The invention relates to the field of herbal medicine, namely to biologically active additives (BAA), and can be used to prevent atherosclerosis, improve memory and visual acuity.

A common drawback of most known methods of herbal medicine, using decoctions and infusions from herbs for healing the body, is the incomplete use of the entire arsenal of biologically active substances found in medicinal herbs, since not all of them turn into infusions and decoctions. The result is a low therapeutic effect.

The aim of the study was to study indicators of blood pressure, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, the dynamics of eye fatigue and the state of short-term memory, hearing acuity before and after the observed period.

In the experimental subgroups, 85% of patients and 95% of healthy subjects observed an improvement in memory, hearing, and eye fatigue, which were detected after 7 days of use and reaching maximum effect by the end of the third week of observation.

In the experimental subgroups, almost the same results were found as when using a preparation containing tincture of blueberries, with the exception of the indicator of visual acuity, which was slightly lower.

Thus, the results of clinical trials indicate good tolerance, mild hypotensive and hypocholesterolemic effects, improved memory, decreased eye fatigue when using the proposed tool, which gives reason to recommend it as an additional source of vitamins A, B, C, contributing to the prevention of atherosclerosis , improving memory and visual acuity.
