The technical solution relates to hardware, and in particular to means of protecting level locks from criminal tampering.
A locking device is known in the form of a means for locking a deadbolt of a level lock with rods and hooks, comprising a cylinder mechanism with a cylindrical core with a leash, a clip with a cover, fixed to the lock body, a rotary locking wheel mounted in a clip concentrically to the core of the cylinder mechanism, made with a slot in the end for the lead of the core and a circular wall around the perimeter of the wheel with a cutout for the passage of the traction hook when closing and opening the lock (see RF patent 2313646 dated 12.27.2007, IPC E05B 17/20)
A disadvantage of the known locking device in the form of a means for locking the bolt of a level lock with rods with hooks is the inability to use the locking means as a standalone product for a door equipped with a level lock with rods in relation to an existing lock.
A locking device for a door lock is known, which is mounted on a door wall equipped with a lever lock with rods, which can be used as an independent product for a door. The device comprises a cylinder mechanism with a cylindrical core with a lead, a key to the cylinder mechanism, a clip with a cover connected to the cylinder mechanism, a rotary stopper with a slot in the end for the lead and a cut in a circular wall, mounted in a holder concentrically to the cylindrical core, the clip is provided with a flange to a flange with a recess for the cylinder mechanism and a key hole is fixed to the flange, a movable strip with a rod protruding to the end of the rotary stopper is installed between the holder and the cover. However, the known interlocking device has a complex structure and operation scheme. In its design, a key is provided, when rotated, the device is set to the “locked” or “unlocked” position. In addition, this locking device is intended for use only on doors with a lock with pull rods and cannot be used for level locks of various designs.
The closest technical solution is a device for protecting a door lock containing an armor plate with a key slot, fixed with the possibility of rotation on the outer end of the cylinder mechanism of the lock by an external part, connected by screws to the internal part, covering the cylinder mechanism from the side of its inner end, the external part being located in the recess of the door with the possibility of fixing the armor plate through the split washer (RF patent No. 98772 from 05.07.2010, IPC E05B 17/20).
The disadvantages of the known device is that the device can only be used to protect against drilling locks with cylinder mechanisms and cannot be used to protect the level locks from unauthorized opening with skeleton keys or hooks.
The technical result achieved when using the utility model is that the proposed technical solution can be used as a standalone product for the door and provides protection of any type of level lock from unauthorized opening with two hooks, or any master key and hook. It does not protect the proposed technical solution only from one-armed self-impression and from the method of deformation prints.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known device made in the form of an armor plate, consisting of interconnected external and internal parts with key slots, the external and internal parts of the armor plate are connected symmetrically by fasteners and in the bases of each part, from the side of their attachment between by itself, recesses are made that form a shut-off chamber with a depth of no more than 2/3 of the length of the key rod to the lock, and the key slots in the outer and inner parts are mutually perpendicular made consistent with the diameter of the central holes of the rod and swing key blades.
In private embodiments of the claimed device, the recess in the outer part of the armor plate can be made in the form of a cylinder with a height of not more than 0.9 of its thickness, with a base diameter equal to the length of the slot for the key and oriented along the central axis of symmetry perpendicular to the bases of both parts.
In order to securely fasten the outer part of the armor plate with the inner part, blind threaded holes are made on the basis of the outer part, and through holes are made on the basis of the inner part.
To protect the slot for the key from external influences by foreign objects, the inner part of the armor plate can be made, for example, in the form of a rectangular U-shaped cross-section staples having flat supporting bases spaced apart in different directions, on which through holes are located, made coaxially with mounting holes external part, while the key slot in the internal part of the armor plate is made in a rectangular U-shaped part of the bracket;

The device operates as follows. The lock key is inserted vertically into the slot for the key 9 of the outer part 1, then rotated 90 ° inside the cut-off chamber 5 and inserted horizontally into the key slot 9 of the inner part 2, and then inserted into the keyhole of the lock 12. Further, the lock is unlocked in the usual way. The lock is closed in the reverse order.
The device does not have direct interaction with the level lock, so it can be used as a standalone product for a door with installed level locks of any design.
The device can be installed both at the same time as installing the door, and on already installed doors.
The device protects the lock from unauthorized opening with the help of manipulative devices with separate leashes of “master keys” (one of which creates a force on the bolt, and the second manipulates the levers). Protection is provided due to the perpendicular arrangement of the slots for the key and the presence of a cut-off chamber. The ratio of the dimensions of the cut-off chamber and the key slots in the external and internal parts of the armor plate and their relative position prevent the access of the handling devices into the key slot of the lock itself.
In addition, in the manufacture of the inner part of the armor plate in the form of a rectangular U-shaped cross-section of the bracket, the formed rectangular recess in the form of a rectangular vertical groove in the inner part prevents the penetration of external objects into the slot for the key lock. In this case, self-removal of small foreign objects or forced removal of larger objects through the key slot in the outer part from the outside of the armor plate is possible.
