Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the construction industry, and in particular to the design of a hollow core for the device designed for the manufacture of molded ceramic cladding products, such as corner tiles, which can be used for any building structures. This cladding can also be used to decorate the interior of buildings and structures.
(RU 24686 U1, 20.08.2002).The closest analogue of the invention is a hollow core used for the manufacture of ceramic products in the form of a briquette designed to receive facing angular elements of wall structures. It contains a housing having a working part, the shape of which repeats the shape of a through hole in a ceramic briquette, and elements for forming grooves in the walls of this hole (RU 24686 U1, 08.20.2002).
50%.A disadvantage of the known solution is that when the briquette is divided into corner tiles by the split method, it is often not the elements intended for this that are destroyed, but just the corner lapels of these tiles, i.e. split tiles become unsuitable for facing corner sections of building structures. Based on the practice of marriage, when splitting such tiles, it is about 50%.
Known configurations of ceramic briquettes, in particular the shape of the voids formed in them, as well as the pattern of applying artificial grooves, do not allow the separation of facing products in the form of corner tiles with minimal losses due to the uneven pressing of all sides of the corner element, because made, for example, a rectangular hole in the briquette does not allow you to install the void with the same angle of inclination of the forming planes in perpendicular directions.
The basis of the invention is the technical task of creating, using a pore former, the proposed design of a ceramic product in the form of a bar (briquette), designed to obtain an angular facing tile of building structures with such a design and arrangement of through holes and grooves for separating the bar (briquette), which would significantly reduce the percentage of marriage when it is divided into tiles and at the same time reduce the effort required for this separation. An additional technical result of the invention is to facilitate the separation of corner tiles due to the weakening of the connection of the elements of the product during the destruction of large remaining parts.
The problem is solved in that the void-forming device for the manufacture of the above-described ceramic product includes a housing consisting of integrally formed forming and stabilizing working parts, each of which has a square shape in cross section, and means for forming dividing grooves in the ceramic product, made in the form of a removable plates with protrusions formed on its edge sections, mounted on the end face of the stabilizing working part of the housing and made of wear-resistant material iala.
At least one lateral face of the stabilizing working part of the core body is made of at least one recess of a rectangular profile, designed to form one or more protrusions in response to it on the inner surface of the ceramic product.
Also, the technical problem solved by the proposed design of the hollow core is to increase the reliability and durability of this device due to its implementation collapsible with a removable plate designed for cutting dividing grooves, which simultaneously with the implementation of its working part with a square cross section leads to an improvement in the quality of manufactured using such hollow core for ceramic products. Also, the achievement of the specified technical result is facilitated by the implementation of a removable plate with spikes made of wear-resistant material.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where figure 1 schematically shows a ceramic product obtained using the proposed design of the hollow core, and figure 2 - the hollow core.
The ceramic product shown in FIG. 1, made in the form of a bar 1 and designed to produce an angular facing
On both sides of one of the large walls of the
The housing shown in figure 2 of the
1.Due to the implementation of both working parts of the body of the hollow core with a square cross section, the same angle of inclination of the side planes of the body from all four sides is ensured, which leads to the equally uniform pressing of the clay mass of all parts of the ceramic bar 1.
Пластину со съемными выступами выполняют из износоустойчивого материала, например, такого как закаленная сталь марки СТ-45, а выполненную за одно целое с выступами 14 пластину 15 (фиг.2) так же, как рабочую часть корпуса пустотообразователя, могут выполнять из твердосплавного материала, например, такого как ВК-8.The plate with removable protrusions is made of wear-resistant material, for example, such as hardened steel grade CT-45, and the
Bars are formed from the prepared molding material in the pressing chamber with the simultaneous production of through holes (voids) in each of them using an appropriate number of hollow formers. At the same time or after that, grooving is performed. Drying and annealing of the bars is carried out in accordance with the selected modes of the corresponding manufacturing method. Separation of the obtained ceramic product in the form of a bar into parts is carried out by a light blow on its lateral surface or by an "oblique" impact on the solid support of one of the edges of the bar or using a separation device. In this case, the magnitude and direction of the impact force is determined experimentally. Upon impact, the product breaks into parts along the main planes of the connector. Additional grooves located outside the main separation planes ensure, upon impact, the destruction of the remaining part of the bar, which leads to weakening of the coupling of the product elements and facilitating the separation of the manufactured corner element without spalling.
Thus, a ceramic product with through-holes of square cross section, having additional grooves located outside the main separation planes, obtained using the hollow forger of the proposed design, provides a significant reduction in the level of marriage during its separation to obtain an angular tile.
