SUBSTANCE: invention is related to feed hoppers of small arms, namely to box-like feed hoppers with cartridge feeders. Feed hopper comprises body, "П"-shaped insert with wing flaps in upper part and spring-loaded feeder. "П"-shaped insert is fixed on axis with the possibility of rotation and is equipped with limiters of its rotation. Angle of "П"-shaped insert rotation is selected provided that cartridge bullet enters barrel cartridge chamber and makes 7 degrees.

EFFECT: increased reliability of arms as a whole and simplified design due to elimination of use of large number of assembled parts.

Description

The invention relates to stores, namely to box-shaped stores with feeder cartridges.

A well-known small arms store (RF patent No. 2247916, 11/10/2003, IPC 7 F41A 9/65), comprising a housing, a U-shaped insert with flaps in the upper part, a spring-loaded feeder.

This design of the store requires placing it at a considerable distance from the beginning of the chamber in order to ensure that the bullet rises the cartridge, which increases the likelihood of skewing the cartridge, which reduces the reliability of the weapon as a whole.

A well-known magazine for cartridges for multi-shotguns (German patent G 8507085.8, 07/10/08, IPC F41C 25/00), comprising a housing, a U-shaped pusher with flaps in the upper part, a spring-loaded feeder.

This design provides the lifting bullet cartridge located in the store, which eliminates the use of additional guides, however, its disadvantage is the presence of a large number of assembled parts, which complicates the design.

The objective of the invention is to simplify the design of a small arms store.

To do this, in a small arms store containing a housing, a U-shaped insert with flaps in the upper part, a spring-loaded feeder, a U-shaped insert is mounted on an axis mounted in the housing with the possibility of rotation through an angle, enabling the cartridge to enter the barrel chamber, and equipped with limiters its turning. Moreover, experimentally, the rotation angle of the U-shaped liner is determined equal to 7 degrees.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a magazine in section, in Fig. 2 - magazine connected to a weapon, in a section (the position of the shutter at the end of the flaps when feeding a cartridge), Fig. 3 - magazine connected to a weapon, in a section (shutter in forward position).

The store contains a housing 1, inside which a feeder 2 is placed, spring-loaded with levers 3 and 4. In the upper part of the housing 1, a U-shaped insert 5 is installed, in the upper part of which there are flaps 6. The insert 5 is mounted for rotation on an axis 7 mounted in the housing 1. The insert 5 is equipped with limiters 8, which, interacting with the walls of the housing 1, prevent the rotation of the insert 5 beyond a predetermined angle j.

Under the action of the spring-loaded levers 3 and 4, the feeder 2 presses the upper cartridge to the flaps 6 of the insert 5, which leads to the rotation of the latter on the axis 7 by an angle j, which ensures the entry of the bullet into the cartridge chamber 9 of the barrel. The magazine is installed in the receiver 10 so that the nose of the bullet of the upper cartridge equipped with the magazine is in close proximity to the barrel chamber 9. When moving the shutter 11 forward, it grabs the cartridge from the magazine with its lower stop and feeds it into the barrel chamber 9. In this case, the cartridge will slide along the flaps 6 and after the flange of the cartridge reaches the end of the flaps 6, it will be released and stand parallel to the axis of the channel of the chamber 9. Next, the shutter 11 will push it all the way, while sinking the insert 5 and hold the cartridges in a horizontal position until until, when retracted with the spent sleeve, it releases the flaps 6 of the liner 5. After that, under the action of levers 3 and 4, the liner 5 with the cartridge will come out at an angle that allows the cartridge to enter the chamber 9 of the barrel.

The implementation of the U-shaped insert with the possibility of rotation on the axis allows the cartridge bullet to be lifted, which allows the magazine to be located in the immediate vicinity of the barrel chamber, which increases the reliability of the weapon as a whole without using a large number of assembled parts, which simplifies the design. Equipping the insert with stops allows you to limit the angle of rotation of the insert, which in turn allows the flaps to hold the cartridge in the magazine.
