Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к очистке промышленных газов от сероводорода и может быть использовано, в частности, в теплоэнергетике при газификации твердого топлива на тепловых электростанциях (ТЭС).The invention relates to the purification of industrial gases from hydrogen sulfide and can be used, in particular, in the power system for gasification of solid fuel in thermal power plants (TPPs).
In the case of intra-cycle gasification of solid fuel at thermal power plants with gas turbine units (gas turbine units) or combined-cycle plants (CCGTs), the problem arises of cleaning the generator gas from hydrogen sulfide.
Known liquid sorbent, including alkanolamines, for chemisorption of hydrogen sulfide [1] - analogue. The disadvantage of this analogue is that its use requires a decrease in the temperature of the generator gas with a corresponding loss of its physical heat. Due to the fact that the generator gas during the intra-cycle gasification of solid fuel serves as the working fluid of a gas turbine, the loss of its physical heat leads to a corresponding decrease in the efficiency of the power plant. In addition, when using such a sorbent, contaminated effluents are formed.
Known solid synthetic sorbent for the purification of gases from hydrogen sulfide with a content of 35-95% manganese oxides [2] - analogue. The disadvantage of this sorbent is the relatively low (140 mg / g) absorption capacity of hydrogen sulfide. In addition, its practical use is economically disadvantageous because of the need to organize special production for it.
Known solid sorbent for cleaning gases from hydrogen sulfide, including oxide compounds of manganese [3], is the closest analogue. The advantage of this sorbent is a fairly high level of absorption capacity. However, the practical use of this sorbent is also economically unprofitable due to the fact that it is obtained from the waste of the manganese industry in a complex technological way, requiring the organization of special production.
The achieved effect of the invention is to obtain a cheap sorbent with high absorption capacity for gas purification from hydrogen sulfide by using natural ore minerals based on manganese compounds as such a sorbent.
This is ensured by the fact that the solid sorbent for cleaning gases from hydrogen sulfide, including oxide compounds of manganese, according to the invention is an enriched or unenriched ore containing 18–70 wt% manganese oxides, selected from the series - oceanic ferromanganese nodules or ferromanganese ore, containing manganese compounds in the form of pyrolusite, and manganese ore containing manganese compounds in the form of brownite or cryptomelan.
As experimental studies have shown, with the indicated range of the content of manganese oxide compounds in the solid sorbent, a very high absorption capacity of the sorbent with respect to hydrogen sulfide is provided, corresponding to or exceeding the same value for industrial sorbents. As solid sorbents with such characteristics, some natural manganese-containing ores are used in pure form or enriched to the required limits for the content of these components.
В таблице 2 представлен состав исследованных руд (указаны только основные компоненты).The following table 1 shows the data on the absorption capacity of hydrogen sulfide solid manganese-containing sorbents, which, according to the invention, used natural ores, as well as enriched ores. Absorption capacity is given at the same operating temperature of the sorption process (773 K). Table 2 presents the composition of the studied ores (only the main components are indicated).
