SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the composition of the complex additive for the concretes and the building mortars and may be used in production of the concrete products, the reinforced concrete products and the building structures. The technical result of the invention is development of the plasticizing complex additive for the concretes and the building mortars having the antifreezing effect at minus 25°C and preventing the concrete mix disintegration. The complex additive for the concrete mix including the superplasticizer, the industrial LST lignosulfonates and potash, additionally it contains sodium formate at the following components ratio in mass % (for the dry substance): the superplasticizer - 5-40, LST - 0.5-10, potash - 10-40, sodium formate - the rest. As the superplasticizer may be used C-3 or Polyplast SP-1.
EFFECT: the invention ensures development of the plasticizing complex additive for the concretes and the building mortars having the antifreezing effect at minus 25°C and preventing the concrete mix disintegration.
