall around the perimeter of the wheel with a notch for the passage of the traction hook when closing and opening the lock [1].
A disadvantage of the known locking device in the form of a means for locking the bolt of a level lock with rods with hooks is the inability to use the locking means as a standalone product for a door equipped with a level lock with rods in relation to an existing lock. This is because the known locking device is an integral part of the door lock. However, with a wide variety of lever locks with rods, widely used in construction, it is economically advantageous to increase the burglar resistance of a door equipped with a lever lock with rods, for example a lock [2], by installing a blocking device on the door to the existing door lock.
The technical result obtained from the invention is the use of a locking device as an independent product for a door equipped with a lever lock with rods.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the locking device to the door lock containing the cylinder mechanism with a cylindrical core with a leash, a key to the cylinder mechanism, a clip with a lid associated with the cylinder mechanism, a rotary stopper with a slot in the end for the leash and a cutout in a circular wall, mounted in a cage concentrically to a cylindrical core, according to the invention, the cage is provided with a flange, a flange with a recess for the cylinder mechanism and a key hole is fixed to the flange between the cage and a movable strip with a rod protruding to the end face of the rotary stopper is installed by the neck.
The author is not aware of technical solutions having features similar to those distinguishing the claimed technical solution from the prototype.
Thanks to the proposed locking device to the door lock, the cost of increasing the burglar resistance of a door equipped with a lever lock with rods is reduced.
Figure 1 shows the proposed locking device to the door lock in a section in the "blocking" position of the bolt of the lock, figure 2 shows a section BB in figure 1, figure 3 shows a section BB in figure 1, Fig. 4 shows a view G in Fig. 1, Fig. 5 shows a view D in Fig. 1, Fig. 6 shows a view E in Fig. 4, Fig. 7 shows a locking device to a door lock mounted on a metal door equipped with a lever lock with rods, in the "lockability" position of the bolt of the lock, Fig. 8 shows a section II in Fig. 7, Fig. 9 shows a block the browning device to the door lock in the “unlocking” position of the deadbolt of the lock; FIG. 10 shows a section MM in FIG. 9.
The locking device to the door lock contains a cylinder mechanism 1 with a cylindrical core 2 with a leash 3, a key 4 to the cylinder mechanism 1, a clip 5 with a cover 6 connected to the cylinder mechanism 1, a rotary stop 7 with a slot 8 at the end 9 and a cutout 10 in a circular wall 11. The rotary stopper 7 is mounted in a ferrule 5 concentrically to the cylindrical core 2.
The holder 5 is provided with a flange 12. A cup 13 with a recess 14 for the cylinder mechanism 1 and a hole 15 for the key 4 is fastened to the flange 12. A movable strip 16 is installed between the holder 5 and the cover 6 with a rod 17 protruding to the end face 9 of the rotary stopper 7.
The cylinder mechanism 1 is fixed to the yoke by 5 screws 18. The yoke 5 is attached to the flange 12 by screws 19 with washers 20. The glass 13 is attached to the flange by 12 screws 21. The cover 6 is attached to the yoke by 5 screws 22. The strip 16 is made with an opening 23.
In the wall of the holder 5, a cutout 24 is made for free passage of the rod 17 when moving the strip 16.
The locking device to the door lock is mounted on the wall 25 of the door equipped with a level lock 26 with rods 27, so that the strip 16 is parallel to the rod 27. When installing the locking device in the stack 25 of the door, holes are made for passage of screws 21 and cylinder mechanism 1, then a glass 13 is fastened to the flange 12, pressing against the door wall 25 when screws 21 are screwed. A clip 5 is assembled on the flange 12 together with the cylinder mechanism 1 and the rotary stop 7 and fastened to the flange 12 by screws 19 with washers 20. The rotary st 7 then is set so that its recess 10 is located above notch 24, the cage 5, which allow the mobile band 16 to the rod 17 to move freely. Install the mobile strip 16 and interlock it using the coupling 28 with the rod 27 of the lock 26. Fasten the cover 6 with screws 22 to the holder 5.
The locking device to the door lock operates as follows.
Before locking the door lock, the locking device must be set to the "unlocked" position, in which the rotary stop 7 does not interfere with the free movement of the bolt of the lock, the lock rods and the movable strip 16 when locking and unlocking the lock.
To set the locking device in the "unlocking" position, insert the key 4 into the cylinder mechanism 1, turn the key 4 of the rotary stop 7 by 180 °. In this position, the cutout 10 of the stopper 7 is located opposite the rod 17 of the movable strip 16, while the rod 17 is located in the cutout 24 of the holder 5, as shown in Fig.9.
Lock the lock 26 with a key 29. When locking the lock, the rod 27, moving out of the lock body, moves the strip 16 with the rod 17. Upon completion of the locking of the lock, the strip 16 occupies a position in which the rod 17 is above the cutout 10 of the rotary stop 7. In this case, the locking device is in the "lockability" position of the deadbolt.
To lock the deadbolt of the lock, turn the key 4 of the rotary stop 7 by 180 °. At the end of the rotation, the circular wall 11 is under the rod 17. In this case, the locking device to the door lock is in the “locking” position of the bolt of the lock. Remove the key 4 from the cylinder mechanism 1.
When you try to open a locked lock with a key or master key by forcibly moving a deadbolt inside the lock case, the lock rod 27, coupled with the movable strip 16, moving into the lock body, moves the strip 16, which stops due to the stop of the rod 17 in the wall 11 of the rotary stop 7. Further movement of the rod and the bolt of the lock becomes impossible, since the lock is locked.
To unlock a locked lock, the locking device is set to the unlock position. To do this, insert the key 4 into the cylinder mechanism 1 and turn the key 4 of the rotary stop 7 by 180 °. At the end of the turn, the cut-out 10 is opposite the rod 17. The unlocked lock 26 is unlocked with the key 29. When the lock is unlocked, the rod 27 moves into the lock case, moving the movable strip 16. adhered to it. The rod 17 moves along the cut-out 10, leaves it and at the end the movement of the strip 16 is in the neckline of the clip 5. Take out the key 4, take out the key 29.
Two locking devices can be installed on a door equipped with a lever lock with links, one of which is coupled to the upper link of the lock, as shown in Fig. 7, Fig. 8, and the second is coupled to the lower link of the lock. Such a door, equipped with a lever lock with two locking devices, has a particularly high burglar resistance.
