Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to methods for treating psoriasis in children.
52-55).It is already known the treatment of psoriasis in children with numerous drugs, including those that affect the immune system (N.V. Kungurov, Psoriatic disease, 2002, p. 105). In particular, the most common treatment of psoriasis in children involves complex therapy, including hyposensitizing, antihistamines, angiotrophic, immunomodulating agents in combination with external treatment, which usually includes ultraviolet radiation (N.G. Korotky, V.Yu. Ujuhu, Papular dermatoses Moscow, 2000, pp. 52-55).
105).Also known are the immunological drugs considered to be the most effective in treating psoriasis in children today: tactivin, polyoxidonium, administered parenterally at age-related doses (N.V. Kungurov, Psoriatic disease, 2002, p. 105).
The aim of the present invention is to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of psoriasis in children, including young children, by non-invasive methods of administration.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the treatment is carried out with the drug Timodepressin inhaled in doses of 0.5 ml of a 0.025% solution for one inhalation, in courses of 10 to 15 procedures.
With intrabronchial administration, an apparatus is used that converts the drug substance into a finely dispersed, foggy form.
The method is illustrated by the following clinical observations.

In all cases, a persistent positive result was obtained:
The claimed invention is not obvious to specialists working in this field.
All known treatment regimens for children with psoriasis usually involved invasive treatment, often complex and long-term. The terms of treatment achieved by us are two times shorter - no more than three weeks.
For the first time, it was proposed to treat children from 2 years with very good results in a non-invasive way of administering the drug, and practically in the form of monotherapy.
