Abstract
Description
The invention relates to techniques for water treatment and can be used for ozonation of drinking water of centralized water supply systems.
From the patent literature it is known "Device for the ozonation of drinking water" according to the Copyright certificate SU 1632951 from 07.03.91, MKI5 C02F 1/78, which is the prototype.
The device consists of an ozone-gas mixture generator, a pool with a water supply system and a consumer water drainage system. In the bottom part of the basin, gas-dispersing elements (porous disks) are installed, connected by a pipeline to the ozone-gas mixture generator.
The disadvantage of the prototype is the uneven dispersion of the ozone-gas mixture over the cross section of the pool with the formation of zones of increased concentration of ozone in the water and zones of insufficient concentration, and regardless of the reduced diameter of the pore cross section in the disk, as practice shows, the ozone-gas mixture bubble is detached from the surface of the gas-dispersing element with a diameter of 2-4 mm, when the Archimedean force exceeds the force of "sticking" to the surface of the gas-dispersing element. With large diameters of the bubbles of the ozone-gas mixture, the mass transfer surface at the gas-liquid phase separation is small, and ozone does not fully manage to be absorbed by ozonated water. In practice, the degree of absorption of ozone by water is 85-90%. This occurs both due to the design features of gas-dispersing elements made in the form of porous disks, and due to the irrational organization of the passage of treated water through the pool. Ozone, which is not dissolved in water (10-15%), enters the air cushion of the pool above the surface of the water, from which it is removed, for example, by afterburning. At the same time, the prototype design is inconvenient to maintain during routine sanitary treatment of the pool due to clutter of its bottom with pipelines and local dispersants.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of ozonation of water by increasing the mass transfer surface between water and the ozone-gas mixture, as well as reducing operating costs, including by reducing the time for routine sanitation of the pool.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for ozonation of drinking water containing an ozone-gas mixture generator, a pool with a water supply system and a consumer drainage system, in the bottom part of which there are gas dispersing elements connected by pipelines to an ozone-gas mixture generator, gas dispersing elements are made in the form of hollow two-layer panels with a uniformly perforated top layer, installed uniformly along the cross section of the pool and forming a second bottom and double bottom the transference — the zone of increased pressure — between the lower layer of the panels and the bottom of the pool, gas-dispersing elements are equipped with swirl nodes of the water flow in the form of slotted centrifugal nozzles, the inlet openings of which are in communication with the double bottom space, the outlet — slotted nozzles — are placed above and parallel to the perforated surface of the gas-permeable elements, the double bottom space is communicated with a system for supplying water to the pool, with one of the ends of the panels mounted on angular articulated supports, and the ozone-gas pipelines with It is art the rotation axis angular pivot bearing gas dispersion elements.
In the pool, in the water level plane, receiving trays are installed, which communicate with the drainage system to the consumer and are based on transverse partitions that divide the pool into separate sections above the surface of the gas-dispersing elements.

2.A device for the ozonation of drinking water (figure 1) contains an ozone-
In the
Gas dispersing elements 5 (Fig. 3) are installed uniformly and all over the entire cross section of the

Торец диспергирующего элемента (панели) 5, обращенный к торцевой стенке бассейна 2, закреплен, например, на трубопроводе 6 подвода озоно-газовой смеси от генератора 1, проходящем вдоль боковой стенки бассейна 2, с помощью углового шарнира 9 с обеспечением поступления в полость панели 5 озоно-газовой смеси (ОГС).In the cross section BB (Fig. 4), the panel is a hollow structure formed by the
The

The water entering the
The ozone-gas mixture is supplied from the

М., 2005 г.).Experimental studies show that the flow of water through the nozzle in G = 450 g / s and a flow rate of ozone-gas mixture is equal to G r = 400 l / h, the diameter of the bubbles of the gas mixture decreases from 1.7 mm (without water flow through the nozzle ) to ~ 1.3 mm, i.e. the mass transfer surface increases 1.7 / 1.3 = 1.3 times (see the report of Moscow Ozonizers CJSC on R&D “Theoretical and experimental studies on increasing the efficiency of mass transfer of the ozone-air mixture with the water mass by dispersing it in tangentially swirling water flows. ”M., 2005).
тот же отчет).Using nodes of tangential swirling of the water flow in the form of centrifugal nozzles, as a result of tests at the industrial basin of the Eastern water station of MGUP Mosvodokanal, a degree of absorption of ozone by water equal to 99.5% was obtained (see the same report).
