Abstract

FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used for treatment of soft tissue wounds of various genesis. For this purpose claimed is device which includes tube of main supply, having passage and distal end, distal end being made for subcutaneous introduction and placement close to tissue section, and tube for supply of low pressure, made with possibility of flow connection with main stream canals. Distal end of tube of main supply is placed subcutaneously close to injured section of tissue with further supply through said tube of flowing material. Flowing material fills the cavity, located near tissue section, and thus forms main which has a lot of canals, which are in flow connection with injured section of tissue. Supply of low pressure is carried out through formed canals.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures increase of efficiency of treatment of closed deep wounds due to possibility of bringing low pressure maximally close to difficult to access injured section.
