Abstract
Description
The group of inventions relates to devices for the manufacture of facing building materials, namely, to options for the design of a hollow core, designed for the manufacture of ceramic products with through holes (voids) used to obtain facing tiles of building structures.
Из уровня техники известны пустотообразователи, повторяющие форму отверстий, получаемых в пустотелых блоках, содержащие сменные элементы из твердого материала для уменьшения износа боковой поверхности пустотообразователя под воздействием сил трения прессуемой массы (см., например, SU 612794 А, 30.04.1983 [1]).The prior art void formers, repeating the shape of the holes obtained in the hollow blocks, containing removable elements of solid material to reduce wear on the side surface of the void under the influence of friction of the pressed mass (see, for example, SU 612794 A, 04/30/1983 [1]) .
However, such a hollow core does not provide a high-quality separation of the resulting blocks after their manufacture.
To facilitate the separation of the blocks, grooves (grooves) are used inside the formed through holes, which ensure defect-free separation of products. Such grooves are formed simultaneously with through holes with the help of cutting elements with which the formers are equipped.
описание к полезной модели RU 24686 U1, 20.08.2002 [2]).The closest analogue of the proposed solution is the hollow core for the installation of forming a ceramic product in the form of a briquette, containing a housing whose shape corresponds to the shape of the through hole in the ceramic product, and elements for forming grooves in the walls of the through hole (see the description of utility model RU 24686 U1, 20.08 .2002 [2]).
The hollow core, disclosed in [1], is made in the form of a rod, the shape of which repeats in cross section the shape of the resulting hole, and the elements for forming grooves are made in the form of knives fixed to the rod.
The disadvantage of the hollow core [2] is the need to completely replace the device when changing the size of its cutting parts as a result of wear, as well as the low quality of ceramic products and a large percentage of rejects when separating the briquette, since the protruding elements located directly in the pressing chamber create high resistance to the passage of the molding mass , which sometimes leads to the separation of the partitions between the holes from the main mass of the briquette when moving the clay beam from the die. As a result, the partitions in the briquette have to be made wide enough, which leads to an increase in the mass of both the briquette itself and the waste derived from it.
The technical result of the claimed solution for both options of the hollow core is to increase the reliability, durability and maintainability of the proposed designs of hollow core due to their collapsible by providing the ability to replace their wearing parts without complete rejection of the core core, as well as improving the quality of products obtained using the claimed designs of core holders, in particular, due to providing grooves in the openings of the ceramic product guaranteed optimum depth.
The above technical result is achieved due to the fact that, according to both variants of the invention, the core former of the installation for forming a ceramic cladding product in the form of an elongated bar or briquette comprises a housing including a working part configured to form through holes in the briquette and means for forming grooves in the walls of these holes facilitating the separation of the briquette into tiles.
According to the first embodiment, said means is made in the form of a removable plate fixed directly to the end of the working part of the housing and having the shape of this end. In the holes formed on the sides of the removable plate, opposite each other are two pairs of removable and adjustable protruding elements in the form of knives.
The removable plate and protruding elements are made of wear-resistant carbide material.
According to a second embodiment of the invention, the means for forming grooves in the walls of the openings of the product (briquette), facilitating the separation of the briquette into tiles, is made in the form of a removable plate having a rectangular shape with protrusions formed in its corner sections and fixed to the end of the working part of the housing through a remote element, for example sleeve.
The removable plate in this embodiment of the core former is entirely made of wear-resistant carbide material.
An additional technical result provided by the first embodiment of the hollow forger is the ability to control the depth of the grooves and guarantee their depth by providing the possibility of extension and fixing in a given position of the protruding elements up to their maximum wear.
According to the second embodiment of the core former, a removable plate is mounted on the housing using a spacer sleeve, while the elements for forming the grooves are made on said plate.
An additional technical result provided by the second embodiment of the core former is to facilitate the cutting of grooves in the wall by reducing the resistance of the molded mass to pass through the die and guaranteeing their optimum depth.
This embodiment of the hollow core allows you to place a removable plate behind the pressing chamber and cut the grooves in the cavities of the already formed briquette, which helps to avoid separation of the partitions when forming the cavities and reduce their thickness while maintaining the rigidity of the briquette.
The implementation of the plate removable and fixed on the working part of the housing of the hollow core using mechanical means such as nuts, screws, etc., allows you to replace it when worn without replacing the entire body of the hollow core.
The invention is illustrated by drawings.
Figure 1 shows the design of the core for the first embodiment of its implementation.
Figure 2 shows the design of the core for the second variant of its implementation.
Figure 3 shows the layout of the first embodiment of the core in the pressing chamber.
Figure 4 shows the layout of the second variant of the core relative to the pressing chamber.
45.According to the embodiment of the core former shown in FIG. 2, the
From the prepared molding material in the press chamber of the belt press, ceramic products are molded with the simultaneous production of through holes (voids) in each of them using a core former. In accordance with the first variant of the proposed solution, the grooving is carried out in the same pressing chamber (see Fig. 3), and according to the second embodiment of the core former, outside the chamber (see Fig. 4). 3 and 4, the arrows show the direction of movement of the clay mass in the
In addition, the design of the depressor shown in Fig. 1 allows the screws 6 to adjust the length of the protruding parts of the
