Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to medicine, in particular to combustiology, and can be used in the preparation of skin grafts and closable wound surfaces when performing free skin grafting.
8).As a prototype, the method of preparing skin grafts and granulating surfaces with a solution of plasma and thrombin was selected (see Korepanova N.V. Biological bonding of skin flaps during free skin grafts: Abstract of dissertation of Candidate of Medical Sciences, Gorky, 1955, p. 8).
However, the known method has not found wide application in practice due to the high risk of postoperative suppuration and subsequent lysis of the grafts.
The objective of the invention is the prevention of suppuration of transplants transplanted onto the wound surface and their subsequent melting.
The problem is solved due to the fact that in the method, including the processing of the closable wound surface and skin grafts cut from the donor site of the body, perform an ozonized native plasma solution.
The method is carried out as follows: grafts cut from donor areas of the body, as well as a closable wound surface, are treated with an ozonized native plasma solution with an ozone concentration of 20 μg / ml for 15 minutes. Then the grafts are spread on the prepared wound surface.
Clinical example:
Patient M., 69 years old, was admitted with a burn with a flame of the IIIB degree of the right hand, body on an area of 5% of the body surface. On the third day after preoperative preparation, the patient underwent early necrectomy of burn scabs with simultaneous free skin grafting. During the operation, the wound surface formed after tangential excision of necrotic tissue was prepared and covered with split, perforated autoderm grafts, pre-treated with an ozonized native plasma solution with an ozone concentration of 20 μg / ml. Aseptic dressing for closed wounds. The first ligation was performed on the third day after surgery. The dressings are slightly saturated with serous-hemorrhagic discharge. Transplants are fully viable, pink. On the fifth day, a second dressing was performed. Complete engraftment of transplanted grafts with active cell epithelization was noted. A hematoma under them and lysed areas of skin flaps were not detected. After 25 days, the patient was discharged at the place of residence with completely restored skin.
A method for preparing skin grafts and a closable wound surface using an ozonated native plasma solution prevents infection and lysis of the grafts due to the action of ozone, which provides a bactericidal and bacteriostatic effect, and also enhances tissue microcirculation and oxygenation.
