Abstract

FIELD: tombstone fabrication.

SUBSTANCE: tombstone includes a set of sectional components that is a tomb stone vertical plate, a frame of the grave, and a base adjoining the tombstone plate. The frame of the grave is made as two symmetrical sectional components, upon connecting forming a slot wherein the tombstone plate is installed; the said components have a vertical projection to fix the tombstone plate and side slots to install the base. The base is made as a brace connecting the sectional components of the grave frame and rigidly fixing the tombstone plate; at that all parts of the tombstone are fabricated by a method of a concrete vibration compaction with addition of dying substances.

EFFECT: increased durability, reduced cost, upgraded frost resistance and reduced water absorption.

Description

The invention relates to the production of monuments, namely gravestones, designed to decorate the graves of the deceased when they were buried in the ground.

Known tombstone, consisting of a set of detachably interconnected elements: basement, tombstone and framing of the grave. In this case, the basement has anchor supports and a cavity in which, through the protrusion, a tombstone is installed made of a lightweight, weather-resistant material, having a decorative layer imitating natural stone and the main one including stabilizing filling, and the grave frame provided with anchor supports made of plates of aluminum sheet welded together, filled with polystyrene foam (German patent No. 3831650, 1990).

The disadvantage of the famous monument is the use of various materials, which is not economically and technically justified, a decrease in aesthetic perception, low stability of the monument.

Closest to the proposed is a tombstone, which includes a set of tombstones: a basement, tombstone, framing the grave. The base contains rigidly mounted anchor supports. And in its cavity by means of a protrusion a tombstone is placed, which is fixed on the anchor supports of the socle. From the front side, the base is connected with the help of pins rigidly mounted in it to the frame of the grave having an anchor support. The tombstone has holes coaxial with the anchor supports, into which the ends of the anchor supports of the socle freely pass and are fixed in any manner known in the recesses of the tombstone. All elements of the monument are made of lightweight material containing the same binder, for example gypsum with hydrophobic additives or white cement, which allows to simulate natural stones, and contain a decorative layer of variable thickness with a clear demarcation of at least two types of natural stone, and the main layer, including stabilizing filling, increasing the strength of the monument (RF patent No. 2031209).

However, the construction of the monument is difficult to assemble, it has insufficient base strength, weakened by holes for pins, supports. It is not transportable enough (it cannot be transported in the trunk of a car due to the size of the frame of the grave), has a high manufacturing cost, is not frost-resistant, has high water absorption, and has an insufficient palette of saturated colors.

In the proposed tombstone, technical problems are solved to increase strength, reduce cost (by manufacturing it on an automated line), increase its frost resistance and reduce water absorption by vibrocompression with the addition of coloring substances to produce any color shades. The folding frame of the grave allows you to transport it in the trunk of a car.

This is achieved by the fact that in a tombstone, which includes a set of detachable elements, namely: a vertical tombstone, a grave frame, a base adjacent to the plate, the grave frame is made in the form of two symmetrical detachable elements that form a groove for installing the tombstone and have a vertical protrusion for fixing the slab and side slots for installing the base, and the base is made in the form of a bracket fastening the detachable elements of the frame of the grave and rigidly fixing the tombstone, while all the elements the monument was made by vibropressing concrete with the addition of coloring substances.

The tombstone can be made with an indented inscription, for example "REMEMBER, SORROW", with a recess for attaching additional elements, such as photographs, tables with dates of birth and death, with an added image of two crossed branches.

Portland cement M-500 D-0 with the addition of sand with a fineness modulus of 2.5 mm, water is used as concrete, red iron oxide pigment, yellow iron oxide pigment, titanium dioxide, various color-resistant organic pigments, dyes, etc. are used as coloring substances.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a tombstone in general view, in Fig. 2 - a vertical tombstone, in Fig. 3 - a base, in Fig. 4 - two symmetrical detachable framing elements of the grave.

The tombstone consists of a set of detachable elements: a tombstone - 1, a socle - 2, two symmetrical detachable framing elements of the grave - 3 with a vertical protrusion - 4.

The tombstone is transported disassembled by elements and mounted directly at the burial site.

Two elements of the grave frame (3) are placed on the grave hill, fastened with a bracket (2), inserted into the side grooves (5), then the tombstone (1) is installed in the groove (6).

Thanks to the manufacture of the monument by vibropressing in the molds, the monument is provided with accurate assembly. Table No. 1 shows the comparative characteristics of the monument according to the prototype and the proposed one.

Tombstone, including a set of detachable elements, namely: tombstone vertical, framing the grave, a base adjacent to the tombstone, characterized in that the grave framing is made in the form of two symmetrical detachable elements, forming when connecting the groove for installing the tombstone and having a vertical protrusion for fixing the tombstone, and side grooves for installation basement, and the basement is made in the form of a bracket fastening the detachable elements of the frame of the grave and rigidly fixing the tombstone, while all the elements of the monument are made by vibropressing concrete with HAND colorants. 2. Tombstone according to claim 1, characterized in that the tombstone is made with a depressed inscription, for example, "REMEMBER, SORROW". 3.
