SUBSTANCE: transportation-fighting modular system has vest base consisting of back and chest sections, and set of sling pockets-pouches (modules). Back and chest sections are made in the form of combined plotting boards, with upper parts of chest section defining shoulder faceplates joined through connection web. Lower parts of chest plotting boards are made in the form of waist belt tunneled departments furnished with adjusting straps fixed on waist belt department of back plotting board and extending through waist belt departments of chest plotting boards. Central part of plotting boards is made from netted cloth-based fabric and lower parts of both sections and upper parts of chest section are made from continuous fabric and are equipped with dampers. Detachable pockets-pouches comprise set of cross straps and have at least one retaining member provided on strap. Said strap has discretely-variable rigidity and is free from fastening means.

Description

The invention relates to a means of transportation of combat and marching calculation of military personnel, namely, equipment intended for placement and transportation of weapons, ammunition and other elements of equipment on a military soldier with and without body armor.

The prior art various types of transport and unloading systems designed to transport tactical and marching calculation of military personnel. These are transport and combat systems of vest and waist configurations, combat bibs, and also multifunctional vests, including elements of armor protection (RU 2118887 C1, 09/20/1998; US 6431424 B1, 08/13/2002).

The main disadvantage of the transport and unloading systems listed above is their narrow specialization, which is expressed in the fact that a particular transport and unloading system is designed for one or more military specialties. This is a serious problem due to the fact that the adoption of new weapons sets the task of developing for them their specialized transport and unloading system. In addition, various transport vests accepted for supply (for example, RU 2118887 C1, 09/20/1998) do not take into account the individual preferences of users and have limited ability to form a combat and marching layout for the requirements of a combat mission.

Based on the principle of construction, the closest analogue of the claimed invention is a multifunctional vest (RU 2234842 C1, 08.27.2004). The vest has back and chest sections connected by belt-buckle means. The back section is formed by a means for transferring in the form of a satchel or backpack, or combinations thereof. The chest section is equipped with anti-shatter and / or bulletproof shielding inserts, and on its outer surface there are several rows of transverse slings made with the possibility of mounting removable pockets on them. Each removable pocket on the back wall has a number of transverse slings and one or more fixing straps rigidly connected to it in the upper part. At the same time, the rows of lines are sewn with the same pitch, dividing each line by longitudinal lines into sections in the form of loops, each of which is not less than the width of the specified strap, and the distance between adjacent rows of lines is not less than the width of one line. The indicated lines of adjacent rows of slings lie on the same line. Fixing straps are fixed with a button on the bottom of the pocket and equipped with inserts to increase their rigidity and reliability of fixation.

The disadvantages of this multifunctional vest are the limited area for accommodating removable pockets required for various military specialties, large screening of the surface and insufficient air exchange, as well as uneven load distribution and the lack of the possibility of its redistribution from shoulder to belt.

The objective of the invention is to develop the design of a transport-combat modular system, which is universal for use by any specialties of the military personnel, allowing to take into account the individual preferences of the users and the requirements of the combat mission in picking one or another set of removable pockets, pouches (modules), and also providing a high level of comfort and ability redistribute the load on the user's body.

The task is achieved in that the vest base of the transport and combat modular system includes the back and chest sections, on the outer surface of which rows of transverse lines are fixed, separated by perpendicular lines to loops, to secure removable pockets-pouches (removable modules for various purposes). In this case, the back and chest sections of the vest are made in the form of combined tablets, the central part of which is made on the basis of mesh fabric, and the lower part of both sections and the shoulder part of the chest are made of solid fabric. Chest tablets in the shoulder are connected by a jumper, and their lower parts are tunneled waist sections equipped with adjusting slings fixed to the waist section of the dorsal tablet and passing through the waist sections of the chest tablets. The lower parts of all tablets and the upper parts of the chest tablets have dampers, and removable pockets-pouches contain a set of transverse lines and have at least one fixing element based on lines with discrete-variable stiffness without fasteners.

The above distinguishing features, combined with the well-known features, make it possible to use the military transport system with any military specialties and provide a high level of comfort with good air exchange, and at the same time have wide operational capabilities for the individual layout of the product.

In this case, the sling of the fixing element of the removable pocket-pouch has sections with increased rigidity, containing polyurethane on the outer surface, and a length exceeding the size of the pocket. This provides the required fixation of removable pockets-pouches (modules) in all conditions of combat use and greatly simplifies the manufacturing technology of their fixing elements.

The final reliable fixation of removable pockets-pouches on a vest basis is ensured by the reverse transmission of the end section of the fixing slings towards the main part of this sling under the belt loop located on the pocket or vest.

To increase the reliability of fastening the transverse slings on the vest basis from the mesh fabric, the lines perpendicular to the transverse lines, in the places of their fastening to the vest base, have reinforcements in a zigzag seam, and from the back of the mesh fabric to the stitching places lying on the same line, the fabric strips are hemmed.

Features of the implementation of removable pockets-pouches are as follows: a pocket-pouch for placing identical elements in two independent sections is equipped with a removable partition with the possibility of its removal if it is necessary to place element (s) of another purpose in it; the pocket-pouch itself can be made combined with several independent compartments to accommodate various elements of the combat layout, including in the form of a combat pack.

Separate removable pockets-pouches (modules) on the outer surface have rows of horizontal lines, divided into loops and reinforced with a zigzag seam. Attaching to them other removable pouches-pouches (modules) necessary for specific situations for various elements of combat equipment significantly expand the functionality of the product to form combat and marching calculations for the individual needs of users.

For ease of use of the product, together with radio communications along the outer edge of the upper part of the chest plates of the vest base, extended valves are fixed, fixed on one side with a textile fastener. These elements are designed to fix wires of various lengths from the used radio communications. This ensures ease of use.

The transport-combat modular system includes a vest base (Fig. 1), a set of hinged pockets-pouches with a hinged combat satchel (Fig. 2), a patrol satchel (Fig. 3).

The vest basis (Fig. 1) is intended for placement and fastening of removable pouches-pouches for various elements of the combat display of the military personnel and consists of: right 1 and left 2 chest plates; spinal tablet 3; connecting jumper 4; adjustable belt 5 with quick-release buckle "fastex" 6.

To improve ventilation, the central parts of the tablets are made on a mesh basis, and the lower parts of all tablets and the upper parts of the chest tablets are made of solid material. Dampers (not shown) are installed in the lower waist parts of all tablets for cushioning. At the same time, the waist sections of the chest tablets 7 are equipped with tunneled compartments, inside which a sling of an adjustable belt freely fastens, mounted on the waist part of the dorsal tablet 8. The upper parts of the chest tablets form wide shoulder pads 9 equipped with a damper. The belt is fastened and adjustable with the help of a fastex quick-release buckle 6. At the same time, the free ends of the waist slings are fixed using double-slotted buckles (not shown) mounted on its left and right parts.

The right 1 and left 2 chest plates are connected to the chest using three bands 10 with turnstile fasteners located on the right tablet, two of which are threaded through rectangular frames sewn to the left tablet. On the sides of the spinal tablet and on the jumper are six three-slot buckles designed to connect the tablets with the help of adjustment straps and provide convenient adjustment and fitting of the vest base according to the user's figure. In order to ensure the fixation of the free ends of the belts, rings 11 made of elastic tape are mounted on them. On the shoulder pads of the chest tablets are the wire clips of the radio stations 12, which are closed by a textile fastener (not shown).

On the outer surface of the tablets, rows of transverse lines 13 are sewn, separated by perpendicular lines to loops of equal length and intended for fastening removable pockets-pouches (modules).

Removable pockets-pouches (modules) are equipped with transverse sling systems, similar in design to the system used on a vest basis. Options for removable pockets-pouches (modules) are presented in figure 2.

Figure 2 shows the nomenclature of the developed removable pockets-pouches (modules), where under the position numbers:

The transport and combat modular system provides very wide possibilities for transporting combat and marching assaults by using the modular principle and providing the possibility of individually varying the configuration with the necessary removable pockets, pouches (modules), depending on the specifics of the upcoming combat mission.

For this, removable pockets-pouches (modules) are equipped with transverse sling systems 28 (Fig. 3), as well as at least one locking element based on slings with discretely variable stiffness 29 installed in the upper part of the pouch pocket 30 and perpendicular to the system cross slings on a vest basis and a pocket bag. Fixing slings has sections with increased rigidity 31, containing polyurethane on the outer surface, and a length exceeding the size of the pocket. Fixing slings provide reliable fastening of pockets-pouches as a result of alternately passing slings through belt loops on a vest basis and pouch pocket by the method of mutual weaving.

For the correct attachment of any removable pocket-pouch or combat pack (see figure 3), you must first select the desired place for their placement on the tablets of the vest base. Then align the upper edge of the pouch with the top of the nearest horizontal slings 13, going across the tablet. Then insert the fixing sling 29 of the pouch pocket into the belt loop on a vest basis, and then pass it behind the sling sewn on the back of the pocket. Next, it is necessary to thread the fixing strap 29 behind the horizontal straps of the tablet of the vest base and the horizontal straps on the back of the pocket until it is fixed along its entire length. Then insert the semi-rigid end end of the sling in the opposite direction behind the nearest horizontal sling of the tablet or pouch bag 32. When used correctly, this fastening system is extremely reliable and stable.

You should not just thread the retaining strap 29 behind the horizontal straps 13 of the tablet of the vest base, without passing them through the slings sewn on the back of the pocket. If pockets are attached in this way, they will not hold securely.

Description and operation of individual pockets-pouches (modules), combat and patrol packs.

Pockets-pouches (figure 2), designed to accommodate stores for the AK74 machine gun, RPK74 machine gun, SVD rifles and special weapons (BCC, AC), as well as for hand grenades, have volumetric valves that are closed on the turnstile fastener to protect the ammunition from dirt, sand, etc. To facilitate opening (especially in winter gloves), the valves of these pockets-pouches are equipped with belt grips. Pockets pouches for shops to the AK74 machine gun, RPK74 machine gun are additionally closed with a textile fastener. In the bottom part of the pouches-pouches intended for placing shops for the AK74 assault rifle, RPK74 machine gun, SVD (VSS) rifles, as well as for hand grenades, there are openings for ensuring water flow. To exclude the possibility of collision of two stores with each other, as well as to provide the possibility of placing double stores, pockets for pouches for AK74 assault rifles, RPK74 machine guns, and SVD (VSS) rifles are equipped with a removable partition with a damper. When the partition is removed, double stores are provided for the AK74 assault rifle or stores for the AKM assault rifle.

The product package intended for military personnel armed with an AK74 assault rifle and an RPK74 machine gun includes four pouch pouches for two AK74 (RPK74) stores each. At the same time, two of them are combined and equipped with ROP pockets that are closed with a textile fastener.

Pocket pouch for hand grenades 21 provides the ability to place grenades RGO, RGN, RGD-5, F-1. Inside the pocket on the back wall there is a belt loop designed to fix grenades inside the pocket for the fuse lever. This pocket-pouch can also be used to place individual elements of sapper equipment, for example, the PM-4 blasting machine, accessories of a special sapper kit, etc.

Pocket pouch for placing ammunition for the PKM 18 machine gun provides the ability to stack 250 rounds in ribbons or one box per 100 rounds for the PKM machine gun. Inserts are installed inside the front, back and side walls of this pouch pocket to increase the stiffness of the walls in order to prevent pocket deformation when placing cartridges in ribbons. To prevent dirt, sand, etc. the pocket-pouch has a volumetric valve that closes with a fastex quick-release buckle. For reliable fixation of the ammunition on the front wall of the pouch pocket, a textile fastener (not shown) is installed, on which the mating parts of the valve fastener and the pressure sling are closed. In the bottom of the pouch pocket for the ammunition for the PKM machine gun there are openings for water drainage. On the side walls there are half rings for carrying a pocket-pouch using a shoulder strap.

A pocket-pouch for five shots of VOG-25 (25P) 16, placed on a vest basis in a horizontal position, is equipped with compartments with latch clamps and turnstile fasteners.

Pocket pouch for radio stations 17 is universal and provides the placement of radio stations ARK-2, R-168-0.1U and the like. The pocket-pouch is equipped with a valve with a fastex quick buckle and a figured neckline for the antenna. On the front wall of the pouch pocket there is a rectangular cutout for access to the controls of the radio stations. To adjust the volume of the pocket-pouch for different types of radio stations, there is a device in the form of textile fasteners and elastic tape.

Universal pocket-pouch 23 is designed to accommodate first aid items, orienteering equipment, small-sized communications, etc. The valve closes with a button closure and a textile fastener.

The pistol holster 24 is universal and provides the placement of the following models of guns - PM, PMM, PB, APS, APB, GSh-18, PYa. For reliable fixation of the pistols in the holster, the holster walls and the valve are made with increased rigidity. The valve closes with a fastex quick-release buckle. On the outer surface of the holster there is a system of transverse tapes for installing a pocket-pouch under two pistol magazines. The holster can be fastened on a vest basis or on the user's thigh. To do this, her kit includes an extension cord with two loops of thigh fastening, one of which passes through a loops located on the back wall of the holster with a fixing textile fastener. For reliable fixation of the holster on the thigh, the loops of the hip fastening are equipped with fastex quick-release buckles and elastic inserts. The holster extension includes two circuit boards with a link that is adjustable with a double-slot buckle. Both circuit boards have a fastening system similar to the fastening system for pockets-pouches.

The pocket-pouch for two pistol magazines is 25 universal and allows you to place in one compartment each equipped with belt caps and textile fasteners, one magazine for pistols - APS, APB, GSh-18, PYa, or two magazines for pistols - PM, PMM, PB.

The pouch pocket for a small infantry shovel (folding sapper shovel) 26 has a damper on the inside and two sling-fixing slings with turnstile fasteners on the outside.

Combat pack 27 (figure 2) is designed to accommodate various combinations of elements of military equipment, such as additional ammunition, gas mask, combined bowler, reconnaissance and surveillance tools, electric flashlight, survival ration, individual diet, etc. The combat satchel is equipped with a system of transverse and fixing slings, similar to other pocket pouches (modules). It has three compartments - the main and two side. The necks of the compartments are pulled in with a cord with self-locking spring fasteners and closed with volumetric valves with quick-release buckles "fastex". The volumetric valve of the main compartment is equipped with an inner pocket that closes with a textile fastener for small-sized items of equipment (matches, oiler, pencil case with accessories, adapter for clips). On the main compartment of the knapsack are fixed side pockets of the "sleeve" type, which are sewn only in the longitudinal direction, which, along with holes in the bottom parts, provides the possibility of water flow. Two belt-and-buckle fastenings are attached to the outside of the bottom of the satchel for suspension of a heat-insulating rug, long items, etc. On the outer wall of the combat satchel there is a system of transverse slings that allows you to secure various pockets-pouches (modules). The total volume of the combat pack is at least 7 liters. The volume of the side pockets allows you to place up to two AK stores or signaling devices (ROP, RSP, RDG).

The patrol satchel (Fig. 4) is a multifunctional element and is intended for transporting combat and field marching elements (ammunition, various items of personal equipment, additional weapons, etc.) in conjunction with a transport-combat modular system or can be used independently as a part of various sets combat personal equipment. The patrol pack has a main compartment 33 and two side pockets 34. The total volume of the patrol pack is at least 24 liters. Dampers are sewn into the back of the knapsack with the formation of ventilation channels, which give the necessary rigidity and provide the necessary convenience during transportation. The necks of the knapsack compartments are equipped with tubes (not shown), tightening cords with spring clips, to increase the internal volume and protect the cargo from moisture and snow. On the sides of the main compartment of the satchel are pockets of the "sleeve" type for various long items, such as grenades for the RPG-7 grenade launcher, trench tool, etc. Two horizontal slings with three-slotted buckles-adjusters are fixed there, allowing simultaneously with reliable fixation of long objects to reduce the dimensions of the satchel. Satchel compartments are closed with volumetric valves 35 with quick-release fasteners 36 for adjusting the dimensions. A moisture-proof pocket for documents, cards, etc., is fixed inside the main compartment from the side of the outer wall. The valve of the main compartment of the satchel has an inner pocket, divided into two parts, equipped with two inlets that are closed by a textile fastener. The larger compartment of the valve’s inner pocket is designed to accommodate various small-sized items of equipment, and the smaller one is for the winter protective-camouflage cover of the knapsack. Protective camouflage cover is made in the form of a bag with a self-tightening cord. The suspension system of the knapsack includes shoulder straps 37, equipped with a damper, and slings with three-slot buckles-adjusters, allowing you to adjust the product according to the figure. On the shoulder pads there is a chest bridge 38, equipped with a belt-buckle adjustment with a fastex quick-release buckle. When fitting the knapsack according to the figure, the position of the jumper on the strap can be changed. Between the shoulder pads, a transport loop 39 is sewn in, designed to lift the product when donned, fasten to armored vehicles, as well as to lift and transfer using a climbing rope. The bottom part of the satchel is equipped with two belt-and-buckle mounts for suspension of a heat-insulating mat, long items, etc. In the bottom of the main compartment of the satchel and in the side pockets are openings for water drainage. Adjusting straps of the patrol pack are equipped with elastic rings for fixing the free ends of the slings. Similarly to the vest base and pockets-pouches on the outer surfaces of the satchel, rows of transverse lines 40 are sewn, separated by perpendicular lines to loops of equal length, designed for fastening removable pockets-pouches.

The described design of the transport-combat modular system is universal, provides a high level of comfort and allows you to complete for any military specialties the combat and marching calculation of the military personnel with the set of necessary removable pouches-pouches (modules), and also take into account the individual preferences of users and the requirements of the combat mission in the configuration and the possibility of changing the placement of certain modules on the elements of the system.
