Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to medical equipment, namely to drainage tubes, and can be used in medical institutions, in particular in surgical hospitals.
Известно устройство для активного дренирования ран однократного применения с баллоном вместимостью до 500 см3 (ТУ 64-2-114-82), состоящее из однопросветной поливинилхлоридной трубки, имеющей два конца: один конец трубки «рабочий» с отверстиями находится в дренируемой полости, другой - свободный (фиг.1).A device is known for active drainage of single-use wounds with a balloon with a capacity of up to 500 cm 3 (TU 64-2-114-82), consisting of a single-lumen polyvinyl chloride tube having two ends: one end of the “working” tube with openings is in the drainage cavity, the other - free (figure 1).
The disadvantage of this drainage is the lack of adequate drainage of the cavity due to the single-lumen of the main tube and adhesion of the surrounding tissue to the drainage holes of the tube, thereby maintaining non-draining cavities.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому результату (фиг.2) является устройство, содержащее основание из двупросветной трубки 1 с боковыми отверстиями 2 и с капиллярным каналом 3 в стенке трубки по всей длине, отделенным от основного просвета трубки мембраной (SU 808085 А, А 61 М 25/00, 05.03.1981 г.).The closest in technical essence and the achieved result (figure 2) is a device containing a base from a double-lumen tube 1 with
The disadvantage of this drainage is the impossibility of washing the main lumen of the tube in case of clogging of the end section of the “working” end, and when trying to aspirally remove the blockage into the main lumen of the tube through the lateral openings of the “working” end, nearby tissues are drawn and “lock” the main lumen of the tube, ie . drainage does not fulfill its functions, and a substance that clogged the end section of the main lumen of the tube, as a “nutrient medium”, increases the likelihood of suppuration.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the drainage functions of double-lumen drainage, eliminating the possibility of suction of tissues and facilitating the removal of blockages of the main lumen of the tube by combining the main and capillary lumens inside the tube.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the proposed non-absorbable double-lumen drainage tube (NDT), containing the base of a double-lumen tube with a capillary channel in the tube wall along the entire length, separated from the main lumen of the tube by a membrane, characterized in that the tube is made of silicone and has openings on "Working" end, while the membrane is excised from the "working" end to a depth of 1.0-1.5 cm.
Figure 3 shows a General view of the NDT, in Fig.4 is a view of the "working" end of the NDT with a dissected membrane between the capillary and the main lumen.
The non-absorbable double-lumen drainage tube (NDTT) consists of a base made of a silicone double-lumen tube 1, which has
Non-absorbable double-lumen drainage tube (BAT) is used as follows.
Pre-intraoperatively, the “working” end of the BAT is placed in the abdominal cavity, in the region necessary for drainage. In the postoperative period, the wound discharge from the abdominal cavity is aspirated through the main lumen of NDTT. A “washing” disinfectant solution is introduced through the capillary channel, a larger amount of which flushes the main lumen of NDTT, thereby reducing the likelihood of clogging, and less gets into the drained area of the abdominal cavity to dilute the wound. When the main lumen of the end section of the “working” end of the NDTT is clogged with a blood clot, the blockage is aspirated without suction and retraction of nearby tissues into the main lumen of the tube through the side openings and the “main” lumen of the tube is not “blocked”, as the constant free flow of the “washing” disinfectant solution into drained abdominal cavity, and when the volume of the drained cavity is reduced, the “washing” disinfectant solution from the capillary canal is immediately removed through the main lumen N DDT, without again leading to the formation of a cavity around the drainage tube, i.e. drainage not only retains its functions, but also has a number of new useful properties.
The use of the present invention allows its use in the treatment and prevention of postoperative complications: residual non-drained areas of the abdominal cavity, as a result, suppuration and purulent peritonitis.
