Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of power engineering and can be used in thermal power plants.
2004. №12).There is a known method of operation of a thermal power plant, in which the steam generated in a steam boiler is fed into a steam turbine, impurities accumulated in the boiler water are removed from the boiler with purge water, the feed water supplied to the boiler is heated by steam of turbine offsets in regenerative heaters, before feeding steam to the steam boiler water is additionally heated with purge water (see Patent No. 2227828 "Method of operation of a thermal power plant." IPC 7 F 01 K 17/02. BI 2004. No. 12).
The described analogue is adopted as a prototype.
The disadvantages of this method is the reduced efficiency due to the large capital costs of installing a large-volume water-to-water heat exchanger for heating a large amount of feed water. In addition, the cost-effectiveness of the prototype is low due to the small amount of heating of the feed water with purge water, since the flow of feed water significantly exceeds the flow of purge water. Due to these disadvantages, the scope of the prototype is limited.
The technical result achieved by the present invention is to increase efficiency by reducing capital costs and increasing the efficiency of using the heat of purge water, expanding the scope of the invention.
To achieve this result, a method is proposed for operating a thermal power plant, in which the steam generated in a steam boiler is fed to a steam turbine, impurities accumulated in the boiler water are removed from the boiler with purge water, which is used as a heating medium in a water-water heat exchanger. The feed water supplied to the boiler is heated with steam of turbine offsets in regenerative heaters.
The difference of the proposed method is that as a heated medium using condensate of the latter along the feed water of the regenerative high-pressure heater.
A new set of features of the method allows to achieve the desired technical result due to the maximum possible use of the high heat potential of the purge water for heating the condensate of the last regenerative high-pressure heater along the feed water by a sufficiently large amount, since the purge water and condensate flows are comparable in magnitude. Since the consumption of condensate is many times less than the consumption of feed water, the capital costs for installing a water-to-water heat exchanger are significantly reduced in comparison with the prototype and the scope of application of the claimed solution expands.
Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention with obtaining the above technical result are as follows.
The drawing shows a diagram of a thermal power plant in which the proposed method is implemented.
4.The thermal power station contains a steam turbine 1 connected by a steam line of sharp steam 2 to a steam boiler 3, to which a purge water pipe 4 and a feed water pipe 5 are connected, regenerative high pressure heaters 6 included in the feed water pipe, which are connected via a heating medium to steam extraction turbines, and a water-water heat exchanger 7, connected via a heated medium to the condensate line of the last regenerative high-pressure heater along the feed water, and via a heating medium - to the purge water pipeline 4.
The method of work consists of the following operations:
Steam is generated in the steam boiler 3, which is supplied through the steam line 2 to the steam turbine 1. Feed water to the boiler 3 is fed through the feed water pipe 5 through the high pressure regenerative heaters 6. The feed water in the high pressure regenerative heaters is heated by steam extraction. Mineral impurities accumulated in the boiler water of the steam boiler 3 are continuously discharged from the boiler drum through a pipe 4 with purge water, which is sent to a water-water heat exchanger 7, where it is used as a heating medium. In the heat exchanger 7, the condensate of the latter is heated along the feed water of the regenerative high-pressure heater. New features of the method allow the maximum use of the high heat potential of the purge water for heating the condensate by a sufficiently large amount with minimal capital expenditure.
