Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used to treat degenerative diseases of the retina and optic nerve.
In recent years, there has been a steady tendency towards an increase in the frequency of dystrophic diseases of the optic nerve and retina, leading to low vision and irreversible blindness in people of different ages. A significant role in the etiopathogenesis of this severe ophthalmopathology is played by general and local vascular disorders that worsen the level of capillary perfusion and trophic processes in the optic-nervous apparatus of the eye (Kiseleva T.N., Polunin G.S., Eliseeva E.G. et al. Modern aspects of pathogenesis and clinic of age-related macular degeneration / Ophthalmology, 2005, Vol. 2, No. 1, pp. 18-24; Neroev V.V., Malinovskaya T.A., Ivanov A.N. et al. New possibilities in the treatment of involutional central chorioretinal dystrophy (CHRD) / Ophthalmology, 2005, Vol. 2, No. 1, pp. 53-56; Klyuev G.O. and oavt. plazmatsitofereza Influence on rheological properties of blood and ocular hemodynamics in patients with acute and chronic vascular optikoneyropatiyami / ophthalmia. Well -n 2008, №1, s.54-59, etc.).
There are methods of treating degenerative diseases of the retina and optic nerve using numerous pharmacological agents: vasodilating drugs, nootropic drugs, bioregulators, antihypoxants, antioxidants, etc.
The disadvantages of this method are:
- невозможность создания терапевтической концентрации препаратов, например, аминалона и других производных гамма-аминомасляной кислоты в тканях глаза из-за наличия изолированного гематоофтальмического барьера и, следовательно, малая эффективность способа (М.Д.Машковский. Лекарственные средства (13-е издание) в 2-х томах. Т.1. - Харьков «Торсинг»,1998, с.111);- the impossibility of creating a therapeutic concentration of drugs, for example, aminalon and other derivatives of gamma-aminobutyric acid in the tissues of the eye due to the presence of an isolated blood-phthalmic barrier and, therefore, the low efficiency of the method (MD Mashkovsky. Medicines (13th edition) 2 volumes, T.1. - Kharkov “Torsing”, 1998, p.111);
- повышенная медикаментозная нагрузка - необходимость применения сосудорасширяющих препаратов в комплексе с другими лекарственными срествами с целью увеличения проникновения их в нервные клетки глаза, т.к. основным путем движения вещества в нервную клетку является гематогенный - через стенки капилляра (Физиология человека: Учебник / В 2-х т. Т.1. / Под ред. В.М.Покровского и Г.Ф.Коротько. - М.: Медицина, 1998. - с.126-128);- increased drug load - the need for vasodilator drugs in combination with other medicinal products in order to increase their penetration into the nerve cells of the eye, because the main way the substance moves into the nerve cell is hematogenous - through the walls of the capillary (Human Physiology: Textbook / In 2 vols. T.1. / Edited by V. M. Pokrovsky and G. F. Korotko. - M .: Medicine , 1998. - p. 126-128);
- риск падения перфузионного давления во внутриглазных сосудах при введении сосудорасширяющих препаратов, способствующего ухудшению метаболизма структур глаза (Краснов М.М. Микрохирургия глауком. 2-е издание / АМН СССР. - М.: Медицина, 1980, с.22; Егоров В.В., Смолякова Г.П., Лузьянина В.В. Глаукома (учебное пособие). Хабаровск: Издат. Центр ИПКСЗ, 2005, с.92);- the risk of a drop in perfusion pressure in the intraocular vessels with the introduction of vasodilating drugs, contributing to the deterioration of the metabolism of eye structures (Krasnov M.M.Glaucoma Microsurgery. 2nd edition / USSR Academy of Medical Sciences. - M .: Medicine, 1980, p.22; Egorov V. V., Smolyakova G.P., Luzyanina V.V. Glaucoma (study guide), Khabarovsk: Publishing House Center IPKSZ, 2005, p. 92);
- отсутствие индивидуализации лечения для каждого больного;- lack of individualization of treatment for each patient;
- риск возникновения осложнений, аллергических реакций.- the risk of complications, allergic reactions.
There are also physiotherapeutic methods for treating degenerative diseases of the retina and optic nerve, which contribute to the improvement of hemodynamic parameters of the eye: electrophoresis of vasodilator drugs, ultrasound therapy, laser therapy, microwave therapy, etc.
The disadvantages of these methods are:
- невысокая эффективность и кратковременность результата воздействия (Пономарчук B.C., Гуртовая О.В., Савко В.В. Влияние ультразвука и импульсного электромагнитного поля на функции зрительной системы и гемодинамику глаза у больных возрастной макулодистрофией в зависимости от степени выраженности патологического процесса / Офтальм. ж-л, 2007, №2, с.38-41);- low efficiency and short duration of the result of exposure (Ponomarchuk BC, Gurtovaya O.V., Savko V.V. Influence of ultrasound and pulsed electromagnetic field on the functions of the visual system and hemodynamics of the eye in patients with age-related macular degeneration depending on the severity of the pathological process / Ophthalm. -l, 2007, No. 2, p. 38-41);
- отсутствие индивидуализации воздействия;- lack of individualization of exposure;
- отсутствие сведений о влиянии физических факторов на фармакологичекую активность многих препаратов, применяемых при лечении больных с дистрофическими заболеваниями сетчатки и зрительного нерва;- lack of information on the influence of physical factors on the pharmacological activity of many drugs used in the treatment of patients with degenerative diseases of the retina and optic nerve;
- большое количество противопоказаний;- a large number of contraindications;
- затрудненность выбора оптимального лекарственного препарата, вводимого в глаз с помощью физических факторов, если отсутствует специальная диагностическая аппаратура - аппараты для электропунктурной диагностики по способу Р.Фолля или ВРТ (вегетативного резонансного теста);- the difficulty in choosing the optimal drug that is injected into the eye with the help of physical factors, if there is no special diagnostic equipment - devices for electropuncture diagnostics according to the method of R. Voll or VRT (autonomic resonance test);
- отсутствие возможности коррекции проводимой терапии во время сеанса;- the lack of correction of the therapy during the session;
- риск лекарственной аллергии и непереносимости физического фактора.- the risk of drug allergies and intolerance to the physical factor.
Прототипом способа является способ магнитотерапии в сочетании с медикаментозным лечением путем использования аппарата, например, «АМО-АТОС», генерирующего бегущее импульсное магнитное поле (Газета «Окулист», 2004, №12 (66)).The prototype of the method is a magnetotherapy method in combination with drug treatment by using an apparatus, for example, AMO-ATOS, generating a traveling pulsed magnetic field (Newspaper Okulist, 2004, No. 12 (66)).
The disadvantages of the method are:
- недостаточная эффективность лечения;- insufficient treatment effectiveness;
- отсутствие возможности адекватной регуляции гомеостатического равновесия организма;- lack of adequate regulation of homeostatic equilibrium of the body;
- отсутствие индивидуализации воздействия;- lack of individualization of exposure;
- отсутствие возможности коррекции проводимой терапии в процессе лечения;- lack of the possibility of correction of ongoing therapy in the treatment process;
- отсутствие сведений о влиянии магнитного поля на фармакологическую активность многих лекарственных препаратов, применяемых для лечения больных с данной патологией глаз - биорегуляторов, ноотропных веществ, антиоксидантов и др.;- lack of information on the influence of the magnetic field on the pharmacological activity of many drugs used to treat patients with this eye pathology - bioregulators, nootropic substances, antioxidants, etc .;
- М.: Медицина, 1980, с.22) и ухудшить трофику тканей.- the risk of intolerance to the magnetic field - severe arterial hypotension (operating instructions for the device "AMO-ATOS"), which can lead to a drop in perfusion pressure in the intraocular vessels (Krasnov MM Glaucoma Microsurgery. 2nd edition / USSR Academy of Medical Sciences. - M .: Medicine, 1980, p.22) and worsen trophic tissue.
The objective of the invention is to provide a method for improving the quality of treatment of patients with degenerative diseases of the retina and optic nerve.
The technical result is to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients with degenerative diseases of the retina and optic nerve by improving hemodynamics in the retina, optic nerve and capillary perfusion with an increase in the delivery of drugs that enhance the functional activity of nerve cells.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that patients with dystrophic diseases of the retina and optic nerve undergo adaptive bioresonance therapy (BRT) in combination with frequency electromagnetic therapy on the Expert-Voll hardware-software complex of Imedis firm (Russia, Moscow) (Meizerov E. E, Blinkov I.L., Gotovsky Yu.V. et al. Bioresonance therapy: a methodical recommendation. M: Scientific and Practical Center for Traditional Medicine and Homeopathy. MH RF, 2000. - 27 p .; Gotovsky Yu. .V., Kosareva LB, Blinkov I.L., Samokhin A.V. Exogenous bioresonance therapy iksirovannymi frequencies -. Moscow, "IMEDIS", 2001. -. 96 seconds), after which selected administered pharmacological agents. The choice of treatment tactics is carried out in accordance with the results of electropunctural diagnostics by the method of autonomic resonance test (ART) (Gotovsky Yu.V., Kosareva LB, Makhonkina LB, Sazonova IM, Frolova LA, Gritsenko EG Electropuncture diagnostics and therapy using the Imedis-test, a resonance test (Methodical recommendations). - M .: Imedis, 2000, 150 pp.).
Preliminarily, using the ART method, each patient is selected the frequencies of electromagnetic oscillations of R. Voll, P. Schmidt, R. Rife, listed in the apparatus database, aimed at improving capillary perfusion: using the probe of the apparatus, biopotentials are recorded at a reproducible biologically active point (BAP), t .e. point, during repeated measurement of which the same measured values are obtained by the pumping method. - 80 at e. At the same time, they affect the eye with bipolar pulses supplied from the magnetic inductor of the device, with frequencies of vascular-trophic action - 7.0; 19.5; 19.75; 50.0; 50.5; 93.5 Hz; as well as frequencies that improve the function of the optic nerve - 79.5; 93.5; 94.5 Hz and a retina of 65.5; 74.5 Hz. Those values of the reproducible BAP biopotentials that do not reach the norm of 80 cu on the measuring scale of the device, used in treatment.
The therapy is carried out as follows: the patient’s bare palms and feet are placed on the plate “hand” and “foot” electrodes, the “frontal” electrode is fixed on the eyeball. The electrodes are connected to the corresponding sockets of the apparatus for BRT. A magnetic inductor connected to a magnetotherapy socket is placed on top of the “frontal” electrode. BRT and frequency electromagnetic therapy are performed simultaneously. The duration of exposure to each frequency is 2 minutes or more, depending on the ART indicators - until the electrical indicators of the reproduced BAT are restored. If the electrical indicators on the reproducible BAP, when exposed to an eye of a certain frequency, return to normal - 80 cu, then this frequency is not used during therapy.
The BRT course consists of 7-10 daily sessions. Immediately after the end of the BRT session, well-tolerated drugs that are paraorbitally selected using the VRT method are administered.
