Description

Technical field

The present invention relates to a household water consuming appliance, in particular to a dishwasher containing a detergent chamber for supplying detergent and disposed in a loading container for items to be washed, which is provided with a bottom of the chamber with at least one opening.

State of the art

From the patent document of Germany No. 3722648 there is known a device for household dishwashers intended for filling with detergents in the form of pressed briquettes or tablets and providing the possibility of placing these pressed tablets inside the dishwasher without adversely affecting the washing results. The solution is achieved due to the fact that the device is made in the form of a dosing container, which can be placed inside the dishwasher and contains at least one dosing compartment for compressed tablets, having walls and / or bottom surfaces, perforated, at least in selected areas.

The disadvantage of this device is that the jets emerging from the spray device do not sufficiently wet the pressed tablets, since the bottom surface is perforated only in certain areas, and not enough liquid penetrates into the device to catch the detergent in the dishwasher. This adversely affects the dissolution conditions of the compressed tablets, and they do not completely dissolve. This leads to a poor washing result, that is, the items to be washed after processing turn out to be insufficiently clean.

Disclosure of invention

The problem to which the present invention is directed is to make the bottom of the dissolution chamber in household water consuming devices of the type described so that after the washing process, the dissolution chamber remains free of detergent and the items to be washed become clean, without stains.

In accordance with the invention, the solution of the problem is achieved due to the fact that the opening of the bottom of the chamber is slotted.

This solution is particularly distinguished by the fact that at the end of the washing process no detergent remains in the household water consuming appliance, that is, its complete dissolution is ensured. In addition, this solution prevents the detergent from coming into contact with the items to be washed and thereby prevents the formation of stains on them.

According to a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the slit-like openings of the bottom of the chamber are longitudinal and / or transverse.

The advantage is that the detergent dissolves essentially during the operation of the machine. The detergent is washed out due to the penetration of liquid through the holes, so that during the washing process, the active substances of the detergent can better dissolve in the flow of the washing liquid.

According to a further preferred embodiment, it is provided that the dissolution chamber is closed by means of a lid.

This prevents the possibility of arbitrary loss of detergent from the dissolution chamber and the presence of detergent residues in the washing chamber at the end of the operation of the device.

According to a further preferred embodiment, it is provided that the dissolution chamber is provided with a detergent filling window located at least on one side wall and / or on the lid.

The solution gives the advantage that it is very convenient for the user to supply the detergent to the dissolution chamber. In addition, this solution is very economical in the manufacture of the device.

According to a further preferred embodiment, it is provided that at least the lid and at least one side wall of the dissolution chamber are water-permeable.

Due to this, it is possible to penetrate into the chamber of the dissolution of the washing liquid to dissolve the detergent. In addition, the possibility of ascent and exit of detergent from the dissolution chamber is prevented.

The implementation of the invention

Figure 1 shows in a first embodiment a dishwasher 1 with a door 2, which consists of an outer door 3 and an inner door 4. On the door panel 5 there are program selection keys 6 associated with the electronic control and regulation system 7, which is integrated inside the door 2. In the memory of the electronic control and regulation system 7 various programs of the washing process are stored. Inside the door 2 there is a detergent supply device 8 connected to the electronic control and regulation system 7, intended for filling detergent 9 into it in the form of a solid block and rinse aid. However, the detergent dispenser 8 is also suitable for filling liquid or powder detergent therein. The compartment 10, equipped with a filling flap 11 for locking it, serves to store detergent 9 and is located recessed in the inner door 4. The filling flap 11 lies in a plane inclined at an angle α to the plane of the inner side of the door.

With the door 2 of the machine open, access to the washing chamber 12 is opened, the inner shell of which is molded from special steel. On the side walls of the washing chamber 12 there are two guides (not shown) on which a dish box is made, made in the form of a loading container 14 and designed to stack items to be washed. The frame of the loading tank 14 consists of metal rods 15 with a synthetic coating.

The dissolution chamber 16, which is integrated in the frame of the loading vessel 14, consists of side walls 17 with a grill 18 and a bottom 19, which is provided with slit-like openings not shown in FIG. The dissolution chamber 16 can be opened by means of a lid 20, which is equipped with a fine mesh lattice and mounted to rotate on a horizontal axis 21 located on the dissolution chamber 16. There is a handle 22 on the lid 20. Alternatively, the lid may also be movable. On the side wall 17 there is a filling window 23 for introducing detergent into the dissolution chamber 16.

The rocker with nozzles, made in the form of a spray device 24, is equipped with nozzles 25 on the upper and lower sides. When equipping the machine with spraying devices 24, especially with a rotating beam with nozzles, the dissolution chamber 16 is preferably located on the front wall 26 in the middle of the loading container 14.

Figure 2 shows the loading tank 14 'with the dissolution chamber 16 of figure 1. A spraying device 24 'with nozzles 25', made in the form of a spraying tray, is built into the frame of the loading container 14 '. Alternatively, the spray tray may be located under the loading container 14 'for dishes.

The loading container 14 'has a front wall 26' and side walls 27 '. The dissolution chamber 16 is held in a removable manner at a designated place on the front wall 26 'in the middle of the loading vessel 14'. For this, a recess 28 'is provided in the loading container 14', which allows the dissolution chamber 16 to be positioned in the correct position relative to the loading container 14 '. Alternatively, the dissolution chamber 16 may also be located on the side walls 27 ′ of the loading container 14 ′, however, positioning means should be provided on the loading container 14 ′ defining the installation location of the dissolution chamber 16.

Figure 3 shows in more detail the dissolution chamber 16 mounted above the spray device 24. As already mentioned, it has chamber walls 17 made in the form of a fine mesh lattice. The bottom 19 of the dissolution chamber 16 is provided with slit-like openings 19.1. Slit-like openings 19.1 are made extending longitudinally to the direction of the outgoing liquid stream. However, in an alternative embodiment, the slit-like openings 19.1 may be oriented transversely to the direction of the outgoing liquid stream.

4 shows a dissolution chamber 16 ″ of a substantially rectangular outline in plan in accordance with a second embodiment. It consists of four walls 17 '', which are made in the form of a fine-mesh lattice 18 ''. Alternatively, one or more small openings may also be provided instead of the fine mesh 18 ″. Alternatively, a coarse mesh grill can also be used to dissolve the detergent faster. The bottom 19 ″ of the dissolution chamber is provided with slit-like openings that are not visible in this drawing.

The bottom 19 ″ of the dissolution chamber is made with a bend inward to the chamber cavity, oriented longitudinally to the longer sides of the rectangle, so that the detergent, in particular the powder detergent, slides down onto the boundary surfaces between the walls 17 ″ and the curved bottom 19 ″. There it is deposited in a layer, does not form lumps, and therefore cannot immediately be washed out of the dissolution chamber 16 ''. Due to this, the detergent can be more evenly distributed during the washing process. Alternatively, the bend of the bottom 19 ″ may also be oriented transversely to the longer sides of the rectangle. In addition, in the side wall 17 "there is a filling window 23" for supplying detergent to the dissolution chamber. Opposite the bottom 19 ″ on the outside of the upper chamber wall there is a handle 22 ″ for moving the dissolution chamber 16 ″. In this embodiment, the handle 22 ″ extends longitudinally.

Detergent 9, in particular a detergent tablet, is filled by the user into the dissolution chamber 16. Then, the user closes the washing chamber 12 with the door 2 and selects a program using the program selection keys 6, which essentially comprises the steps “preliminary rinsing - washing - intermediate rinsing - final rinsing - drying” and is embedded in the electronic control and regulation system 7.

Since the walls 17 of the chamber are equipped with a fine-mesh grating 18, and the bottom 19 has slit-like openings 19.1, larger particles of detergent 9 do not fall out of the dissolution chamber 16 into the washing chamber 12 and objects to be washed, and washing of the detergent 9 in large batches is also prevented. In addition, the fine-mesh lattice is water-permeable, so that liquid can penetrate the dissolution chamber 16 and dissolve the detergent 9.

Further, the bend of the bottom 19 ″ of the dissolution chamber shown in FIG. 4 provides for the accumulation of powdered detergent on the side walls. Due to this, the possibility of washing out the powder detergent from the dissolution chamber 16 at an early stage of the washing process is prevented.

Claims (6)

1. A household water consuming device, in particular a dishwasher, comprising a dissolution chamber located in the loading container for the items to be washed, for supplying detergent and provided with a chamber bottom with at least one opening, characterized in that the device is equipped with a spray device with a plurality of nozzles, and the opening of the bottom of the chamber is slit-shaped and is located longitudinally or transversely with respect to the direction of the jets emerging from the nozzles of the spray device. 2.
