15. The net rack cover and the seedling climbing crops, namely, the seedling climbing crops, the seedling leaves, the flowers and the fruits which take the net rack cover as the base frame have better covering and decorating effects on the tower tomb, a better compensation effect on occupied land can be formed, and the net rack cover can be used as a new memorial way for clear sowing or planting seedlings climbing crops such as melons and fruits every year; the net cover type tower tomb formed by the net cover and the tombstone is a specially-characterized personalized tower tomb which can be constructed in an integrated mode.
In summary, the invention can transform the dune tomb on the big land of the garden into a stable artistic miniature landmark building of the garden by combining the multi-element prefabricated building blocks comprising two universal (can be spliced into various geometric polyhedral models) prefabricated building blocks of a hexahedron rectangle and a triangular pentahedron and fixedly connecting the multi-element prefabricated building blocks firmly, conveniently and at low cost. The invention overcomes the irregularity of the traditional tombstone by the deformability of the prefabricated integrated building blocks, not only has flexible adaptability characteristics, but also can meet the realization of individuation. The invention relates to a mode for transforming an old tomb and constructing an integrated novel tower tomb, in particular to a mode that a hidden right-angle 7-shaped pin groove at the edge of a building block is arranged to be a tombstone covering and a tower tomb land compensation beam frame is arranged, so that a good structural foundation is provided, the innovation is unique, the building construction is simple, the building cost is low, and the popularization and high feasibility are realized.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, which are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to be limiting, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
Structures not specifically described in detail herein are to be understood as conventional in the art.
A block set for reconstruction and construction of integrated tower tomb from old tomb and a tower tomb constructed therefrom, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, wherein: the building block group comprises a tower body building block 1, a tombstone building block 2, a tower footing building block 3 (shown in figure 1) and a tower tomb associated structure building block 9 (shown in figure 9); the building block group is a triangular pentahedral prefabricated building block at least comprising hexahedral rectangular prefabricated building blocks and capable of being spliced into 2 hexahedral rectangular building blocks, the building block group can transform an old tomb into a plurality of common tower structures of a pyramid shape, an inverted V shape, an A shape, a cross shape, an H shape, an inverted T shape, a back-to-back double L shape and a pagoda shape according to the original tombstone, and the building block group can construct an integrated new tower tomb; the tower body building block and the tower foundation building block are provided with one or more corner holes along a long central axis 1.1 or a short central axis 1.2 (see fig. 2), the corner holes are through holes 1.3 or/and blind holes 1.4 (see fig. 3), the building block set is provided with corner tenons which are matched with the corner holes and can form mortise and tenon type fixed connection with the corner holes, and the corner tenons are metal corner strips 1.5 matched with the corner holes; the tower body building blocks and the tower foundation building blocks are detachably and fixedly connected through a central shaft corner hole and a central shaft corner tenon matched with the central shaft corner hole, all the adjacent building blocks are provided with corresponding blind corner holes or through corner holes and can be in blind type fixed connection or through fixed connection by the same corner tenon, the corner tenons can be inserted into the corner holes to enable all the building blocks on the same side of two adjacent building blocks or symmetrical tower tomb structures to be detachably and fixedly connected into a whole, and the deformation of the tower body can be realized through combination change or change of splicing modes of the corner holes and the corner tenons so as to adapt to the reconstruction of an old tomb according to the individual difference of the old tomb; the tower foundation building blocks are fixed and stable structures of the tower grave and the foundation which are partially or completely embedded into the foundation, and the tower foundation building blocks are detachably and fixedly connected with or integrally manufactured with the tower body bottom building blocks or/and the gravestone building blocks; the old tombstone and the new tombstone are used as special building blocks and are independently arranged in the central space of the tower tomb or are detachably and fixedly connected with or integrally manufactured with the building blocks of the tower body, and the tombstone and the fixed attachment body thereof support the tower body; each component of the tower tomb is integrated in a detachable fixed connection mode, and each building block of the tower tomb is detachably and fixedly connected with a metal tenon-and-mortise type (see figure 1) in a self corner hole mode or fixedly connected with a tenon-and-mortise mode by adding an adhesive; the tower grave associated structure building blocks are building blocks capable of forming a tower grave associated structure, the tower grave associated structure integrally forms a covering, decoration and occupied land compensation for a gravestone or a tower grave, the tower grave associated structure is connected with the tower grave or is independent of the periphery of the tower grave, and the associated structure is formed by net-shaped building blocks 9 and/or cross beams 8 arranged on the tower body building blocks; the total height of the tower tomb is 1-5 meters.
Preferably, the tower body building block is a combination of one or more of solid or hollow prism (including cube, cuboid, terrace, pyramid and the like), rotator and profile with thickness or width of 50-300MM, long central axis of 300-500MM, hexahedral rectangular prefabricated building block which at least contains prism and can be constructed into various buildings (universal building block in architecture) and triangular pentahedral prefabricated building block which can be spliced into hexahedral rectangular building block, and the profile is a special building block (see fig. 6 and 9) which can form arch 1.6 or tip 1.7 or tower cover 9; the tower cover is a related structure used for covering, decorating and compensating occupied land for the tower tomb; the central shaft angle hole of the tower body building block is an angle iron-shaped strip hole 1.3 or 1.4 formed by folding a rectangular strip hole into an angle of 20-160 degrees and arranged on a central shaft, and the central shaft angle tenon is an angle iron or other alloy angle tenon 1.5 with steel performance matched with the central shaft angle hole of the building block; the tower body building blocks comprise top, neck, waist and bottom building blocks, and each building block is a combination of one or more blocks.
Preferably, the tower body building block is provided with an invisible pin groove 7 (see fig. 1) for installing the plug-in unit, the invisible pin groove is a right-angle 7-shaped pin groove 7.1 (see fig. 4) arranged at the edge of the building block, the right-angle 7-shaped pin groove of each building block is arranged unilaterally or multilaterally, and the pin grooves at one side of the building block can be arranged singly or in multiple arrangement; the pin grooves are provided with matched pin tenons (patch blocks) 7.2, the invisible pin grooves are selectively applied, the pin tenons can be taken out to be inserted into the cross beams 8 (see figure 5) during application, a plurality of cross beams jointly form the structure foundation of the gravestone for covering, decorating and building the climbing frame crop grid frame, and the cross beams can be used as the connection and fixation foundation structure of the tower gravestone covering, decorating and occupied land compensation related structure; the right-angle 7-shaped invisible pin grooves are in a geometrical shape with aesthetic sense, and the attractiveness of the tower body is not influenced by the regularly distributed right-angle 7-shaped invisible pin grooves; the beam can be inserted into the pin groove and taken out of the pin groove as required, and the right-angle 7-shaped pin tenon (patch block) is restored after the beam is taken out, so that an invisible state can be formed.
Preferably, the top block 1.1, the neck block 1.2 and the waist block 1.3 (see fig. 5) of the tower body are solid or hollow blocks made of light materials; the light material is one of resin concrete, foam cement, steam foam concrete, autoclaved light aerated concrete, fly ash composite material, gypsum composite material, straw composite material and reinforced plastic; the top building block, the neck building block and the waist building block can be cut and deformed; the bottom building block 1.4 of the tower body is made of hard solid materials such as cement concrete and the like; the tower body building block also comprises a stone paint or a stone-like paint protection and beautification coating.
Preferably, the tower foundation building blocks are made of cement concrete solid materials, the tower foundation building blocks are building blocks provided with angle steel conical groups or L-shaped 3 (see fig. 1), T-shaped and arrow-shaped double-polyhedron stability building blocks or pouring building blocks 3.1 (see fig. 5) with angle steel cross frames, and the tower foundation building blocks are deeply buried in a foundation to form strong resistance so that a tower body is stable and upright; the vertical (vertical) of the tower footing building block is provided with a center shaft angle hole to the building surface, the vertical (vertical) of the tower footing building block can be detachably and fixedly connected with the building block at the bottom of the tower body through a center shaft angle tenon, and the vertical (vertical) height (buried depth) of the building surface is greater than 500 MM.
Preferably, the tower footing building block further comprises a cuboid building block 6 (see fig. 1) which is perpendicular to the plane of the tombstone and is provided with a tombstone clamping groove, the building block is provided with an angle hole perpendicular to the plane of the tombstone and is provided with an angle iron tenon matched with the angle hole, two ends of the angle iron tenon extend out of the building block and are respectively detachably and fixedly connected with the angle hole of the building block at the bottom of the tower body, the building block enables the tombstone and the tower body to be detachably and fixedly connected into a whole, and the building block and the tower body form a stable relation together.
Preferably, an integrated tower tomb constructed in groups of blocks, characterized in that: the tower tomb is constructed by the building block groups, and comprises tower body building blocks, tower foundation building blocks and tombstone building blocks; the tombstone building blocks are in-situ old tombstones or new tombstones.
Preferably, the tower body is an inverted V-shaped simple structure (see fig. 1 and 2) composed of a top building block 1.1 of a five-face triangular pyramid (the front face and the rear face are isosceles triangle planes) and two symmetrical support bodies, the two symmetrical support bodies are composed of a neck building block 1.2, a waist building block 1.3 and a bottom building block 1.4, and the support body building block is a cuboid or an oblique parallelepiped; the tombstone is arranged in the center of an internal space formed by two support bodies of the tower body, two shoulder slopes of the tombstone are in abutting connection with the two symmetrical support bodies or are connected with the tower body through a detachable fixed connection structure, the top shoulder of the tombstone supports the tower body, the bottom of the tombstone is embedded in a rectangular tower foundation block clamping groove which is located or embedded in a foundation and is vertical to the plane of the foundation, the rectangular tower building block is provided with a corner tenon, and two ends of the corner tenon extend out of the building block and are detachably connected with two bottom building blocks of the tower body respectively; the top building block of the inverted V-shaped tower body is combined and synthesized by two symmetrical components of an isosceles triangle pentahedron which is divided into two parts, the two parts are detachably and fixedly connected through a central shaft angle hole and an angle tenon or a right-angle 7-shaped corner pin slot and a corner tenon, the lengths of the central shaft angle tenon and the corner tenon can be adjusted, so that the angle of the tower top can be adjusted, the opening and closing angles of the two supports of the tower body can be adjusted to adapt to different tombstones, and the height of the tower tombstone can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the building blocks and increasing or decreasing the opening and closing angles of the two supports of the tower body; the bottom building block or all building blocks from the neck to the bottom are provided with three angle holes which are arranged along the transverse central shaft and run through along the longitudinal central shaft, and all building blocks of the tower body side support body can be fixedly connected in a through mode through the three angle holes by the three angle steel tenons; the tower foundation of the tower body support body adopts arrow-shaped (long-strip anchor-shaped) building blocks, a central shaft of a longitudinal surface of each building block is provided with three angle holes corresponding to the bottom building blocks, and the tower foundation building blocks are detachably and fixedly connected with the bottom building blocks of the tower body through angle steel tenons; the building blocks of the tower tomb are fixedly connected by adopting a polyurethane adhesive; the gravestone further comprises a suspended polyhedral structure with a plane or a curved surface capable of inscribing a gravestone inscription, the suspended polyhedral structure is arranged in the middle of the inverted V-shaped tower body and forms an A-shaped structure with the tower body, a corner pin groove matched with the tower body building block is arranged on a suspended gravestone polyhedron, and the suspended gravestone polyhedron and the corner pin groove are detachably and fixedly connected or the suspended gravestone polyhedron and waist building blocks on two sides of the tower body are integrally manufactured through the corner pin groove and the corner tenon; or the lower end of the suspended tombstone is provided with a plane body sacrificial altar which is vertical to the main surface of the tombstone (parallel to the ground) and can be used for placing sacrificial offerings and lamp candle platforms, and the vertical distance between the sacrificial altar and the ground is 1-1.5 m.
Or the V-shaped tower body also comprises two support building blocks with wide surfaces on the inner sides (see figure 5), the plane of the tombstone is vertical to the wide plane on the inner side of the tower body, the front and the back of the support building blocks are narrow surfaces, a 7-shaped pin groove is formed in the inner side edge of each narrow surface, a cross beam is arranged in each 7-shaped pin groove, the cross beam and a net rack arranged through the cross beam are used for modeling, personalized decoration and covering decoration of the tombstone, the net rack for building climbing frame crops compensates the land occupied by the tower tombs, and the tower tombs and the tower tomb cover with the related structure are connected and fixed.
Preferably, the tower grave is an in-situ old gravestone integrated flat-modified-tip artistic deformation structure, and the flat-modified tip is a simple and abstract building model (such as a archway shape and the like, see fig. 6) constructed by adding building blocks above and on the left and right sides of a traditional cuboid gravestone; the tower grave is a low-change-height artistic deformation structure such as a trapezoidal table formed by lifting an old gravestone in situ, and the low-change-height artistic deformation structure is a simple and abstract high-table building model formed by adding building blocks below, on the left side and on the right side of the traditional gravestone (see figures 6, 7 and 8);
or, the high-rise building tower grave also comprises a special structure which only adds building blocks on two sides of the old gravestone in situ to construct artistic modeling bodies, such as: back-to-back double-L shape
Or, the tower grave is embedded in the block wall by the tablet monument or the monument is directly carved on the block wall to form the special form of the tablet high frame, such as: the tower grave takes a trapezoidal table or a square table formed by a plurality of building blocks as a base, a cylindrical (through-the-sky cylindrical) polyhedron formed by a plurality of square or cuboid building blocks as a tower body, a niche is arranged on the building block of which the tower column is 1-1.5 meters higher than the ground, a tablet-type tombstone is embedded in a front niche wall or directly carved on the front niche wall to replace the tombstone, and the bottom plane of the niche is taken as a platform to form the novel energy-saving and attractive tower grave.
Preferably, the tower tomb associated building block is an opposite building block which can be symmetrically assembled to form a net frame type tower tomb cover, and the net frame type tower tomb cover can be a component of the tower body and can be an independent structure arranged on the periphery of the tower tomb; the net tower grave cover is composed of net variation building blocks, curved surfaces or plane net sheets, the curved surfaces or the plane net sheets can be detachably and fixedly spliced into a circular table or a frustum shape net cover or spliced into an artistic deformed skirt shape, bell shape or vase shape tower grave net cover, and the net sheet building blocks are symmetrical components of the tower grave net cover; the net rack cover is formed by detachably assembling two or more symmetrical net piece building blocks on the left and right so as to be convenient for assembly and disassembly during production, transportation and tomb sweeping, the net rack cover and seedling-climbing crops seedling leaves and flowers and fruits taking the net rack cover as a base frame have better covering and decoration effects on a tower tomb, a better compensation effect on occupied land can be formed, and the net rack cover can be used as a new memorial method for planting seedlings such as melons, fruits and the like in clear seeding or planting every year; the net cover type tower tomb formed by the net cover and the tombstone is a special personalized tower tomb which can be constructed in an integrated mode (see figure 9).
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that: various substitutions, changes and modifications are possible without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention and the appended claims, and therefore the scope of the invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed.

Claims (10)

1. A block group and tower tomb of building that is used for old tomb transformation and constructs integrated form tower tomb which characterized in that: the building block group comprises a tower body building block, a tower footing building block, a tombstone building block and a tower tomb associated structure building block; the building block group is a triangular pentahedral prefabricated building block at least comprising hexahedral rectangular prefabricated building blocks and capable of being assembled (spliced) into hexahedral rectangular building blocks, the building block group can transform an old tomb into a plurality of common tower structures of a pyramid shape, an inverted V shape, an A shape, a cross shape, an H shape, an inverted T shape, a back-to-back double L shape and a pagoda shape according to the original tombstone, and the building block group can construct an integrated novel tower tomb; the tower body building block and the tower foundation building block are provided with one or more angle holes along a long central shaft or a short central shaft, the angle holes are through holes or/and blind holes, the building block set is provided with angle tenons which are matched with the angle holes and can form tenon-and-mortise type fixed connection with the angle holes, and the angle tenons are metal angle-shaped strips matched with the angle holes; the tower body building blocks and the tower foundation building blocks are detachably and fixedly connected through a central shaft corner hole and a central shaft corner tenon matched with the central shaft corner hole, all the adjacent building blocks are provided with corresponding blind corner holes or through corner holes and can be in blind type fixed connection or through fixed connection by the same corner tenon, the corner tenons can be inserted into the corner holes to enable all the building blocks on the same side of two adjacent building blocks or symmetrical tower tomb structures to be detachably and fixedly connected into a whole, and the deformation of the tower body can be realized through combination change or change of splicing modes of the corner holes and the corner tenons so as to adapt to the reconstruction of an old tomb according to the individual difference of the old tomb; the tower foundation building blocks are fixed and stable structures of the tower grave and the foundation which are partially or completely embedded into the foundation, and the tower foundation building blocks are detachably and fixedly connected with or integrally manufactured with the tower body bottom building blocks or/and the gravestone building blocks; the old tombstone and the new tombstone are used as special building blocks and are independently arranged in the central space of the tower tomb or are detachably and fixedly connected with or integrally manufactured with the building blocks of the tower body, and the tombstone and the fixed attachment body thereof support the tower body; each component of the tower tomb is integrated in a detachable and fixed connection mode, and each building block of the tower tomb is in detachable and fixed connection with a metal tenon-mortise type or fixed connection with a tenon-mortise adhesive by a self corner hole; the tower grave associated structure building blocks are building blocks which can form a covering, decoration and land occupation compensation structure integrally formed on a gravestone or a tower grave, the tower grave associated structure is connected with the tower grave or is independent of the periphery of the tower grave, and the associated structure is formed by net-shaped building blocks and/or cross beams arranged on the tower body building blocks; the total height of the tower tomb is 1-5 meters.
2. The block set for old tomb reconstruction and construction of an integrated tower tomb and the built tower tomb as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the tower body building blocks are one or a combination of more than one of solid or hollow prism, rotator and profile body with the thickness or width of 50-300MM and the long central axis of 300-500MM, wherein the tower body building blocks at least comprise the prism, hexahedral rectangular prefabricated building blocks which can be constructed into various buildings (universal building blocks in architecture) in the prism and triangular pentahedral prefabricated building blocks which can form the hexahedral rectangular building blocks, the profile body is a special building block which can form an arch or a tower tip or a tower cover, the tower cover is a related structure for covering, decorating and compensating occupied land for the tower grave, and the tower cover and the tower grave are connected or independently arranged at the periphery of the tower grave; the central shaft angle hole of the tower body building block is an angle iron-shaped strip hole which is arranged on a central shaft and formed by folding a rectangular strip hole into an angle of 20-160 degrees, and the central shaft angle tenon is an angle iron or other alloy angle tenons with steel performance matched with the central shaft angle hole of the building block; the tower body building blocks comprise top, neck, waist and bottom building blocks, and each building block is a combination of one or more blocks.
3. The block set for old tomb reconstruction and construction of an integrated tower tomb and the built tower tomb as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the tower body building blocks are provided with invisible pin grooves for installing plug-in units, the invisible pin grooves are right-angle 7-shaped pin grooves arranged at the edges of the building blocks, the right-angle 7-shaped pin grooves of each building block are arranged unilaterally or multilaterally, and the pin grooves on one side of each building block can be arranged singly or in multiple arrangement; the pin grooves are matched with pin tenons (complementary blocks), the invisible pin grooves are selectively applied, the pin tenons can be taken out to be inserted into the cross beams during application, a plurality of cross beams jointly form the structural foundation of the gravestone for masking and decorating and building the climbing frame crop net rack, and the cross beams can be used as a connecting and fixing foundation structure of the tower gravestone for masking and decorating and occupied land compensation associated structures; the right-angle 7-shaped invisible pin grooves are in a geometrical shape with aesthetic sense, and the attractiveness of the tower body is not influenced by the regularly distributed right-angle 7-shaped invisible pin grooves; the beam can be inserted into the pin groove and taken out of the pin groove as required, and the right-angle 7-shaped pin tenon (patch block) is restored after the beam is taken out, so that an invisible state can be formed.

The block set for old tomb reconstruction and construction of integrated tower tomb and the built tower tomb as claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3, wherein: the top building block, the neck building block and the waist building block of the tower body are solid or hollow building blocks made of light materials; the light material is one of resin concrete, foam cement, steam foam concrete, autoclaved light aerated concrete, fly ash composite material, gypsum composite material, straw composite material and reinforced plastic; the top building block, the neck building block and the waist building block can be cut and deformed; the bottom building block of the tower body is made of hard solid materials such as cement concrete and the like; the tower body building block also comprises a stone paint or a stone-like paint protection and beautification coating.

A block set for old tomb reconstruction and new tower tomb construction and a tower tomb constructed according to claim 1, wherein: the tower foundation building blocks are made of cement concrete solid materials, the tower foundation building blocks are building blocks provided with angle steel cone groups or L-shaped, T-shaped and arrow-shaped double-polyhedron stability building blocks with angle steel connecting columns or pouring building blocks with angle steel crosses, and the tower foundation building blocks are deeply buried in a foundation to form strong resistance so that a tower body is stable and upright; the vertical (vertical) of the tower footing building block is provided with a center shaft angle hole to the building surface, the vertical (vertical) of the tower footing building block can be detachably and fixedly connected with the building block at the bottom of the tower body through a center shaft angle tenon, and the vertical (vertical) height (buried depth) of the building surface is greater than 500 MM.
6. The block set for old tomb reconstruction and construction of an integrated tower tomb and the built tower tomb as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the tower footing building block also comprises a cuboid building block which is vertical to the plane of the tombstone and is provided with a tombstone clamping groove, the building block is provided with an angle hole which is vertical to the plane of the tombstone and is provided with an angle steel tenon matched with the angle hole, two ends of the angle steel tenon extend out of the building block and are respectively detachably and fixedly connected with the angle hole of the building block at the bottom of the tower body, the building block enables the tombstone and the tower body to be detachably and fixedly connected into a whole, and the building block and the tower body form a stable relation together.
7. An integrated tower tomb constructed of sets of blocks, comprising: the tower tomb is constructed by the building block group of claims 1-6, and comprises tower body building blocks, tower footing building blocks, tombstone building blocks and tower tomb associated building blocks; the tombstone building blocks are in-situ old tombstones or new tombstones.
8.
