Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for producing complex mineral fertilizers containing ammonium salts and potassium chloride.
A known method of producing mineral fertilizers of the NPK type by evaporation of ammoniated NP-pulp obtained by nitric acid decomposition of apatite concentrate, mixing one stripped off pulp with potassium chloride, granulating and drying the product in a drum granulator dryer (BHS). At the same time, the dust carried away with the flue gases from the BGS is collected in a dry form and returned as a retur to the granulation stage (Complex nitric acid processing of phosphate raw materials. Edited by A.L. Goldinov and B.A. Kopyleva. - L. : Chemistry, 1982, p.126-130). The disadvantage of this method is the low degree of purification of exhaust gases in the process of dry dust collection.
27.12.2003).The closest set of essential features and the achieved result to the present invention is a method for producing mineral fertilizer, comprising mixing one stripped off ammoniated NP pulp with potassium chloride, granulating and drying the product, alkaline treatment of the diluted aqueous solution formed during dust collection with alkali metal hydroxide and / or carbonate, by evaporating it and returning the stripped off solution to granulation (Pat. RF No. 2220124, IPC 7 C 05 G 1/06, C 05 B 11/06, publ. 12/27/2003).
The disadvantage of this method is the inlay of the surfaces of the heat exchange equipment during evaporation of the diluted aqueous solution, which complicates the process due to the need for periodic shutdowns of the equipment for cleaning it.
The technical problem solved by the claimed method is to eliminate this drawback, i.e. the exception of the formation of plaque on the heat exchange surfaces of the equipment.
The stated technical problem is solved in that in a method for producing mineral fertilizer, including evaporation of ammoniated NP-pulp, mixing the resulting pulp with potassium chloride, granulating and drying the product, purification of exhaust gases, treatment of the diluted aqueous solution of fertilizer formed during gas purification with an alkaline reagent, and its evaporation with the return of the evaporated solution to granulation, according to the invention, calcium oxide is used as an alkaline reagent, and alkaline treatment is carried out at temperatures not lower than 30 ° C under stirring for at least 5 min.
As calcium oxide, quicklime or an aqueous suspension of calcium hydroxide is used.
The alkaline treatment of the dilute aqueous solution is carried out at a temperature of 30-80 ° C.
The alkaline treatment of the dilute aqueous solution is carried out for 5-30 minutes.
The experiments are carried out with a dilute aqueous solution of salts with a concentration of 10-20 wt.%.
The specified solution is formed by trapping dust fertilizer (about 40 kg per 1 ton of fertilizer) in water scrubbers in the production of NPK fertilizers (ratio N: P 2 O 5 : K 2 O is 1: 1: 1 or 2: 1: 1) by ammonization of a nitric phosphate solution obtained by nitric acid decomposition of apatite, followed by evaporation of the ammoniated pulp to a residual moisture content of 13 wt.%, mixing the resulting pulp with potassium chloride, granulating and drying the product.
The diluted aqueous solution is treated with crystalline calcium oxide to a pH of ~ 10 at a temperature of 60 ° C, with constant stirring for 10 minutes. After processing, the solution is evaporated in a metal glass placed in an oil bath to a residual moisture content of 20 wt.%. One stripped off the pulp is poured from the glass, the walls of the glass are rinsed with water and the presence or absence of a dense precipitate on the walls is recorded. In the experiments performed, a precipitate on the walls was not detected.
A series of similar experiments is carried out in which the temperature of the alkaline treatment is changed within the range of 30-80 ° C, and the processing time is changed within the range of 5-30 minutes, while hydrated lime or an aqueous suspension of calcium hydroxide is used as the alkaline reagent. In all the experiments, a precipitate does not form on the walls of the glass.
To justify the claimed limits, a series of similar experiments is carried out in which the alkaline treatment time is 3 minutes and the temperature is 20 ° C. In these experiments, a precipitate was found on the walls of the glass, which is not removed by rinsing with water.
Example 4 (control, prototype)
A series of experiments is carried out as described in Example 1, but the dilute aqueous solution is treated with sodium hydroxide. After the experiment, a precipitate of sodium phosphate was found on the walls of the glass, which could not be removed by rinsing with water.
As can be seen from the presented data, the proposed method eliminates the incrustation of the heat exchange surfaces of the equipment used, and therefore, the need for stops of the heat exchange equipment for cleaning it, i.e. simplifies the process.
The positive effect is due to the fact that in the proposed method, in contrast to the prototype, conditions are realized under which the formation of the precipitate is completed at the stage of alkaline treatment, that is, before evaporation.
If the alkaline treatment time is reduced to less than 5 minutes and the treatment temperature is below 30 ° C, the formation of a precipitate does not completely complete.
The upper limit on the temperature and time of alkaline treatment is determined by feasibility: increasing the processing time requires an increase in the volume of the reactor, and temperature - the additional cost of steam for heating.
