SUBSTANCE: article with colored relief pattern has set of interconnected paint layers joined with substrate, said layers bearing hardened paint with members of color sand having 0.1-3.0 mm sized particles. Cristobalite of M 72-grade makes at least 20% of color sand. At least one paint layer comprises contoured member having width constituting 1.0-15.0 the thickness of this layer. Paint used is aqueous-emulsion and/or acrylic and/or alkyd and/or polyurethane and/or arts paints or mixtures thereof.

Description

The invention relates to the visual arts, namely: monumental, decorative, arts and crafts, and for the manufacture of color and pictorial works with embossed image.

Known decorative products with a colored embossed image, containing a set of interconnected colored fill layers (based on the sgraffito method) connected to the substrate, see “Encyclopedic Dictionary, TSB Publishing House; 1955, 3 volume, p. 182; FR patent No. 2557031, cl. B44C 5/04, 06/28/1985 ".

A known product uses a limited (3-4) number of colors and it is impossible to form a product with different relief heights and the desired smooth color transition.

Another well-known invention relating to a decorative product is a product according to the application of Germany No. 2550048, class. B44C 5/04, published. 1976, containing a set of interconnected layers carrying a hardened paint with filler elements connected to a substrate.

The known product does not allow combining the relief of the image with a gradation of colors and surfaces, a smooth gradation of texture in length and height, since the elements of the composition are fragments of different materials.

Closest to the proposed invention relating to a decorative product is a product with a color embossed image according to patent RU No. 2236954, class. B44C 3/02, publ. 09/27/2004, containing a set of interconnected colorful layers containing a hardened paint with colored sand elements ranging in size from 0.1 to 3.0 mm, connected to the substrate.

In the known product, it is difficult and impossible to evaluate the relief of the product at a distance, since the objective perception of the relief of the product at a distance is distorted, since the matte and velvety surface of the product, as well as the dull color of sand, prevents the detection of the relief of the product at a distance, i.e. the degree of relief at a distance is low.

The proposed invention solves the problem of expanding technological capabilities by increasing the severity of the relief, i.e. the relief of the product at a distance from the object, an objective assessment of the relief of the product, its depth and height.

To obtain this result, the proposed product contains a set of interconnected colorful layers bearing a hardened paint with colored sand elements ranging in size from 0.1 to 3.0 mm, at least 20% of which is cristobalite grade M 72, and, at least one paint layer contains a contour element with a width of 1.0 -15.0 layer thickness, while water-emulsion, and / or acrylic, and / or alkyd, and / or polyurethane paints are used as the paint, and / or art paints or mixtures thereof.

Distinctive features of the proposed product are that at least 20% of the colored sands are cristobalite grade M72, and at least one paint layer contains a contour element with a width of 1.0-15.0 layer thickness, and each set of colorful layers contains water-emulsion, acrylic, alkyd, polyurethane, art paints or mixtures thereof.

This allows you to shape the product in such a way that it becomes relief-visible at a distance from the product, i.e. the severity of relief at a distance increases.

The product with a colored relief image contains a set of 2 connected with each other substrate 1 colorful layers carrying hardened paint 3, with colored sand elements 4 ranging in size from 0.1 to 3.0 mm, at least 20% of which is cristobalite M72 at the same time, at least one set of paint layers contains a contour contour element 5 (open or closed), and each set of paint layers uses water-emulsion, acrylic, alkyd, polyurethane, art paints or mixtures thereof.

The product is made in the following sequence. A background layer of paint or a mixture thereof is applied on the surface of the substrate. Prepared sand of a certain fraction is poured onto paint of a certain height using a guide. After sand is held in the paint layer, excess sand is removed by tilting the substrate to show off excess sand. Then a new layer of paint or its mixture is poured, the sands prepared according to color and fractions are poured, the sands are kept in the paint layer and then excess sand is removed by pouring. The formation of the contour element is also carried out, while adjusting the width of its layer. Then the process is repeated.

When using conventional colored sands, the relief of the product is visually assessed only from close range, since the velvety and dull surface, as well as the dullness of the color of sand, prevent the distinction between the depth and height of the relief of the product at a distance.

The proposed product created the conditions for an objective assessment of the relief, its depth and height at a considerable distance from the object (product), i.e. the severity of the relief is increased.

At least 20% of cristobalite grade M 72, which differs in high whiteness (color: L = 97 (lightness); a = -0.19 (value of the red and green component); b = -1, is used as sand; 04 (value of the yellow and blue component). Cristobalite is a high-temperature modification of silica SiO ₂ found in high-temperature igneous rocks. The granule size is from 180 to 1000 μm (0.18-1.0 mm), while the size of the granular composition is ( > 355 μm - 17%;> 250 μm - 76%;> 180 μm - 97%). Using cristobalite allows you to form bright, saturated s, melodious tone color ink layers, which creates one of the conditions for the formation of color or tonal component.

However, for a complete assessment of the objectivity of the product relief, another condition is also necessary: at least one paint layer contains a bypass contour (closed or open) element with a width of 1.0-15.0 of the thickness of the paint layer, which allows you to form the necessary layer contrast (contrast component) .

It is objectively confirmed that the use of the contour element in the colorful layers containing cristobalite allows us to evaluate the relief of the product at a considerable distance from the object (product), which increases the severity of the relief at a distance from the product.

Cristobalite of other brands (M 3000, M 4000, M 6000, M 002, M 006, M 0010) is not acceptable for the formation of relief, because causes extrusion of paint from the layer and its migration outside the intended location when pouring cristobalite on the paint, because its very small fractions do not penetrate the paint.

The use of water-emulsion paint (high viscosity) or its mixture with other paints allows you to affect the speed of elevation of the relief and adjust the resulting width of the relief layer after the hardening of the paint layer containing the sand element, which creates the conditions for the rapid combination of building the relief and adjusting its contour element.

A decrease in the content of cristobalite below 20% in colored sand does not allow to obtain significant lightness and color saturation of the colorful layers.

Reducing or increasing the width of the contour element in the paint layer from the proposed (1.0-15.0 layer thickness) does not allow to form a contrast of the paint layers, which affects the relief of the product.

The proposed implementation of the product allows not only to form the shape of the product, but also extends the technological capabilities: makes the product embossed at a considerable distance from the product, i.e. significantly increased the severity of the relief of the product at a distance. To obtain this effect, the product contains both a “tonal” component (cristobalite of a certain composition) and a “contrast” component (contour element of the paint layer of a certain width).
