Abstract

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology. Conjuctisan A is instilled into conjuctival cavity. Additionally it is introduced under conjunctiva during 4-6 weeks in dose of 0.25 ml two times a week. Parallel with instillation of conjunctisan A patient takes in 1 capsule of 250 ml mildronate 2 times a day during 30 days.

EFFECT: ensuring activation of metabolism and microcirculation in eye lens at initial stages of age-specific cataract.

Изобретение относится к офтальмологии и может быть использовано при лечении помутнений хрусталика различной этиологии. Возрастная катаракта - заболевание хрусталика, характеризующееся постепенным помутнением корковых слоев и ядра, требующим в далеко зашедших стадиях проведения оптико-реконструктивных оперативных вмешательств (удаления мутного хрусталика с одновременной имплантацией интраокулярной линзы).
